The staff here are awesome. As we were checking in my son and I were discussing dinner options and I made the statement who should get to choose-I mean whose birthday is it?( Mine) When we got back to our room later after dinner there were balloons, a card and a birthday cake. It was so nice and truly went above and beyond.

Loved the staff! Very welcoming and friendly. Spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows, great location for Times Square and seeing Broadway shows. Breakfast is excellent.
Terrible wi-fi. Very frustrating. Need to upgrade significantly if they want people to come back. We were very frustrated with it. We would love to return, but will be checking to see if they have made improvements before we book again.

The hotel had very friendly staff, the room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The room size was also a huge plus factor, it had a kitchen as well! The location is another huge plus as it’s located 5 mins walking distance from 5th avenue, shopping malls, Central Park, Empire State Building to name a few.
The breakfast was not the best. It felt like it was the same type of breakfast everyday.

Loving all the factors as a hotel turn to home for 7 nights. Starting with the friendly reception (Mr. Andre) welcome us warmly and very helpful to fulfil our needs to add 1 more night. Throughout the stays all the staff are very helpful. One person even manages to give me the New York Times paper, marathon edition.
We picked the room with kitchen, which is very accommodating for us.
BREAKFAST ARE THE BEST, providing the to go cup and bowl.
The Laundry and gym just perfect for us.
Definitely will recommend to those want a perfect hotel during Marathon.
The drawer under the TV Cabinet need a fix.

Elevator buttons out so couldn't tell if buttons were pressed or not. Bath towels request, but was limited in how many was provided. Room near elevator, which made too much noise. Need better insulation of elevators/rooms from noise.

Mr Andre of the reception was an excellent service and he recalled me from my visit there back in 2017
The overall musty smell Hotel is in rundown condition. Specially the passages etc.
Room itself was clean and reasonably appointed.

Good location, friendly staff
Really tiny rooms, no toiletries such as body lotion , very cramped and the room cleaning was not regular. The wait for lifts was really long and ended up walking 18 stairs . Really disappointed it’s a Marriott and nowhere close to the brand quality.
