Location was great. So close to Bryant Park and Times Square. Also restaurants, etc. Room was clean and comfortable. Large for NYC. Good value. Overall the hotel was perfect for our stay and NYC experience. Would definitely stay again.
Better pillows would be great. The property struggles with the volume of people for the elevators especially around breakfast and check out time, but it all worked out fine.

During my stay staff did not supply towels in the gym. 2 out of 3 treadmills were not working. Out of 2 cross trainers were not working. 1 out of 2 bikes were not working. Not something that I believe I would ever experience in other Marriott hotels
