The location was convenient, with a great view of the outside and Times Square right in front
I wish the bathroom floor was a bit cleaner.

Wonderful
I had a very pleasant stay here. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help. Although my English isn’t very good, we communicated easily using a translation app, and they were very patient and understanding.
The room was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything I needed. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to others!

The food in their restaurant was deliciois.
To expensive for what the hotel is offering. All of the noise from the street is in your room day and night. You can not open the windows to get some fresh air, only AC avaliable. No mini bar in the room, for 4 star hotel this is the basic. Only plastic fork and paper plates at the breakfast avaliable for average 30$ per breakfast ( meal, juice and coffe)
