I never got an invoice for my stay even if asked four times, first during check out, and then three times in writing over the last three weeks. Thus my nearly 800 USD bill for a professional trip can't be reimbursed. The hotel keeps telling me they can't give me invoice as I booked through booking.com and booking.com says it should come from the hotel.
I would never imagine I can have such an issue with a hotel in US. All other hotels I stayed in around the world always gave me invoice even if the money went through booking.com
Beware!
Other than that, the rooms are pretty worn out and the breakfast pretty basic.

The amazing location, just nearby Bryant Park, at walking distance from Times Square, the Rockefeller Center, Grand Central... Metro lines just at five minutes away to be everywhere in Manhattan in less than 20 minutes. The breakfast buffet was great and generous
The small kitchenette could have been more equipped (not so useful to have pots if you don't have a oven or kitchen plates...). At peak times the waiting time in elevators can be long, but this is the price to pay if you have a room at 30th floor with Empire State Building view ;-)

The area was wonderful it was walking distance to places where I needed to go and it’s very convenient
The hotel it very out dated the bathroom inside the rooms are very small and it has a really bad smell though out the hotel and they need to upgrade there elevator system the breakfast was fair once you can get downstairs to get it because of the elevators and they don’t accommodate you and they still close at 10

Location excellent, staff very friendly and helpful
Dated, not enough bedding, one chair at breakfast bar in room that sleeps 3, plug in bath not working, handles on draws falling off, not enough crockery for kitchenette (1 cup, 2 bowls, sleeps 3 so should be enough for the amount of people in the room) no kettle, lifts very busy and can be waiting 15/20 mins. Breakfast too busy and not enough seats for everyone

We loved the friendliness of the staff, the comfort and cleanliness of the room, the location and the facilities.
I would have liked the breakfast offered as part of the stay to include a variety of fruits and the option to take it to the room, as I was unable to eat it because there was no space to sit.
