The Sheraton was an elegant hotel, from the lobby to the rooms. I love the old gold elevator
doors & the big gold apple. I just wish there was even more gold & designs, accents
replicating the 1920"s..I wish I thought of saying not to put down pillows in the room because I'm allergic & ended up with a rash(my fault). The staff was very professional polite and friendly. We also enjoyed the abundant breakfast.
Nothing ! My daughter and I had a wonderful time ! Oh, sorry, I just recalled that the outlets slits on the lamps were too big for a typical phone charger.

The hotel was in terrible condition. The bed sheets were torn, and the toilet was dirty. The staff was extremely rude, and even a bottle of water had to be begged for. In all my years of traveling, this is the first time I have ever experienced having to ask for drinking water in a hotel.
On top of that, the property is under renovation, yet no one informed us about it. Staying there with a child was very uncomfortable.
I have been a loyal guest of Sheraton for 9 years, always appreciating the brand for its high level of service. However, during this stay, I was deeply disappointed. Everything has changed drastically — from the room conditions and the staff’s attitude to the overall service quality. I was shocked to see that even the most basic standards are no longer being met.
There was mold in the bathroom, which made the stay completely unacceptable. It is impossible to live in such conditions, especially with an infant, as it poses a serious health risk.

The property is in a great location.
The hotel was under construction so the main entrance was closed and finding the correct entrance was difficult. Checking in took almost and hour.

1. We booked on the understanding that breakfast was included. When we arrived we were told that this only related to 2 members of our group. The additional charge was $371.
2. There was significant renovation works going on which we were not informed about in advance.
