Carmen at the brekafast was so helpful
Check in was not friendly and also we were waiting a package and they told us it didn’t delivered although it was inside when we insist to check ourselves

Friendly and helpful staff, breakfast service was kept clean throughout. The location is excellent for walking to attractions and landmarks.

Location is perfect, staff is very friendly and effective. Almost all perfect with the facilities and room too, except for a few things that could be improved.
Bed is too soft, seems like a really old mattress. Loud noise coming from the AC fan that I could not turn off or turn down (it is like a central AC that is always on). The hotel had issues with the Booking system and they did not solve this issues for me. Instead, I had to expend hours in the telephone talking with booking and with the hotel. I was a bit stressful and the property should have resolved this, not me.

I like the location. It’s near the city’s attractions. It’s clean, with free breakfast, and was able to leave our luggage before check in.
