Disappointing
The room was a good size, and the bathroom was very clean and bright. My room had floor to ceiling windows and nice views. It was very quiet despite being in times square. The location was excellent.
Service was poor. With the exception of the doormen downstairs, the service was poor. No staff ever offered to help with anything. On the day i was leaving, I had a lot of luggage, and not one member of staff offered to assist. When I arrived, the person who checked me in didn't make the necessary deductions from my card, and I didn't pay much attention to this assuming maybe deductions would be made at the end of my stay.. A few days in the hotel realised thier error, and rather than give me the benefit of the doubt to settle a bill that they had erroneously not deducted, they locked me out of my room. Not only did they disable my key card, but they also got security to lock my room door with all my things in it. When I went to reception thinking the issue was the key card, they then explained I had been locked out for not paying my hotel bill. Bearing in mind, they checked me in and had my card to make the relevant deductions the error was on their part. Zero empathy and just consistently telling me hotel policy is to lock guests out who don't pay their hotel bills, and this is that I wasn't due to leave for another few days. All of this discussion was done at the reception in front of other guests. When it was time to check out they said I had an outstanding, which I didnt but thankfully I had the full receipt from when I paid and they were able to confirm I didnt owe their systems just weren't up to date. It was an awful and below standard service and experience.

Did not give me the room I reserved and tried to push another one without even apologizing, did not provide a discount or compensation. The rooms are very tight, the images do not fairly reflect the rooms and the facilities in the rooms are very minimal, not even bottles of water are being provided. Not a good value for mone

The room was nice, but extremely overpriced.
Practically everything. The staff were extremely unfriendly and made us feel like a bother. The restaurant staff were the same. The food was inedible, the restaurant was disgusting. We had a waiter tell us to move tables because there was no one to clean the table we were at when nearly every table in the place was dirty, and there was hardly any one else in there. It was comical. We took pictures because we couldn’t believe how bad they let the place get. Will not be returning!
