A very nice and well-maintained hotel. Some of the furnishings are a bit dated, but everything was clean and tidy.
There were only problems with the elevator during peak hours. Otherwise, it was always quite quick.
The breakfast was very plentiful, and there was plenty of fruit. The waffle machine was fantastic. If you arrived early enough, you could always get a seat, and it wasn't too crowded.
The hotel's location was fantastic. Everything was easily accessible, and the subway was right around the corner.

All the staff are just incredible. Front desk polite and helpful, the girl that storage our luggage, the guys in the breakfast area (really polite and friendly). Everyone we had contact. But the breakfast, the breakfast has extra stars …. delicious!! one of the best I’ve had.

The location is good
To get a blanket when it was 29 F outside, I had to go down to the lobby and ask the front desk for one, since housekeeping did not show up after several calls and waiting for an hour.
There are only 4 elevators for guests and services for 34 floors. Going up or down can take more than half a hour and the weight capacity is never respected, making elevators to be out of order.
There was no space to seat at breakfast. My 84 year old parents had to eat breakfast standing at a counter.
The bathrooms on the 3rd floor were filthy.
Furniture and carpets in the rooms and on the 3rd floor were really not well kept and dirty.
Mattress of the pull out couch -> you could feel each of the wires and I consider myself a fit person.
The door of the room safe was out of the hinge.
The amount of people going in and out of the building was really high and I did not feel safe on the control being done.
