I loved everything about my stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean, cozy, and well appointed. Honestly, the nicest I've experienced in a while. I won't stay anywhere else while in New York. Please don't change!

Excellent location (very close to metro station Lex/51st), kind staff, comfortable, clean & quite room, quick elevators, no hidden charges, excellent options for breakfast near the hotel (eg. luncheonette)

Fantastic location to everything in NYC and very easy to get to from JFK via Subway. Staff were super helpful and friendly every day. The one bedroom suite is massive and above our expectation. Furnishings and room styling a little old and dated but I think that brings character when staying in NYC. Everything was super clean and anything needed from housekeeping or front desk was never a problem and organized / delivered quickly. Would definitely stay again.

In a great location within walking distance of many attractions but away from the chaos of Tomes Square. There are some terrific restaurants/cafes nearby and a decent supermarket too. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite, which was spacious by NY standards and easily accommodated our family of four with a rollaway bed. Friendly, helpful hotel staff. Great to have a mini fridge, microwave and some crockery and cutlery, especially for a longer stay. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Great location..comfortable beds. Hot water, kitchenette and loads of room. Extra bed requested and provided.(proper size and sturdy!) Luggage storage. Lots of places for breakfast. Near subway. Lovely helpful staff.
