Great location in FiDi. Steps away from main subway routes, restaurants and also interesting shopping. Excellent breakfast that filled us up for the morning.

Loved the location of the property and the bed was nice and comfy, with toiletries included and staff were nice and friendly
The breakfast room was absolute hell, people stood around blocking all the food because the room was too small and even when you got the food there was nowhere to sit. It would’ve been nice if water could’ve been placed in rooms for the price of this hotel. Also we tried to add an extra guest on before staying and it was absolutely impossible to do and was just repeatedly ignored by the Marriott team so that’s quite bad customer service.

It was only one of the hotels that had a twin room. Clean, but very very hot. Rather bizarrely there was a huge fridge freezer in the room that made a terrible buzzing noise. I finally managed to turn the whole machine off.

Good location, close to subway and room was quite spacious
We arrived late at night (midnight) and despite me messaging ahead the sofa bed wasn’t made up. I was told someone would come immediately but after 30 minutes when I went to ask at reception it was clear that the request hadn’t been made.
The mattress on the sofa bed wasn’t very thin and unusable. I was told they were all the same. Eventually the next day we were given a second mattress which made it more comfortable.
Breakfast was also poor for the price and when food ran out before 9:00 it wasn’t replenished.
