Great location
Very dated facilities. Looked grubby. We had a leak under the carpet by the kitchen that they took 3 days to fix. Breakfast was good but physical space not propoerly designed for hotel capacity.

Large rooms, central location. Breakfast was decent. Friendly staff. Free fruits at the lobby. There is no stove in the room, but you can ask for a hot plate from the reception.
The fitness area is small, and some treadmills are broken. No ventilation either. The room is also slightly noisy as it's an old building. The toilets clog often, but they come and help quickly.

Time square is an 8 minute walk, the staff are extremely helpful and kind! Bryant park is right there!! And if you use the hop on hop off bus there’s a stop right around the corner by Bryant park. The hotel rooms are beautiful, I’ve stayed multiple times over the last few years. The lobby is always clean and staff is welcoming. Elevators are clean and well working. Bed and couch were comfy. Tv working with access to watch your own streaming services. Love the kitchenette area, big fridge to keep leftovers or drinks. Ice maker in the freezer!

The location is excellent, next to Briant park and few walking minutes to Times Square, rooms have been recently renovated, comfortable bed and nice staff
Breakfast could offer more healthy choices and breakfast room and elevators could be renovated

We had a wonderful stay without issues. The staff were always helpful and excellent vibe. The location is really the number one reason you need to choose this place. The size of the room was better than we expected.
Furniture and hotel in general need renovation. Quality of items served at breakfast could be improved (perhaps reduce the range options available and improve quality of items served).
