Great location next to everything in Times Square! The staff was excellent willing to help in any way even holding our bags and getting us a ride to the airport (Miguel was the best)

The hotel is in a prime location in NYC. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The view of Times Square was energizing.
The room is small and there was a door which was locked but if opened would offer access to the other room. That was unsettling. The cost to stay for the amenities offered was alot

Small lobby, very crowded and congested during check in and check out periods. Early check in accommodation but with a hefty fee. One staff demands tip prior to giving luggage service.
