The room is good
Very disappointing stay. The welcome was terrible from the moment we arrived. The hotel made a mistake and cancelled our reservation, then blamed Booking instead of taking responsibility. The staff told us they would do nothing to help. After more than 16 hours of travel, I had to personally call Booking to resolve the issue, instead of the hotel handling it.
Housekeeping did not come on the first day due to an “error”, with no apology or compensation. Overall, the staff behaved very poorly and spoke to us in a very disrespectful manner.
At check-out, they printed a bill with an extra $600 added by “mistake”, which is completely unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

Everything was spectacular! The location was prime and was central to everything. The hotel was gorgeous, the rooms were comfortable and spotless. The front desk was super helpful and the bellmen/women went above and beyond. Had a really great experience with Dino especially. He made our trip even more memorable with his help, friendliness and sense of humor. Will definitely be staying here again!
