The location was excellent, close to the shopping center and the attractions we wanted to visit.
The location was excellent and conveniently close to the shopping center and attractions we wanted to visit. However, the mobile check-in process was very inefficient. Even after checking in through the app, we still had to wait a couple of hours to receive our room key. We then had to line up for manual check-in and waited another hour before finally getting the key.
Unfortunately, when we arrived at our room, it had not yet been cleaned or prepared. We informed a housekeeping staff member who was cleaning another room on the same floor. She kindly helped report the issue to her manager and also advised us to report it to the check-in counter.
Lastly, I was charged twice for the stay. I disputed the duplicate charge as soon as I noticed it, and thankfully, the refund was processed.

The location was about the only good thing.
I waited over 20 minutes 3 different times to get an elevator. There were no wash clothes in the room. The phone in the room did not have a cord, I could not call the front desk. At the end of the stay, they refused to bill the booking.com Credit Card. Stating I had to use a physical card for final bill. Parking was 3rd party and $85, website stated $75.

The location
Pretty much everything else! Not even a minifridge in the room, plastic cups in the bathroom, erratic wifi, wallpaper stained and peeling off in various places, trash paper under the bed, barely civil guest services, luggage storage for a fee. Most probably my worst experience on Booking for over 20 years, and even the humblest roadside motels I used had better equipment and service. Can’t believe Sheraton can tolerate such a stain on their brand.

They charge you a resort fee and the. Say you have a 35 food credit. Every time we tried to order something with the food credit at the bar the staff was rude. We were told we could not wait for our food at a table
