Location is perfect. Plenty of small restaurants and cafes around. The front desk employees were super helpful.

Large, comfortable room. Small kitchenette, equipped with microwave and kitchen utensils. Very friendly staff.
Narrow corridors and floor covered with carpeting. The hotel looks a bit aged but is well maintained allowing for a very comfortable stay.

Location was very convenient. The room was large, spacious and comfortable.
Some of the surfaces in the rooms were dusty, in particular the window sills. Also, when I arrived at the hotel, I wasn't given any information. I didn't know if breakfast was available, whether there was a bar or lounge, where the nearest subway station was etc. This would have been useful to know.l

Plush, spacious, good quality rooms and lobby. Great staff. Excellent high quality with robes and good attention to detail.
The TVs were a little outdated. No access to Netflix, only films to hire that were too expensive.

The hotel staff was friendly. It’s close to great restaurants and public transportation. Just a heads-up for light sleepers—being on the 16th floor, we were still woken up several times by sirens throughout our stay. But that’s probably hard to avoid in NYC. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again.
