Location is amazing and staff were very kind. Bed and rooms are also very comfortable. It was my third time staying here so have a lot of experience.

The hotel is a delight, mixing modern with the old in a glorious, characterful 1880s building with central 9-storey atrium. Good sized rooms and easy access to the subway. Large bathrooms too.
Room service is very slow for a 5 star hotel. Otherwise a sheer delight for a New York hotel

The hotel took us to another world – back to classic 20th-century New York. Everything was simply perfect: the reception staff, the entire team without exception.
Breakfast was high-quality and delicious, and the bar-restaurant was absolutely outstanding.
From the elevators to the lobby, every detail was designed authentically and beautifully.
The location in Lower Manhattan is excellent, just a few minutes from the Brooklyn Bridge.
Highly recommended!
