Spectacular view on 33rd floor. Was by the lift but you didn’t hear noise and didn’t bother us. And they warned us about that anyway.
Bellhops were charming polite and always helpful. Spectacular hotel and worth the extra money for more roomier room.

We stayed at this hotel for six nights, paying over $460 per night, and yet even the basic tea and coffee in the room were never replenished. Before our stay, we emailed the hotel to ask if we could send a package in advance, and they confirmed that they could receive it free of charge. However, on the day we arrived, we were informed via email that they had applied an additional fee for every package beyond five, which was never mentioned beforehand.
The minibars in the rooms were completely empty, and aside from the bed and pillows, there was nothing available for guests to use. Despite this, the hotel still charged a $500 deposit to our card.
Overall, our stay was filled with inconsistencies and disappointments. Definitely not what you would expect for the price we paid.
