It’s a lovely hotel in a great location.
The cost is high and I didn’t feel it provided good value.

Amazing location and room. Great bed and bedding. Gemma restaurant very good and great for people watching. Great service. Reception very helpful.
Gym was a little tired with one exercise mat only and a bit of a basement feel but it is NYC and gyms are usually only ok. Housekeeping should have been much better.

Excellent location. Room was welled designed and comfortable. Staff was very friendly.
It would be nice to have coffee available for longer - especially on weekends :)

Check-in was 3:00, but didn't get into the room until 4:30.
