The staff were amazing, always smiling, helpful and polite. Jimmy at the reception was great. The rooms were spacious, very rare in NYC. Elevators are big and fast. Price was acceptable, location exceptional. Walking distance to Soho shopping and trendy restaurants. But if there is one thing that stands out it's the staff.

#501, good service, ample closet space for the the larger jackets and clothing required for the winter, extra large shower size, area to house our luggage. Location is prime for us as we like being closer to chinatown and option to be able to go out to the restaurants we like in the neighborhood.
#501, lower floor than our usual, a bit noisy in the evenings, not enough lighting in the room, the mattress too soft and terrible water pressure in the shower.

Perfect location for exploring Lower East Side, Soho, East and West Villages. One block from subway (F) so also easy to get to other parts of the city. Clean, modern, nice size studio. Oh, also lots of vintage clothing stores nearby on Orchard St. What's not to like?
The on site restaurant is an excellent sushi place but I don't think you can get any other cuisine via room service? It would be nice for breakfast at least to be more traditional. However, Russ and Daughters is a short walk away and there also a couple of coffee shops close by.

This hotel was gorgeous , we had a junior suite and it was perfect for two friends getting ready for a wedding and nights out. There was a separate seating area, closet space , full length mirror , hairdryer , large walk in shower, large bed mini fridge
Unfortunately the pool was closed so we were really upset by that as we booked this hotel based on using the pool.
There could’ve been better lighting in the room when getting ready at night and there was an air con unit that blasted out air every maybe 30 mins so unfortunately for me I was on that side of the bed so ended up unwell because it went into my throat and chest but it was warm when we were there too so it did keep the room cool , maybe if it could’ve been controlled by the guest that may have been better.

Pleasant
Is an aesthetically pleasing property however we did not expect the room to be so small and without a bathtub.
It was smaller than we expected due to the fact that the photos looks much more spacious and slightly more extravagant and location also gave us more of a amplified vibe so we were slightly disappointed however the property was fine.
