We stayed at this hotel for six nights, paying over $460 per night, and yet even the basic tea and coffee in the room were never replenished. Before our stay, we emailed the hotel to ask if we could send a package in advance, and they confirmed that they could receive it free of charge. However, on the day we arrived, we were informed via email that they had applied an additional fee for every package beyond five, which was never mentioned beforehand. The minibars in the rooms were completely empty, and aside from the bed and pillows, there was nothing available for guests to use. Despite this, the hotel still charged a $500 deposit to our card. Overall, our stay was filled with inconsistencies and disappointments. Definitely not what you would expect for the price we paid.

The room was spacious, great views, really comfortable although a slightly noisy AC which we turned off. also access to the gym next door which was a very good gym and also a great coffee place. Great location.
The bar on the reception level was great, and a really comfortable lounge. the bar and restaurant on the 4th floor though was really dark and gloomy so wasn't a fan.

Super location right near Penn Station, we booked a skyline room and were delighted with the fantastic views. Fabulous decor throughout the hotel, great coffee/bar/dining, excellent staff always friendly and happy to help.
In room coffee facilities, the machine leaked everywhere, perhaps a kettle instead or better coffee machines. This would not stop me staying at this lovely hotel
