Great room, great views, and great restaurant.
Check-in took too long, we booked through a 3rd party and it took forever for them to locate the reservation, they had to go in the back while we sat there what seemed like awhile. Never had this issue at any other hotels that are more fancy like this one.

The location is superb. We were in town for my daughter's 16th birthday. We were very close to everything. A very short walk to the Richard Rodgers Theatre, restaurants, shopping and central park.
The beautiful tiled shower had no curb stop and a shower curtain that stopped 6" short of the floor. The water runs right out on to the floor. The lower door frame was water damaged with peeling bubbling paint and mildew. For $1200/night I expected better.

So convenient to Times Square!
There is a fee added which is confusing.
It is presented as a credit that can be used for breakfast but it turns out that they put the charge on your bill even if you don’t eat breakfast. Like a resort fee or a tax.

The corner room and the hearing accessible rooms are such beautiful rooms with beautiful views and the property itself is located within good walking distance of everything a tourist could dream of!
They had no sufficient amenities for guests in the rooms like wipes, toothpaste, shower caps, robes, bed slippers; you had to call to get some up to your room. They only had shower soaps, lotion, a hair dryer and towels. They are literally selling views and a clean room in $600 a night. The corner room I stayed in had some maintenance issues. All of the staff were exceptionally good, especially the bell men, except 1 from the front desk, Latina looking guy, with a black moustache, extremely rude guy. The policy of the hotel is 21 years+ to check in but booking.com whom I’d booked through states 18+, I am 20 years old and this man refused to check me in when I questioned why I am being held liable for mistakes made through the third party, this man claimed I should just be grateful that he is giving me a room to stay in(one that I paid for mind you) despite the information on the third party being wrong. Jet lagged and tired from travelling this could have been handled so much better!
