The New York apartment in Harlem was a fantastic find! Its cozy, well-maintained space offered a comfortable retreat in a vibrant neighborhood. Being in the heart of Harlem allowed for easy access to cultural experiences and diverse dining options. The apartment's amenities and friendly host made my stay truly enjoyable. I would gladly return to this charming spot in the future.

Neat and clean, Boothe was very nice and cooperative with me.
The photos on booking.com is not the actual room given to me, and l was surprised on arrival. The room was very small and l have 10 to 15% of the room space for moving in front of the bed to the room door.

Boothe is the best lady ever, she can provide you advises about your stay in NYC, She is full of positive vibes and she did help me as i forgot my phone in the guesthouse :-( Cosy, lovely, nice area, i would fully recommend this amazing Guesthouse. Far from those hotels in Manhattan which are looking like tourists factory
Nothing, i stayed already there in 2018, and i hot very good memories from that time

The room was very spacious, and had everything we needed to be comfortable including an air conditioning unit, fan, plenty of towels and bath products. Boothe was super accommodating and sweet to chat with, it was clear she cared a lot about her guests having a good stay.
While we felt safe walking around the neighborhood, we found out that our friend got his bike stolen just blocks away from the place.

Good
Was a historic building in an interesting part of the City.
No milk, tea etc. just a kettle and coffee pods.
No info on decent local places to eat.
Didnt feel very safe after dark.
Rules about shoes off and very steep stairs were a pain. No handrail on steps to street. Quite dangerous in wet weather or after dark. Quite noisy from other tenants.

The detail on the inside of the brownstone was amazing, the room was huge and comfortable, and it was on a safe and quiet street. I came and went often over the course of a 3 night stay, and it was a fantastic location in terms of it being a short walk to the subway and easy to get over to Columbia via Uber as that is where I needed to be for part of the weekend. My room faced the front of the building and I was on the 3rd floor, and I didn't have any noise whatsoever either from outdoors or from others staying at the property.
No real issues.

Everything about this commodation is outstanding especially the facilities that they provide and a very good and excellent spot for someone who wants to have access to Central Park and other areas. A train station which is only 10 minutes walk which can take you to Time Square and One World Observatory easily.
Moi was really helpful and can't wait to see you again.

Big, beautiful rooms. Private bathrooms. Overall quite clean. The woman that owns the brownstone is very kind!
Some noise from the guests above me, but of course that's impossible to avoid. Noise machines are provided which is a very thoughtful touch.

The space is beautiful - tribal art gallery decorations, fresh flowers and vibrant foliage. The host was impeccable with communication and even assisted with last minute extension due to hurricane-related airline delays.
