Disappointing
the staff was nice and the buffet breakfast was decent, neat room and common areas.
Because I booked with booking.com , that placed restrictions on my reservation. Which mean instead of paying the a part up front and a part after the stay was completed, I had to pay it all upfront. This ended up being a huge mistake and problem because the stay was only for one night and there were disruptive equiptment noises that kept me from sleeping well. The one night check for a good night sleep was my entire point of booking. Sadly that did not happen and because I paid everything up front, there was no way to recoup my losses at all.

Breakfast was good, a nice way to start a busy day. The rooms were large for New York, we had plenty of space for two. Front desk assistant was helpful with questions and arranging transportation.
