The location was good - close to the subway, mid-town, Times Square obviously, 5th Ave and the Theatre District. The rooms were nicely appointed. The chest fridge was very handy, the mbluetooth mirror was novel, the shower was nice. The cleaning crew were amazing. The restaurant is great for the hotel, the bar is cool. The Hotel SUV service is very handy, efficient - highly recommend
The WiFi is the worst - again, Hilton Gold - had to connect to the Edition across the road. The room wifi kept cutting out and couldnt connect to the upgraded wifi. Really dissappointing - if you need to work then I would have to recommend picking a different hotel - it was constantly cutting out - every minute.
Check-in was sub optimal to say the least. It was a mess. There were some key/room issues. There was no water in the room - even if you're Hilton Gold - make sure you ask at check-in. We got two chocolates - would much prefer sparkling water. Get sparkling water at any of the cart vendors outside (yes, they take credit cards).

It’s a pretty new building so everything is stylish new and work properly . Also it’s amazing location and I greatly recommend to get the room with Times Square view - u won’t regret about it . It’s pretty noisy but as far as you close the blackout curtains it won’t bother you at all . If someone plans to celebrate New Year with a perfect view of ball drop it’s the right spot too
The reception is kinda of slow so it makes a long line for waiting

Very cheap they don’t put anything in the room such as glass, spoon, water bottle,…
There are hidden surprises in the costs and they ask for high deposit (100$ per night)
Rooms are not sound proof so it is very difficult to sleep given the high noises from time square

The view was very nice, the bathroom as well and I just liked the aesthetic to be honest.
I didn’t like the cost of the complimentary, I didn’t like how the room card wasn’t working when I was told I had funds to use.

The location was perfect with traveling i did appreciate that it was so close to everything,I did like how you have that privacy to get on the elevator with your room card, the room was comfortable suck as the pillows and the mattress. The staff was very polite and helpful i must say.
The room was rushed and dirty, dusty there were several flying bugs in my room in the bathroom and shower area,
The room didn't even come with free water i did not like that at all especially with how much i paid for that stay.

The room was nice, but extremely overpriced.
Practically everything. The staff were extremely unfriendly and made us feel like a bother. The restaurant staff were the same. The food was inedible, the restaurant was disgusting. We had a waiter tell us to move tables because there was no one to clean the table we were at when nearly every table in the place was dirty, and there was hardly any one else in there. It was comical. We took pictures because we couldn’t believe how bad they let the place get. Will not be returning!
