It was amazing location and room. Location wise if you book room with time square with that will be worth it. May be 24th or up floor. Most the attractions are near by.
There was nothing with the location. Hotel is good, staff was good. Time square is just 1 min to the hotel. Room view was amazing and overall experience was good.

Comfort of the room. The bed, pillows and bedding were exceptional. The room has electric blinds that makes the room completely dark. The bathroom was gorgeous and spacious. Products provided were fantastic. The night light in the mirror was a welcome feature. Perfect location and given Times Square is literally on your doorstep it is amazing how quiet the room was
Nespresso machine in the room but no kettle. No room service.

I'm not usually a fan of staying in Times Square but this was a great hotel - friendly and professional staff and quiet rooms on the upper floors.
Elevators to get in and to the rooms felt a bit like a maze but nothing overly annoying

Wonderful
Comfortable beds, amazing location, very quiet inside, loved electronic blinds and big shower. Elevator system is clever and avoids long waits. Very clean and modern.
Bar prices were crazy and some staff disinterested.
