It is a very big hotel, but not enough staff to provide services. It took you a lot of time for check-in, luggage storage (with a fee for guests), and room services (I waited for almost one hour at midnight for an additional blanket, since the air-con did not respond to my required room temperature). Unlike other Marriot chain hotels, there is not any clue on the telephone letting you know how to contact room service or the front desk.

I liked the staff and the location of where it was
The sizes of the beds could’ve been bigger it was far too small for 2 people and a heads up about the destination fee we had to pay almost $400. Was very disappointed by this !

The location was good. But I thought it was closer to timesquare. The elevator was very fast and trouble-free.
The room smelled of dampness. The beds were too high, they were not suitable for the family’s accommodation. We had to combine the beds. There was no minibar in the room.

The interiors are very clean. The lobby is very spacious and nice to lounge in. The staff are very courteous, and the location is nearby Times Square without being right in Times Square.
The elevator system is very dysfunctional and makes it so that you have to wait very long for a right, or you have too many ppl packed into 1 elevator.

Everything - bad choice, worst hotel I have ever stayed. Smelly rooms, very old furniture, dusty rooms and cabinets - changed our rooms 4 times but still same pathetic experience

Debbie at the front desk was the only good thing along with the location of the hotel.
When I got to my room it wasn't even cleaned from the person before with drugs spread out on the counter, and I have a child. They gave me a coupon for Starbucks for my inconvenience. Then the elevators didn't work the entire trip so 30 minute waits for elevators. Every morning housekeeping would bang on my door and open it if I didn't answer in time asking if I was leaving. There is only one front desk staff that was nice. Her name is Debbie.

Location
Lines for check in, breakfast, elevators. Resort fee charged, same amount of food credit given. But then you are also charged NY tax ~10% twice, on the fee and when you use the credits. In the lobby bar, the only place to use the credit, there is a mandatory 15% service charge and 15% gratuity. And they also want a tip.
