Excellent Front Desk Service!
I stayed at this hotel from October 3rd to October 7th, and I want to thank the amazing front desk staff for their excellent service. Both the young lady and gentleman at the front desk were very friendly and professional.
My reservation was made in separate bookings, but I wanted to keep the same room for my entire stay. They handled my request quickly and efficiently, which made my stay much more comfortable.
Thank you again for the great service — I’ll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to New York!

Great location
We were overcharged and still waiting for the refund of USD 600 as advised that we’ll get the refund within 5 business days after checkout. It’s over a month now, no refund and no response after several calls and emails.

It has a great location, near the most attraction and metro station.
As it is a big hotel with a lot of guests so the waiting time for staff assistance is really long

Central location is the hotel’s only saving grace.
Loud and noisy, with a huge wait for breakfast, long wait for the elevators, the only view you get in a high rise room is another dirty skyscraper like this one.
Very expensive and doesn’t deserve the star rating in the slightest.
