Good Location, the lift to the Lobby level 5 need fix:).
I brought FIJI water from supermarket and has been charged on the checkout bill. The staff was very nice and i get refund after 3 weeks.
I lost my bag on the checkout day on the Lobby Level 5. when we back to NY Checked with Lost property still can't find it.

Location
The noisy rooms. The windows emitting light from Times Square all night . The dark dark rooms. The horrible dimly lit elevators . It is the worst choice . Better to stay in some other less priced hotel across the street

The location
The staff was unkind when we asked about a connection room which we requested months in advance. They made it uncomfortable for us as if we are requesting it on the day without a prior request.
We had to sleep in separate rooms on the first night while traveling with my minor children.

New york was beautiful
I was not informed that the hotel was undergoing renovations at the time of booking. Had I known, I would have chosen alternative accommodations. The room did not match the photos advertised, and the cleaning staff failed to properly service the room during my stay. The hotel is overpriced.
