The cleanliness was on point! The location is excellent, the beds were comfortable and the staff were all so friendly and helpful.
There were some paint chips in some furniture, some damage to the wallpaper under a window which was peeling up, the couch was very uncomfortable to sit on.

Room 306 was big! Two queen beds, a chair, a large desk with chair. A refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, complimentary water, real dishes and silverware. Big closet with robes, slippers upon request from front desk were promptly delivered. Bathroom not super modern but clean and has all you need, including a tub if traveling with children.Doorman to help get a taxi, small seating are in lobby and a large booth. Also loved 3pm check in and 12 noon checkout. Great location on 50th.
No view from room 306. No bar or restaurant but PLENTY just across the street.

Location excellent, rooms a good size. We were a family of 4 in a double queen room. Not our first stay at the hotel and didn’t disappoint We’ve stayed at different hotels over the years and stumbled on this by chance a couple of years ago and wouldn’t stay anywhere else now
Nothing at all. If I had to choose something it’s the removal of Aveda wash products however, the replacements are equally as lovely. We have high expectations for cleanliness and it surpassed our expectations

Quiet but central Location. Lots of convenient stores very close by. Close to time square … but not so much that you hear the noise . Rooms are very spacious .
