Location, location, location! Also clean and comfortable, the mini kitchen was nice for drinks and kid stuff. Staff were very helpful and kind.

The location was fabulous. Walk to everything. Underground, Grand Central, cafes/restaurants, grocery store. Bed was super comfy. Our older son slept on the pull out lounge. He said it wasn't that comfy. It was quiet even tho we were on the street front. We did ask for a room high up (12 floor) which did help. The aircon was a bit noisy so turned it off at night. Overall we had a great 6 night stay at San Carlos.
