The staff was sooo nice and so helpful. The cleaners obviously took pride in their work and the place was spotless.
The pull out couch bed wasn't the most comfortable but that's to be expected

Location is great. Really easy to get to "must see spots in Midtown" and easy acces to subway. The staff was really nice and helpful. I felt they did their best to fulfill our requests.
