Bed is so comfortable, room size is great. Staff very friendly.
We were right next to the elevator so there was a lot of noise from it going up and down. Next time I will request a room farther away from the elevator.

The hotel location was simply perfect. Very close to all the places we were willing to visit and with easy access to other activities. Cordiality of the staff is also great.
I have booked a 30 m² room via booking.com. However. Understanding they have distinct room sizes, they offered me a room smaller than what I had booked. I took it just because it was close to one of our family members. But the broom was really smaller than what I have booked. I did not complain about it, but this was a problem in the stay.

I would like to begin by saying that, overall, I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were perfect, and my family and I were very pleased with the facilities. However, I feel it's important to bring to your attention a very unpleasant incident that occurred on our first night.
On April 25th, around 10:30 p.m., we were in the lobby when I approached the front desk to ask if the rooftop was open. The staff member at the reception responded in a very dismissive and confrontational manner, seemingly annoyed that I interrupted whatever he was doing at the time. Even though I apologized, his attitude remained unprofessional.
What made the situation worse was that a few minutes later, he made a comment about me to the other person at the front desk. When I looked at him, he said, “Do you have something to say to me?” in a very confrontational tone. I replied that yes, I did—I am a guest at this hotel and I felt I was being treated very poorly. I was simply asking a question and did not deserve such a hostile response. His attitude made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. The colleague who was with him seemed to witness the whole situation.
I believe this type of behavior does not reflect the level of service a hotel like yours should offer, and I sincerely hope steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen to other guests.

Cleanliness - mattress very comfortable
WiFi - TV instructions or list of channels- silverware in kitchenette - register me properly - you reversed my first and last names so wifi did not work until this was discovered. This was never fixed.
