This hotel is all about location 5 mins walk from time square and Central Park. Good base for a sightseeing trip

It has a great location, near the most attraction and metro station.
As it is a big hotel with a lot of guests so the waiting time for staff assistance is really long

Location
The room I reserved was not available, so I received a "comparable" room. I paid for a "city view". I had a view of bland rooftops. I paid for breakfast. I waited for 25 minutes in line to be seated. The wait staff was clearing and turning over the tables, and billing. It was a small, average quality buffet that they charged $45 dollars for. Disappointed doesn't express my feelings. I expected a "high quality" hotel would be customer focused, but they use the staff to smooth over disappointment and put Marriot first.

The Sheraton was an elegant hotel, from the lobby to the rooms. I love the old gold elevator
doors & the big gold apple. I just wish there was even more gold & designs, accents
replicating the 1920"s..I wish I thought of saying not to put down pillows in the room because I'm allergic & ended up with a rash(my fault). The staff was very professional polite and friendly. We also enjoyed the abundant breakfast.
Nothing ! My daughter and I had a wonderful time ! Oh, sorry, I just recalled that the outlets slits on the lamps were too big for a typical phone charger.

The hotel was in terrible condition. The bed sheets were torn, and the toilet was dirty. The staff was extremely rude, and even a bottle of water had to be begged for. In all my years of traveling, this is the first time I have ever experienced having to ask for drinking water in a hotel.
On top of that, the property is under renovation, yet no one informed us about it. Staying there with a child was very uncomfortable.
I have been a loyal guest of Sheraton for 9 years, always appreciating the brand for its high level of service. However, during this stay, I was deeply disappointed. Everything has changed drastically — from the room conditions and the staff’s attitude to the overall service quality. I was shocked to see that even the most basic standards are no longer being met.
There was mold in the bathroom, which made the stay completely unacceptable. It is impossible to live in such conditions, especially with an infant, as it poses a serious health risk.
