Great location, room good…building work going on on the ground level floor which we were not made aware of, building work and noise going on during our breakfast meal

The location is perfect
The Dining room is very outdated with dull lighting. The breakfast buffet quality for the price is terrible. Everything served was prepackaged scrambled eggs made of powdered eggs. We also found it ridiculous to charge $6 per bag to store at the concierge which should be free especially when the room rate is over $300 per night. We travel a lot domestically and internationally and have never ever been charged for luggage storage.

Location, cleanliness, and comfortable bed
Handheld shower was broken and it was spraying with gusto 360 direction, no matter what we tried. First night we couldn’t take a shower because of it. The bathtub caulking had mold.

Got upgraded room after ours wasn't cleaned ready for us which was good. General staff eg cleaning and reception staff were very nice. Location awesome
Took 45mins to check in. Original room wasn't cleaned and ready for us when we arrived, we were compensated for this. Manageress attitude when we complained about the room not being ready and a very large deposit taken for damages etc was disgusting. My email from booking.com clearly stated that the resort taxes were included in the final price I was to pay at the hotel, she argued and said I had to pay for that on top because I had booked through a 3rd party site, which was booking.com. We were refunded this tax as compensation for the room not being ready

Great location . Comfortable rooms. Very security conscious , visable throughout the hotel which was excellent.
The additional charges were not explained at either time of booking or on checkin . Some of the checkin front desk team were not as clear as they could have been on questions.

Everything ..Staff service.....the black womanat the reception look down on asian people.... no greeting no smiling Long queue for checkin more than 1 hour waiting by standing in the lobby. No waiting lounge or seating in the ground lobb 6 usd per piece for Luggage deposit. Long queue for breakfast wait for 30 min.minimum. Long queue for elevator. y..Price was too high for bad quality and service like this. Think twice if you'd like to book this hotel.....
