The central location, spacious room, the large fridge, and kitchenette were the reasons we booked.
The room was like many in Manhattan: in need of refurbishment a decade or so ago. Old style, small sink, rough towels, smelly shower curtain.

Great location - so close to subway stations and within easy walking distance to a lot of major attractions. Good sized room. Great value for money as it included a kitchenette. Friendly staff.
Lift wait times at peak times was slow.
Sofa bed mattress not good.

The location is excellent, close to all the attractions in the city center (Times Square, Fifth Avenue, Empire State Building...) and the metro line.
The staff is kind and helpful with anything you ask for.
The kitchenette in the room is very useful and convenient.
The double beds are small and uncomfortable for two teenagers. If you have two children older than 10, it is better to take two separate rooms with king size beds
The elevators are very slow and we waited more than ten minutes in the morning, finally we went down from the 14th floor by stairs.
Breakfast is only until 9:30, and there is a big crowd in the dining room if you go down after 8:30.

I did not get to see the property where I paid for a 6 day stay. I was told by the customer service I contacted to announce my late arrival that they cannot find a reservation in my name.
I did not like the approach towards their clients and the fact they did not respond in time to my requests. I was definitely the victim of a scam and I am not sure if it was the hotel or the Booking.com, the counterpart I made the payment in January 2026.

Location is perfect, very close to times square without really being in times square.
Room is very spacious, old but everything functions well.
Breakfast is ok, limited options not so much varieyt but not bad.
Room overall is old, and elevator squeaks especially if you are on the higher floors.

The place was great good size rooms and the staff was wonderful ❤️. The staff went above and beyond from the moment we checked in to the minute we checked out. Thank you all for being so welcoming
The breakfast was so busy and not alot of room to sit with the family. The food was kind of cold.
The elevators were so packed during breakfast time and check out. We had to wait a few elevators to get one we could fit in.

Great location room size good staff friendly
Bathroom way to small , toilet seat was loose and kept shifting water. Pressure in the shower was very, very low hot water barely worked . This is my second stay there and I will not be staying there again, not worth the price. Rooms are very outdated. Will be staying in a more modern hotel the same price or less. Oh and elevator sound like if they’re about to break down and every time we will get on the elevator, we will cross our fingers we wouldn’t get stuck because it literally sounded like it was gonna break down any second
