Location, room size. Friendly staff especially wait on staff in the restaurant.
Didnt realise the cost of breakfast in the hotel.. when you have a room for $400 I stupidly thought it included breakfast, which was delcious. my daughter however ate 2 pastries and we got charged $40 for that. Came away $206.00 lighter for a family of 4 and actually we moved from a different hotel which wasnt as high end whos breakfast options were far superior.

The walls are thin, we heard everytime someone was running water to shower and when they closed their door, we heard it and it seem like it was ours.

Location is amazing, perfect for access to the entire city of New York
A TINY ISSUE that wont matter to lots of people is even though teabags where provided there was no kettle in the room to make tea, only a coffee machine otherwise it had everything you needed in a great comfortable room, otherwise absolutely no complaints, and staff are extremely helpful.
