Great location - within easy reach of Central Park, Broadway and various Subway stations. Staff were polite & friendly. A decent sized room for the price and location.
Reliability of the lifts was a bit hit & miss - quite a long walk down the stairs to breakfast as all but one lift was out of order one morning.

Great location. Flavia at the front desk was very helpful. Check-in was easy and the room was small but comfortable.
The elevators were loud at night and the doors on the rooms don’t close quietly so there was a lot of slamming, even at 2am.

Reception staff, so far I did not get an invoice for my stay. I could not get the amount reimbursed from my company. Hotel refused to provide an invoice because I had booked through booking, but booking never provides invoice.

Breakfast was average but same everyday. View from room was amazing. Location excellent. Free bag drop for late pickup.
Room not as described. Sold as room with kitchenette but no hotplate, no cups, mugs, plates, cutlery or kettle. Small tray with tea bags and coffee and bottled water. Only after we had arrived home did we realise that they charged $8 for 1/2 litre of water which they took from security deposit $40 in total. Could not pay cash for anything

The location
We got stuck in the elevator for more than an hour. We called the reception but they didn’t do anything knowing there are 8 people inside and a PREGNANT lady. So after we decided to call the fire department to get us out of there. Finally we were out after 30minutes.
We were promised one night free of charge as a compensation for the stress and guess what, we never got the refund! Bizarre! Service on the lowest level possible, they reached the bottom.
