We received a very warm welcome from the staff, and our room was surprisingly spacious. Even with the sofa bed open, we still had plenty of room to move around comfortably and organize our things.
The location is fantastic—just a few steps from Fifth Avenue and about a 15-minute walk from Times Square, yet the hotel itself is very quiet. There are also several public transportation options nearby, making it really easy to get around the city.
Overall, we had a great stay and were very happy with our choice!

Staff were very nice; location was great
Room decor dated. AC fan went on and off all night and when it clicked on, was extremely loud. Could also hear people in next room talking.

Great location - handy to subway, lots of cafes and restaurants, walk to many major attractions, peaceful compared to the madness of the Times Square locale. Room was quiet, daily room service was excellent, bed was very comfortable and reception staff were very helpful. With a Microwave and fridge we were able to organise our own breakfast each morning.
