The food was ok, but certainly not worth a hundred dollars. The WiFi kept shutting down, very aggravating, as a physician with a lot of paperwork to keep repeating previously done work.

Room was good. Views were fine. Checkout was efficient.
Check-in queues were 30 mins long. Elevators could take anywhere upto 15 minutes. Restaurant kitchen closed 30 mins before the scheduled close.

The location.
The staff on reception and the bar were the most ignorant people I have ever conversed with in my life. Whatever happened to U.S hospitality staff which in my opinion were the best in the world. This hotel has the worst in the world currently.

The hotel is super busy and there is always queues and groups of people in the lobby. They are clearly understaffed at the lobby reception and the staff had to turn me away even though I only had a simple question for her. She appeared to be annoyed and ride. Not entirely her fault because of the situation of the hotel

The Bell men are all very very nice people
-The Staff at the reception are somewhat rude, especially the one on my second day of stay.
- I regret my stay there very much, there was no rest, there were over 200, possibly 500 students who made a lot of noise throughout my 3 days stay. The lifts were always full and completely inaccessible sometimes makinge climb to and from the 10th floor. They also had to close the front door gate permanently for all customers over the same reason possibly.
-I also felt like they don't treat customers who boom through bookings.com with respect, they keep being suspicious and interrogating you as though you were an imposter.
- Isn't it descent to warn customers that your going to have a swarm of High School guests who may make the hotel look like a school or a pickin place so they can choose to stay or look elsewhere.
I'm very disgusted, I feel cheated

There were clearly conferences going on that took up the entire lobby. There were no staff to assist with elevators and it was purely chaos with the huge crowd from the conferences finishing for the day and just congregating in the lift area. I’m pregnant and didn’t like having to push through a crowd of rude people refusing to make way. My husband also got so frustrated with the sheer volume of people in the lobby at times and the long lines. They should really have a person dedicated to people at the hotel for conferences and the other staff dedicated to privately paying guests.

Staff great. Very accomodating despite they were completely understaffed.
Extremely understaffed. Understood that we were through a storm, but everyone knew it was going to happen so the departments could be staffed accordingly. Cannot staff the Front Office with just two receptionists in every shift, Same thing happened in the restaurant. Queues were amazing.
