Location.
The room windows looked into a window well. Water leaking and pooling in the bathroom on the floor each night worried ur would flood if we flushed. As many times as I have stayed no customer service at the front desk.

Disappointing
Location
The bathroom was separated from the bedroom via 2 frosted glass walls. Every time anyone used the bathroom the motion light meant the full beam light kept coming on, which lit up the whole bedroom instantly, waking the sleeping partner. Maintenance wouldn't do anything about it so we had to put bandaids on the motion sensor! Not one for couples. Room was also extremely cold with no spare blankets and also no coffee making facilities. Basic
