They charge you a resort fee and the. Say you have a 35 food credit. Every time we tried to order something with the food credit at the bar the staff was rude. We were told we could not wait for our food at a table

Perfect location for a city trip, very clean
Too crowded for restaurants, shops and reception desk at all times, too light blanket and unfriendly check in staff.
And we have to pay to leave our luggages !!

Location was good
1 hour plus wait standing in line for breakfast and even to buy a cup of coffee is ridiculous. The breakfast at $48 a person was disgustingly, not edible

Because of being a Resort they house big parties and the property doesn’t inform the patrons about it
