The hotel room was well decorated, clean, and not cluttered in the least bit. From the lobby, to the room, it felt like a very well taken care and thoughtful hotel.

Location and nice room
The treatment from the staff, especially their main manager. The breakfast was included on the reservation and confirmed by the lady at reception. However at the end of the stay we were asked to pay full amount. After long dispute, we paid 300 dollars, just to be done with it. We were not supposed to pay any of this. On top of this, 2 weeks after our stay we see that they try to charge our credit card with additional amounts of around 200 USD. Thankfully they got rejected, but I am at loss of words for this behavior. No answer from hotel, despite several letters. We had to raise a complaint at customer protection service in new York. I don't even mention that 2 days of our stay were ruined by this treatment and nobody seems to take responsibility for this. I would recommend to stay away from this hotel, as this is all very bad, strange and unexplainable behavior in this industry.

Bathroom lighting is poor - all hotel bathrooms need a night light rather than the blast of 1000 watts in the middle of the night.

Location is good, room was okay (but only after repeated requests to front desk and tipping housekeeping to actually do their job).
Staff was very rude, front desk literally lied to us about how much credit we had for breakfast, only when we checked out did we realize that we wasted money eating elsewhere for no reason. Room was absolutely grimy in certain places like between the mattress and bed frame. Bathroom was full of other people's hair. Room was run down - bathtub plumbing was broken, drawers were broken.

Fantastic staff brilliant location everyone was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast at the on site restaurant was a huge bonus. This is our now go to hotel in NYC

Room and gym were spacious and products were lux. Great lounge to work out of before room was ready. Staff was nice. They have water in lobby which is a plus. Did not try food or restaurant so can’t speak on that.

We loved everything about the property — the location was absolutely amazing, the staff was wonderful, and the concierge Mario was especially helpful, as were all the other concierges (unfortunately, we don’t remember their names). Everything was truly outstanding. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness — spotless bathrooms, fresh towels — and there were nice breakfast places nearby. The staff in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner were outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. They were attentive, friendly and the food was excellent too.
The reception staff were poor at handling our initial concerns about our room. We had reserved a junior suite for 2 adults and a child and when we checked in at 6pm the sofa bed wasn’t made up and the room was a bit tired looking. The reception staff in the morning said it was our fault we should have requested the bed to be made up even though it was a room for 3 people. There were only towels for 2 guests too. Reception staff in the morning were a little rude. The manager had to ask them to leave it to him to sort out.
