I'm not usually a fan of staying in Times Square but this was a great hotel - friendly and professional staff and quiet rooms on the upper floors.
Elevators to get in and to the rooms felt a bit like a maze but nothing overly annoying

Wonderful
Comfortable beds, amazing location, very quiet inside, loved electronic blinds and big shower. Elevator system is clever and avoids long waits. Very clean and modern.
Bar prices were crazy and some staff disinterested.

Staff was unfriendly and did not answer questions appropriately. My stay was only two days, but staff was not friendly when I called to ask about a room or during check out. I would have appreciated pleasant staff while visiting a new city. It is not hard to be kind!

I didn’t like that the menu at Highball was limited, and we had to wait a long time to be served. I didn’t like that the room was in the smaller size.
