Easy to find, quick access from subway in the frigid cold of this winter. Room was comfortable with everything i needed and very quiet even though i was facing broadway.
The windows dont seal well and when not running the heating overnight (it is noisy so i turnt it off when sleeping), i woke up to below 60 and very cold air brushing over my face.

This hotel is absolutely stunning and exceeded all of my expectations. The rooms are among the most beautiful I have ever stayed in spacious, elegant, and impeccably designed with breathtaking views that truly make the experience unforgettable. The location is outstanding and perfectly situated to explore the city while still feeling like a luxurious retreat.
Having stayed at many Hilton properties around the world and as a Lifetime Diamond Member, I can confidently say that the level of customer service at this hotel is simply exceptional and among the very best I have ever experienced. The attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the staff truly set this hotel apart.
A very special thank you to Jane, Annabelle, Heidi, and Aya they are absolute superstars. During the snowstorm in New York City, they went above and beyond in every possible way to ensure that my stay remained warm, comfortable, and stress-free despite the challenging circumstances. Their kindness, dedication, and positive attitude made a huge difference and turned what could have been a difficult situation into a truly memorable and enjoyable stay.
This hotel delivers excellence on every level, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I am already looking forward to returning very soon and would happily choose this hotel again without hesitation.

Everything about the property was just excellent. The location, staff, room size, facilities, breakfast everything was just perfect. We stayed here for our anniversary night and the front desk ladies(sorry, i missed catching the names) made our evening just perfect.
