Very central location and great staff and good hot breakfast. Free coffee in lounge 24/7
Paper thin walls , aircon makes outrageous sound if out to cold, like a jet engine no joke. Opening window solves this, be very hot in summer

Location and staff
The room had a lot of noise from machines…acted as white noise but loud…also the property is painted Red and gloomy seemed a bit dodgy at the start tbh. But quickly became evident they went for a warm vibe but haven’t got it well. Don’t waste your money on the breakfast. The chef was great but the restaurant staff were miles away. At one point everything needed to be reminded. Hot water, Orange Juice, milk, food all was finished at peak breakfast hour!! And reminding drew some unhappy expression from staff

world’s most terrible concierge EVER. She was rude, unpolite, offensive, really the worst I have seen in 40 years of travelling. Incompressible how a I’ve hotel like the sanctuary could have such low standards in the concierge area

The best hotel during our honeymoon trip. Beautiful interiors, an extremely comfortable bed, and wonderfully kind staff. We were treated like royalty to celebrate the start of our honeymoon. This hotel truly makes you feel like the King of New York. We warmly recommend it and send our regards to the amazing hotel team, thank you once again! <3
