The location was fantastic and the beds were so comfortable in the super king size ones. Room was a great size aswell. All the staff were fantastic. Andy especially. He has a wealth of knowledge regarding food places to go in the area and just a great guy.

Room was bigger than expected and loved that the sofa bed was already prepared for the third person in the room. The kitchen nook was very helpful since we had a person with dietary restrictions - was much easier to manage the meals. Location is great, all was clean, and the elevator is incredibly fast!

Great location, very friendly, professional, helpful staff. The property was very clean. Rooms were a nice size. Very quaint, felt like a boutique hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
The only negative was the room facing the street was noisy. Our other room that was not street side was very quiet.

A wonderful hotel in an excellent location in Manhattan, yet on a quiet street. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was relatively spacious, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Bobby and Carlos went out of their way to assist us with luggage and transportation needs
Michael at Front desk completely unflexible regarding our request for a late check out at 3 pm despite our having paid for 2 nights for a one night,2 days stay,despite written request in advance,very rigid and refused to go the extra mile for guests.
