The suite was spacious and similar to a small apartment. Hotel staff at the Front Desk were friendly and helpful. The location couldn’t be better. Public transportation was one block away. Restaurants in every direction. I would definitely stay here again.
Can’t think of any negatives.

Great location in midtown incl to multiple subway lines and awesome 2nd and 3rd Ave eateries. Smaller hotel so felt more homely. Big rooms for NYC!

The hotel was an excellent base for my stay in New York. It was close enough to many sights and Subway stations, so ideal for sightseeing. The room was large, the beds were very comfy. The staff were helpful and friendly. We even managed to get a later checkout for no extra cost.
The view from our room wasn't anything to look at but this was not a problem as I only used the room for sleep as I spent all of my days out and exploring the city.

Excellent location in mid-town. Close to metro station and restaurants. Clean. Large rooms with ample space to spread out - something that is hard to find in NYC at a reasonable price.
An included breakfast would have been nice. But there are delis and cafes nearby.
