Great location, very well equipped room and kitchenette, sound proofing is not very good and you can hear the room door next to you opened and closed, you can also hear the elevators, some stains on the window curtains and didn't empty the trash under the sink in the kitchenette, good not American typical breakfast, good value for money

The view from our room on the 44th floor was absolutely stunning. We could see iconic skyscrapers and even a glimpse of Central Park on the far side. The scenery was gorgeous both during the day and at night.
Breakfast was also very good, offering a variety of hot dishes, bacon, cheeses, fresh fruits, and more.
1. We stayed for 6 nights, and on 4 of them our key card stopped working and wouldn’t open the door when we returned. When I went down to the front desk to get it reactivated, the staff insisted I bring my husband in person because the reservation was under his name. Showing that we shared a last name and presenting a photo of his ID on my phone wasn’t enough. This resulted in frustrating back-and-forth trips late at night, and the issue repeated almost every evening.
2. The toilet clogged twice during our stay.
3. The towels were very old and worn out, which was unpleasant. Overall, the room felt dated and could benefit from a refresh.

Beautiful, clean, nicely equipped room with a great view. Courteous and helpful staff. Terrific breakfast with lots of options; especially the fresh fruit.
A bit pricey, but its New York City!

View from room. Check in and out was quick and efficent . Room clean , if showing a little ware in places.
Paid extra for times sq view . which was worth the extra for looking out over city. Room was on floor 63.
Needed to keep room after check out time of 11am. As Had a late evening flight back. Weather wet/cold.
So no sitting in park till taxi pick up
This was done quickly and friendly by reception. - -- If a little pricy.
Breakfast was fine . Good choice of items. Went down early to avoid crowds. BUT ooo the wast. all paper plates and plastic knives/forks/spoons/glasses used once then all put in trash bags.

Fantastic location, great service and staff, Cyril on front desk brilliant. Amazing view from rooms on high floor, breakfast brilliant.
Only minor complaint which might bother some is elevator/lifts, which can take a little while at peak time. Our Shower door leaked a little in use. But all in all a great stay and would definitely return.

Three of the drawers were broken. Did not get tea bags replaced.
Bed was comfortable , excellent facilities with small kitchen. Great location - walking distance from a number of attractions.

The view. Breakfast was good.
Elevator noise. We could hear the elevators going up and down all night long. If you are a light sleeper, it could be an issue. We were too tired from walking all day to really notice.

Excellent location for the theaters and subway, great views, very comfortable.
However, staff did not resolve to our satisfaction an issue we had with somebody (a maintenance person) entering the room just before 7 am, wanting to examine the refrigerator (there was nothing wrong with it) as a result of a (prank?) call. A complaint was lodged but no explanation was given.
