Reception not available via telephone nor email when my flight was cancelled, but pretended I already checked in.
The elevators kept getting shut or took forever to arrive.
The hotel closed all entries so everybody had to go through the parking garage exit, with no justification nor visible effort to improve this situation

Loved the location and the room was clean and the beds comfy.
That there was always a queue at Starbucks in the hotel. The food ran out and you could never get what you wanted. Staff were not overly friendly.
