Location was amazing
Staff were not help full and rude . Not all service were available as new yr . Cost were ridiculous when service was limited or non existent .

We had a room that we could watch the ball drop it was located in the corner and was fantastic
The room was either far too cold or hot we constantly needed to asjust the settings
The keys for the room would let you up the elevator but not into the room on multiple occasions
The lines on level 11 was far too busy! Check in took ages and the reception space too small for how big the hotel was

The staff were friendly and the concierge/doormen went out of their way for guests.
The rooms are small, but as expected for NYC. There is a lack of facilities which should be reflected in the price & breakfast options were limited

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The customer service is amazing, the vibe is inviting, the rooms are very small but when you’re out enjoying the city, it feels so good coming back to a comfortable bed.
The menu for breakfast could be more. It is very basic.

Great location. Subway is right around the corner.
The room is tiny. My daughter and I shared a queen bed, but we had two giant suitcases. We could only keep one open so I had to live out of my packing cubes.
