Location, comfortable room, enjoyable breakfast.
Queue for check in, queue for lift, congestion around main reception area (from extensive and day long queues) and particularly around lift area. Insufficient staff available for volume of patrons. Late check in (from 4pm and only if room available) and noise in corridors. Not all check in reception desks were open/attended and there were staff chatting in the 'back area' of reception but in view who could have assisted attending to patrons.

I would like to thank the entire team at the Sheraton New York Times Square for putting so much effort into making our stay as pleasant as possible.
I would especially like to mention Alex at the front desk, as well as his colleagues, and Edi at the Starbucks café, along with his team.
Housekeeping was efficient and done daily, with constant restocking of everything we needed.
On New Year’s Eve, after the ball drop, the hotel did an excellent job managing the large number of guests returning. The use of colored cards to group elevators worked very well, and the crowd was hardly noticeable when coming back from the New Year’s celebration.
It’s true that the hotel has a large number of rooms and that at certain times the front desk can be very busy, but the staff is fast, efficient, and solution-oriented. I believe they deserve understanding during those peak moments when many guests arrive at once.
I would also suggest increasing the staffing at the Starbucks café, especially during the early morning hours, as more personnel at the register would help speed up the line that tends to form at that time.

The location was very close to time square but please be aware on new year eve alot of roads are blocked off and NYPD everywhere
The hotel staff were not friendly, no eye contact and felt rushed everytime I went to reception. Trying to get the different taxes explained was very difficult and been charged 30 dollars to hold our luggage for a few hours was really bad form. The beds were so high, so soft like marshmallow which made thrm very uncomfortable and rooms during night were cold with no extra blankets provided. Bathroom was not very clean either with no shower gel provided. Breakfast time was under staffed. One morning we queued for nearly 45mins just for coffee and sandwiches to go. Queuing for lifts because two were not working.

I like the location
When I got my room booking included breakfast but the hotel didnt, I have the email. The they “give” $35 daily but you need to use it or they will charge it anyways. My bathroom was dirty, with hair, and dust. The bed had hair, I clean everything bc I was so exahusted for more waiting time.

Its location
Can get sick, It’s dirty, dusty, and mouldy, lacks heating for winter chill. NO room service. Very slow lifts. Plumbing is damaged. Electrical hazards all over the place. NO SECURITY. Anybody can enter the room levels. They don’t hold bags, and has paid wifi (which is unheard of in today’s day and age). Gave us 4 small bottled water for 3pax staying for 8 nights. No proper cups, plates and cutlery in rooms, and has plastic disposable cups.

I have booked and pay for a double room with 2 double beds for 4 persons. The room was so small that we couldn’t even have a bag open. The beds was definitely not double beds they was like single beds.
They charges me a location fee that was not mentioned in my booking and breakfast was not included.
