The rooms were very spacious, comfortable pillows and beds. Air conditioner was cool and temp can be controlled. Staff very friendly.
Bathrooms a little dated. Doors don't soft close, they bang and can be heard from other rooms.

Wonderful
We would especially like to thank the housekeeping team. Our room was cleaned every day, and our water was replenished daily. The location was very convenient and close to everything. We were very satisfied with our stay.
The only slightly tiring part was that the shower head was fixed and not detachable

The rooms were great- very thoughtful inclusions like good coffee, water bottles, good range of TV channels etc. The rooms were cleaned often and well, and staff were reliable. Hotel staff were nice and helpful too. Location of the hotel was great too.
Only thing to be improved was that the hotel helpfully arranged a taxi by a special provider but the provider’s prices to get to the airport were quite unreasonable.

Very clean , comfortable beds , bonus was the very large room 2 queen beds and separate lounge area and sofa bed which suited us with two teens. We found the location good , about a 7 minute walk to Rockefeller Centre etc and close to subway line 6 so easy to get around. We were on a high floor so no noise , room was quiet , cleaning and servicing was excellent . Staff came immediately to fix something minor . We were given plenty of free bottled water daily. Good restaurants close by. We were there during the blizzard in late February, so we loved it ! Loved NYC xxx overall good value.
It is a bit old fashioned now re decor and bathroom like others mentioned , but very clean … and for the price and size of the room , I’d rather that than a “modern “ shoe box. No view , except to next building but honestly we were out all day and most nights , we could still see the snow falling.

The location is ideal for exploring the city. The staff were amazing: very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, comfortable and well maintained.
Noise from the street during the night. The shower is a bit worn and could benefit from an update.
