Nice location, friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable beds, large room and convenient kitchenette
A bit noisy for rooms looking at the street (weak soundproofing of windows), noisy AC, fixed shower head (not convenient), too expensive for such conditions (but its general for all Manhattan hotels)

- the water and the coffee provided for free
- the cleaning service of the room very precise and punctual
I didn't like the furniture, a bit old, and the kitchenette where you couldn't cook something properly but only warm it up with microwave.
