I loved the location, I loved the view and the smart room vibe. I did not have breakfast. I loved tthe staff. Everyone was professional.
The size of th room was small. It felt cramped for two people. The bathroom was small too, I did not like the shower. When I took a shower the water was allo over the floor

The hotel is well placed just off Times' Square and the rooms, although small have all the mod cons. Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom to play your audio, comfortable beds, all lights and blinds (drapes) operated by buttons and a great shower. We had a comfortable stay for our two nights. We opted for the $75 early room check in and as it was my birthday the following day, they waived the fee for the second room.
The check in and check out was not smooth. Check in - they couldn't find our booking at first even been given confirmation reference with all details. We ordered two rooms for my husband and I and a second room for our two adult daughters and asked to be close by. They had placed us on different floors and the reception staff did change so we were two rooms apart, which was fine. For check out, the same reception staff was very confused about our booking and payment. We got there in the end although I was charged slightly more than was expected. Overall a good stay and would still recommend the hotel.

food options were very limited and so so. Same with lunch.
