The room size is great.
Great location, we flew into Newark Liberty and caught the shuttle bus which stops at Bryant Park. The hotel is right near subway stations.
The staff are great.

During our check out for airport we struggled a lot to get a taxi as the street was closed and hotel staff did not have any plan on how to help guests get a taxi . In fact we were misled by the hotel staff and we almost missed our flight on 3 rd May morning

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! First of all, the location is just perfect, because it is next to the main subway stations and walking distance both from Penn Station and from all the main attractions in Midtown (Times Square, New York Public Library, Fifth Avenue, etc.). Secondly, the rooms are spacious, quiet, and comfortable, and some of them are in fact small studio-apartments that are fully furnished with all the kitchen equipment (silverware, cups, dishes, sink, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher). In addition, the rooms on the top floors (30-34 floors) offer superb views of the Empire State Building and while at check-in you can ask the staff to be accommodated in those rooms (if they are available) without being charged an extra fee. Finally, the breakfast is complete, varied, and delicious!
It is very convenient and useful to have a spacious room fully furnished with all the kitchen equipment (silverware, cups, plates, microwave, sink, fridge, dishwasher). However, the dishwasher did not dry off properly and was full of water, which made it unusable and inconvenient.

Breakfast was very good, lots of options (we loved the grits). Very friendly staff. The king suite was spacious.
The couch pull out was more springs than bed, extremely uncomfortable.

Great location in Midtown near Bryant Park and Times Square. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's hard to find a a NYC hotel room that isn't tiny, and having a kitchen with a full-sized fridge is great. Even though the hotel was very busy, it was always nice and quiet on our floor. We were able to do laundry which was great since we were traveling for over a week and didn't want to check bags. It's a good location for both business travelers and families.
The hotel decor feels a bit dated but it didn't impact the stay much since the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean.
