Location was good for us - convenient to the office. Staff really friendly
Super crowded and elevators under repair
Sink clogged - never cleared despite mentioning it twice.
Very large roach (water bug?) in the bathroom. Someone else’s used underwear found in our room - not cool.

Location is convenient to all mid-town activity
The elevators were not all working and it created long waits in the lobby. Only two elevators working is not enough.

The location was great. Room was generally clean and the bed was comfortable
We walked in to the room with a huge cockroach in the sink. Getting up and down from the lobby to the room was painful, there were 3 elevators that served our room and they were all out of service so we had to use the one freight elevator that worked. Being on the 23rd floor this often took 10 to 15 minutes. The elevators were not working all weekend. In addition the water in the shower was tepid, not hot. Generally the building was shabby. The front doors weren't operating properly either.

Location was great
The elevators were not working the whole time we were there. We were forced to use the service elevator and easily took us 10 to 15 minutes to get up and down from our room. The water was only warm, no hot shower to be had. Generally clean but shabby.

The staff front desk and concierge staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and didn't verify anything with the reservation. They just said "ID? Card in here. Here you go."

The hotel canceled our first night a few days before our arrival and transferred us to a hotel nine blocks away. We had to deal with our own luggage and it was a complete disaster. Plus, getting anyone at the front desk or a management on the phone is nearly impossible.
We later learned that the entire Clemson football team stayed at the hotel, which I presume is why we got bumped from our room. Pretty crappy treatment considering we made our reservation nine months before hand.

Literally nothing. I have stayed in hotels of all types around the world and this was hands-down the worst. I've also lived in and stayed in NYC hotels and your staff and facilities were egregiously bad. Any time I complained, the staff basically commiserated and said "yeah, it's really bad"
-The bed in my room was broken - literally tipped over when you sat on it. Your staff member said "well, is it the bed you're sleeping on?" No, but I'd like to have both beds safe and functioning.
-The outlets did not work, except for one on a lamp
-The TV did not work - only 4 channels came in and a couple had no sound. Apparently this is an ongoing and known issue.
-The card reader on my door was broken on the same day as I had walked up ten flights of stairs because the elevator was not working and I had to come back down.
-The wifi was so spotty I wasn't able to complete work that I needed to do that morning
-Your restaurant "starbucks" food was stale tasting.
-Your staff was rude any time I asked for help
Oh, and the toilet barely flushed.
It was a horrible stay. I request a full refund for all of the rooms I booked.

Although the elevator system is unique and great when it works, it only seems to operate using two elevators at a time for each section of floors.

Love the elevator system that keeps you from waiting too long.
Rooms are tight and beds are smaller than average, no refrigerator or microwave (except for the community one by the elevators). Bartender was rude. Front desk is great!

There was nothing to like
Waited in line for 1.5 hours just to check in and get our room key. Hotel was overcrowded and under construction. The room was old and musty. The outlets in our room didn’t work. Would never stay here again

The ONLY positive thing about this hotel was it's central location. There was a main subway station at the corner of the hotel. Central Park a few blocks in one direction and Time Square a few blocks in the other. Lots of cafe's, places to grab a bite and shopping galore.
1. There are long lines and wait times to check in most of the day and night. We had a horrible time checking in but I thought it was because our flight was delayed and by the time we got to the hotel there was only one person working behind the desk due to it being the middle of the night, but after seeing lines throughout the days and evenings during our stay, I can see that wasn't the case. 2. We had requested to have 2 extra blankets in our room and they weren't there. Since we saw how busy the front desk person was when we got checked in, we figured we wouldn't bother the "reception" desk with this request that night. The following evening we called to ask for those blankets and the lady on the phone was very bothered with my request and very rudely argued with me when I explained to her that we had requested them in advance. A few minutes later, someone knocks on our door and after all that, brings us 1! It wasn't worth the grief for me to call again so I left it alone. 3. The room we had booked was for 2 queen beds, walking into the room, it was very apparent that the beds in the room were not "queen sized" but more like a full size mattress so my kids and I were not comfortable, to where my girls ended up sleeping on the floor - hence the extra blankets being needed. 4. I usually keep the room very clean and don't like to have our room cleaned everyday during a multiple night stay so after the first night I didn't request room service. The second day I gathered all the trash, changed trash bags, separated the recyclable containers in another bag, put all the used towels in a pile on the bathroom floor and left all our luggage picked up and put away in the closet so that they can come in with fresh linens / towels and maybe vacuum. When we got back that evening, we had clean towels but the beds had only been remade with the same sheets and blankets that were previously on them.
