I'd prefer solidly-closing bathroom doors rather than the sliding ones that leave a big gap.

Very close to Penn Station.
We weren't prepared for a concrete ceiling and wall in our room. The bathroom sink faucet and knobs were loose.

Good location close to Penn station and easy to commute.
- Clogged sink on arrival
- Poor noise insulation on street side which can be noisy
- Clogged toilet on the last day
- Room not vacuumed - we had to request the cleaning lady to come back to the room.
- No free complimentary water from the 3rd day of your stay - you need to pay extra for getting water while you stay longer.
- Poor communication with the staff since they failed to change our room as promised.
We booked 3 nights and could have stayed longer but considering the above inconveniences we decided not to extend our stay and look for another hotel. Staff have done nothing to show willingness to improve our stay which could have surely smooth down the experience.
We do not expect any answer from the hotel as we said it all when we were there with no action back.

Good sized room in an extremely central location. Close to many shops and attractions, and within walking distance of most other places.
The front desk staff weren't the friendliest, but I think that's just NY people in general. We had a loud hammering sound at 7.30am on Sunday morning and called down to reception who helped to resolve that issue.
