One of the front desk staff was rude not kind kind of lecturing his name first lwtter was with M .. not the position he should be working for kindness and smile and positive communication is essential

The location for people who want stay close to Time Square even though next time I would like to stay at Soho. More calm, clean and charming.
The elevator. We waited so long. The last day we waited 45 min - beleive it. I would never be there due to this.

Great front desk staff. We had an acceptable experience with check-in, checkout and with baggage handling.
No issues at all really. We were on the fourth floor so getting down to breakfast on the third floor was relatively easy. But I can imagine that being a bit of a challenge on higher floors and did see long lines of the elevators.

Breakfast had good options, and the space is large and nice to hang out if you reached early and your room was not ready.
There was this lady at the reception who was rude and very unwelcoming; she seemed like she was forced to be there. Interacting with her was the only downside to our enjoyable stay at this hotel.

Location
The elevators were slow, especially when everyone is trying to go the the 3rd floor for breakfast from the upper floors. Took forever.
The pull out bed was like laying on a bunch of springs with no padding - it was horrendous. My one traveling companion ended up sleeping on the couch cushions on the floor instead of sharing the pullout.
