Mr Andre of the reception was an excellent service and he recalled me from my visit there back in 2017
The overall musty smell Hotel is in rundown condition. Specially the passages etc.
Room itself was clean and reasonably appointed.

Good location, friendly staff
Really tiny rooms, no toiletries such as body lotion , very cramped and the room cleaning was not regular. The wait for lifts was really long and ended up walking 18 stairs . Really disappointed it’s a Marriott and nowhere close to the brand quality.

Good position. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
We were given a room with a bed and a Sofabed. The Sofabed was very very uncomfortable and the water in the shower was cold! We were then moved to another room the following day with 2 beds. And the shower was hot. Thank goodness!
Also there could be more variety with the breakfasts. We stayed 6 nights and after a few days it got very boring.
The coffee was terrible !

Location is very close to most important subway lines In Manhattan. Very friendly staff. Large rooms and comfortable bed. Kitchen facilities are handy in case you need to cook your meals. Whole Food is just cross the street.
Poor WiFi, elevator noice, shower curtain is not water proof (leaking water to bathroom floor). The room is generally clean, but we did see a small sized cock roach on the couch.

The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and accommodate our needs, especially due to my partners disability and my daughter's autism. The location is brilliant, breakfast was a real bonus and the beds were so comfortable.
The bathrooms were functional and when we had an issue with the shower maintenance were out and fixed it in 5 minutes but the overall appearance looked a little tired and dated.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The mattress was very comfortable, the size of the rooms were very nice.
The breakfast was substandard. Eggs tasted like powdered milk. The elevators took a long time and were often filled. We had rooms near the elevators and we could hear them running all day and night.
