The location was perfect. The staff were very nice and professional.
The pillows were small, like the size of small throw pillows. I very much would have preferred standard sized pillows. The bed was a little too firm.

Brilliant hotel. Smallish room as is standard in NY but perfectly functional and had everything I needed, very comfortable. Decorated to a high specification. Fantastic view from my room. Very friendly, helpful and charming staff. Great location and near to the subway so manageable even with lots of luggage. A left luggage facility and generous check out time. I would definitely stay here again. Can't fault it.

It is very family friendly. Clean and staff are so nice. They are so so kind and helpful. John was the best. He helped us with baggages and taxi when we wanted to go to the airport. It is located at the best location in Mahanttan and close proximity to everything I think.
The room was a bit smaller than expected.

Our very small room was very clean, staff members were friendly and helpful. Great location - close to the subway, the AMNH, Zabars and other UWS neighborhood gems. We appreciated the simple lobby sitting area with tea and hot chocolate available all day and coffee in the morning.
recommend bringing a white noise maker - could hear voices from the hallway and steps from above.

I loved the views and being right next to Hudson Park. The staff was very polite and coffee 24/7. Room had great temp control.

Loved it! It is very small (be warned), but very cosy. I had a river view and it was awesome at night. The location is just fantastic! 9 minutes on metro and you're right in the centre of Manhattan. 10 min walk to the Museum of Natural History and Central Park.
