The location was great. The hotel was beautiful. The room was spacious, and we were fortunate to have received an upgrade and we couldn’t believe how big the room was for NYC.

The location was great for exploring the city. Close to everything in midtown. And easy to travel by subway anywhere uptown or downtown. Room enough to accommodate our family of 5 (including 3 adult daughters).
Only slight downside is the rooms could be modernized a bit and the pull out couch could be a little more comfortable. While clean and roomy, it was just a little tired.

It was a great get-away from the moment we stepped inside. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Our room was very spacious and clean. The location was wonderful away from the crowds but close to most things we wanted to do. We will return again soon!

Rooms look like they’d never been vacuumed. Water provided to 2 persons not 3 in the room (were offered to buy our own!) General friendliness of staff was below standard.

Can’t beat the location. Two subway stops only a couple of mins away. A great deli around the corner and supermarket within a couple of blocks (if you’re trying to save on food). Clean and comfy hotel. Staff very helpful.
