The hotel was great. The staff were amazing, rooms were big and spacious, plenty of room. The location was great on the East side. Train line was one block away with Grand Central Station, a 6 minute walk. 5th Ave and the shopping was close by.

The property was immaculate. And the location of the hotel was central to the museums that we were visiting.

Location and staff were excellent. Clean and well maintained.
Quite a bit of street noise in our 4th floor street facing room. Other than that this really is a great hotel

Location and friendly staff
As usual the rooms were not as depicted in the photos. They could use better quality tissue and toilet paper and the hallway was stained. Overall it was okay but not as good as the Kimberly or Benjamin on the same street.

Really conveniently located for all our needs. Easy walking distance to LIRr/Grand central terminal, restaurants and grocery for quick essentials. Price value ratio really cannot be beat in the area, and the staff are top notch. Generous room sizes, and comfortable bedding. Repeat customers.
Most hotels have gone to cardboard tasting buffet breakfasts. No dining room here, which isn’t an issue at all when you realize everything you could want is mere steps away, or available for delivery.

Cleanliness. Location. Friendly staff. Very good room.
Nothing. Except for a mistake made by the staff regarding a package delivered to the hotel (they didn't correctly recognize/identify my name addressed on the package) everything else was perfect.

The location was fantastic with every kind of restaurant within short walking distance. The staff were attentive and helpful for storing luggage during our day out exploring. Room was cozy and full of amenities.
