Wonderful
We stayed in a large room with kitchenette. The hotel is not new but is very well and beautifully maintained. It’s close to bus and subway lines.
The coffee in the room is not the best.

Everything was wonderful from the moment we walked into the lobby until we left. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was perfect, and the rooms were clean and wonderful. We had two adjoining rooms that made it into a huge suite with a sitting room. We loved it!

We had a fabulous experience at the San Carlos! The location was amazing and the staff was so kind and helpful! Our room was spacious and comfortable. Our accommodations were a BIG part of our visit’s success!

The rooms were space and clean, staff was nice and the location was pretty darn good and quiet
There is no restaurant or bar on site. Not a huge deal, but would have been nice to be able to grab breakfast, coffee or a cocktail during the stay without having to leave the hotel grounds. its rated 4 star category which i always thought it meant it had that amenity but I guess not

I liked the location which was close to where I wanted to go. The room was comfortable and with complementary coffee and water bottles

The location was very convenient. the hotel was clean and well looked after and most important of all the staff were without exception the most helpful and friendly staff I have ever experienced at any hotel in the world. They just a great people, loved to be there and definitely will come back.

Decent hotel
We checked in at 10pm with 2 kids. Reception calls us regarding a noise complaint few minutes later. Person spoke quite rudely saying “please keep it down”. As reception you just checked us in. You obviously are aware that checking in will require some speaking and movement. Could have been better managed. Peace
