Location was perfect.
Sink was clogged. And remained like that for about 4 days. Was fixed few days before we departed.
Breakfast: Very expensive. Not worth it.
Beds were too soft.
Constant long line for the check in.

When I checked I was told that I have to pay a destination fee 35 dollars plus tax for each night I stayed. I could get key to the room until I payed it.

Location is perfect for Times Square.
Price came down for some reason, so what was an overpriced hotel became reasonable.
An old hotel and certainly nowhere near Sheraton standards.
For some unknown reason they had dumped a fridge beside the bed on the floor. When we asked what it was there for they said there was no other place for it and we could have it removed if we wanted.
Swing latch on door was broken. Shower was really weak.

The location
Elevators do not support the flow of people. The gym was dirty and with a lot of equipments broken. The amenities were not replaced. The breakfast is a shame. I had to go out to eat decently and believe it I’m no picky.

We arrived at 10pm and room was not ready, we had to wait 45 minutes...

Wonderful
Location, we were in town for concert at Carnegie hall. Lobby was spacious and comfortable, loved the coffee bar. Room was larger than expected and very clean.
Late check in, long waits at elevators, no exhaust fan in bathrooms was strange and makes no sense.

All employees I encountered were very nice, helpful, attentive. Service is not an issue here!
My room was outdated. In the bathroom the wall paper was peeling off, missing grout in the shower. My room was just a little shabby for the cost.
