Location was Great. Decent size room for a New York Hotel. Cleanliness 10/10. Bathroom was big and spotless . Staff is excellent especially the elevator services. Will recommend this hotel to anyone coming to NYC❤️

If you’re visiting for the first time the location is excellent. You are charged $35 fee a night but you can use this to spend in the restaurant / shop which is great.
All the staff were amazing and really helpful!
Had a Times Square view room on level 17, and it was a fantastic view but as expected, but it was incredibly noisy at night so I wouldn’t recommend one of the direct facing rooms. The A/C unit is very loud and there was a constant beeping noise when it was on.

One of the best hotel experiences. Location perfect -right at the heart of Times Square, you can walk to so many places + subway right next to it. It's very secure, you have security at every level. And all the security gentlemen were so nice by helping with elevators and bags.
It's super clean, high quality, comfortable. We were delighted by our stay.
