People were nice. Beds were comfortable.
Construction, elevators barely working, toilet didn't work and had a too small toilet seat that didn't fit toilet. Small bathroom, very basic.

Easy walk to theaters
The wait for the elevators was a bit of a challenge. I didn't like that my rate was changed on the last day of my stay... didn't expect that it would be almost 200 dollars more for a Tuesday night? An the thermostat in our room was not working. The room was at 78 the whole time we were there... it was a bit too warm, but not intolerable.

The doorwaytoentrance is revolving door. We had 89 in walker so we had to open side door to get thru. It worked just alittleincovient

Breakfast was very good. Check-in was a bit of a hassle. A late arrival meant you couldn't get in through the front door till a security guy opened the door for check-in on the 3rd floor. Since we were late, we had to wait a few minutes for someone to show up.

Staff were very friendly. The location as excellent, good amenities close by. The room was not very modern but comfortable.
The lifts were awful! in the mornings we waited for over 15mins for one to arrive. The breakfast was good but very over crowded, very challenging to get a table.
