They were rude and the value wasnt there. The price of a room was too expensive $500 a night.

New york was beautiful
I was not informed that the hotel was undergoing renovations at the time of booking. Had I known, I would have chosen alternative accommodations. The room did not match the photos advertised, and the cleaning staff failed to properly service the room during my stay. The hotel is overpriced.

The staff were great as were the beds. The location was excellent.
The location worked out great. We had a room with two beds, there were two of us. Only one chair in the room, only one luggage rack, didn't get a walk-in shower. We didn't realize the hotel is under construction so no restaurant or lounge. The gift shop/market was really expensive.

Check in was great assistance from Josephine, she noticed it was my birthday weekend and offered a complimentary bottle to my room. I booked a city view and got exactly that! The convenience of being in the heart of Times Square made it easier to get to all the touristy destinations I had planned. Felt safe with separate entrance access and often greeted when coming and going to the hotel.
All the outlets in the lounge weren't working for some reason.
