Super location, very smart rooms, really comfortable beds!
The mandatory resort fee for the gym, pool and sauna is a bit of a scam. You can’t opt out, and the pool and sauna want available during our stay and there was no discount.

The staff were amazing, always smiling, helpful and polite. Jimmy at the reception was great. The rooms were spacious, very rare in NYC. Elevators are big and fast. Price was acceptable, location exceptional. Walking distance to Soho shopping and trendy restaurants. But if there is one thing that stands out it's the staff.

#501, good service, ample closet space for the the larger jackets and clothing required for the winter, extra large shower size, area to house our luggage. Location is prime for us as we like being closer to chinatown and option to be able to go out to the restaurants we like in the neighborhood.
#501, lower floor than our usual, a bit noisy in the evenings, not enough lighting in the room, the mattress too soft and terrible water pressure in the shower.
