Disappointing
Very good location, with a beautiful view from the room to TIMES SQUARE
We arrived after 24 hours of travel and the service at check-in was horrible, there were few employees to help us, and the few that were there were still unprepared and rude, they didn't get up from their chairs to carry our bags, with no desire to work at all, they seemed to be doing us a favor by helping us, with no desire to work at all.

I like the location, the hotel is very safe and very clean.
I will advise everyone to go to Tempo by Hilton because the hotel is located in the middle of Times Square .
Everything was ok, I loved the experience of being there.

Reception very busy and understaffed. Wrong information provided upon check in. Receptionist apologized later, but first impression was quite negative

The receptionist Gave me attitude and hard time during the check in and I was trying to ask some questions about a parking and he didn’t even respond properly and I asked manager so it was the worst experience.
They parked my car in a parking which wasn’t close to the hotel and when I wanted to pick up the car they didn’t even know which parking it was and kept giving me the wrong address I was walking for two hours with my suitcase to find the parking.
I had a reservation for both which I lost because of this situation so basically I lost my day because of it.
The worst part was that they just said sorry and didn’t do anything to help me.
I don’t recommend this hotel at all.
I was in different hotel before and never seen such a thing like happened to me.
