Location.
Everything. Rude staff, dirty rooms, old, seriously needing renovations. Photos on booking.com for standard room are actually that of a premium room and the standard room is so much smaller. Bathroom is tiny. Can't close door unless squeezing next to toilet. Queue for breakfast 45mins. Hotel with that many rooms needs bigger restaurant.

You cannot beat the location of this hotel, particularly for New Years.
The beds are crazy. They are small double beds, but they’re on stands so they are very high (over 1m). It made it difficult for my daughter to get into bed!

The location.
The vibe inside the building is bit gloomy or maybe they need some new contemporary interior shifts. Also it wasn’t sound proof so when anyone passes by taking, I felt bit disturbed while sleeping.

Good location.
Very tired furnishings overall, especially bedrooms. Double beds only & very small. 1 hour queue each morning for a coffee. Only 1 coffee machine & 1 member of staff making the coffees. Over an hour queue to check in & check out.
