Very Good
Location is very close to most important subway lines In Manhattan. Very friendly staff. Large rooms and comfortable bed. Kitchen facilities are handy in case you need to cook your meals. Whole Food is just cross the street.
Poor WiFi, elevator noice, shower curtain is not water proof (leaking water to bathroom floor). The room is generally clean, but we did see a small sized cock roach on the couch.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The mattress was very comfortable, the size of the rooms were very nice.
The breakfast was substandard. Eggs tasted like powdered milk. The elevators took a long time and were often filled. We had rooms near the elevators and we could hear them running all day and night.

Bathroom, Breakfast should be allowed in room as it is really crowded in the Restaurant in the morning and elevators are also busy

Staff was excellent…I wish I could give a higher rating for the location…right between Herald and Times Square…it’s perfect…in the past I stayed near Penn Station…even though we didn’t cook having a kitchen is top tier.
The elevators which I heard are going to be upgraded but they got us to our floor so were they a huge problem NO
