Excellent staff. Excellent bed and pillows and linens. Excellent laundry facilities. Great buffet and gym . The only reason we gave a low rating is that Wednesday non of the elevators worked on our side of the hotel. There were many elevator issues for first 3 days we were there. Everything else about this hotel was excellent.
Elevator issues made the stay unsafe on Wednesday

This is our second time staying here in 2025. This time I was traveling with my 13 year old daughter to celebrate her birthday. Axel at the front desk through in a few extra touches to make the trip extra special. The rooms are so comfortable, I actually wish we’d had more time in the room. It was very clean and the location really can’t be beat! Close to the subway, Central Park, Broadway shows and Time Square. We can’t wait to come back!
The elevators take a long time but we knew that so we left extra time when we needed to use them.

Location is terrific. We stayed on the top floor, the 64th, and the views were incredible. Every single staff person we interacted with was pleasant and eager to help.
The HVAC in our room was either too warm or too cold. We couldn’t get it just right.

Location is nice. Very convenient. Staff is friendly and respectful.
The room we had on 59th floor (5902) had amazing view but unfortunately one on the windows was broken and fixed with duct tape. During our stay 1 night was rain n wind storm so whole night window was rattling and making dangerous sounds. We inspected in the morning and We informed the front office.

Great location in the heart. Easy walkable access to times square, Rockefeller, Central Park.
We were put in the 64th floor and the view was incredible. We were there celebrating our anniversary and the front counter made a fuss and were so amazing.
Being so high up ment that we had to wait a bit for the elevators however this is to be expected when you need to go up 64 floors. Compared to other places we stayed on the trip, the breakfast waa a bit average. Was good but not amazing.

On entering, we were warmly greeted by Letti and Steve. They made our stay memorable with a beautiful room and view with celebratory beverages. Frida was fantastic in ensuring our room was like new each day. We will definitely look to return to this Residence Inn on our next visit.

This hotel is in a great location- walkable to Central Park, Broadway shows and many restaurants. The staff was excellent, especially housekeeping. Rooms cleaned daily with attention to detail. The staff in the breakfast area went above and beyond and front desk employees did an outstanding job job.
The shower pressure was low.we did notify the staff and they did attempt to fix it but it was still low.

Wonderful
Excellent location, great views. Breakfast had a nice spread. The bed was comfortable and room generally well laid out. Cleaning crew did an excellent job daily.
It wasn’t their fault but elevator wait times were long, understandable, as we were on the 63rd floor. Our sliding bathroom door was open a couple inches on the resting position side when closed, it created a “poop with friends” kind of situation…not sure if it was our room or all.
