Location was great but everything else was horrible.
The cleanliness of the hotel, the front desk staff was not pleasant at all, elevators keep going out, we had to be moved to another due to the initial room not being cleaned properly. This hotel ruined our entire trip.

Facilities in the room were OK
Two of three elevators were out of service; in NYC you expect to have all elevators working.
Breakfast awfully expensive, in fact we had breakfast outside. I think you are losing business by charging so much the breakfast

The location is perfect
The Dining room is very outdated with dull lighting. The breakfast buffet quality for the price is terrible. Everything served was prepackaged scrambled eggs made of powdered eggs. We also found it ridiculous to charge $6 per bag to store at the concierge which should be free especially when the room rate is over $300 per night. We travel a lot domestically and internationally and have never ever been charged for luggage storage.

Handheld shower was broken and it was spraying with gusto 360 direction, no matter what we tried. First night we couldn’t take a shower because of it. The bathtub caulking had mold.

Everything ..Staff service.....the black womanat the reception look down on asian people.... no greeting no smiling Long queue for checkin more than 1 hour waiting by standing in the lobby. No waiting lounge or seating in the ground lobb 6 usd per piece for Luggage deposit. Long queue for breakfast wait for 30 min.minimum. Long queue for elevator. y..Price was too high for bad quality and service like this. Think twice if you'd like to book this hotel.....

Breakfast was a typical hotel buffet. There was always a line and wait to be seated. It was adequate and helpful in saving time since it was on site. Nice to have it included.

It has a great location, near the most attraction and metro station.
As it is a big hotel with a lot of guests so the waiting time for staff assistance is really long
