Wonderful
Location is perfect to discover NY and right next to train station and important tourist places. Rooms are not the largest, but offer good quality amenities and we enjoyed a view over NY on a higher floor
Sound isolation of doors could be better, and you can hear neighbors sometimes, which is unfortunate for the price paid. Other than that nothing to complain about

Great location - walking distance to penn station and lots of great food options nearby. Room was very spacious, clean and was overall a really great stay and would come back. Lovely staff
Elevators got quite busy in the lead up to New Year’s Eve which meant sometimes waiting up to 10 minutes, however expected due to the hotel being close to times square

One time we didn’t have hot water in the shower however it was fixed within half an hour.

The room was very comfortable, and the location was good for us to be able to get around to the sights that we planned to visit. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The staff was very accommodating when we were stranded for an extra night due to a winter storm and flights were cancelled. The location was great!
There were not enough outlets/plugs near beds and the sliding glass bathroom doors became annoyingly noisy. When someone used the restroom, the whole room lit up.

Perfect midtown location next to Penn Station, Macy’s and Madison Square Garden. Quiet on the upper floors, comfortable and access to an entire gym.
A constant beeping from an electrical fault but everything else was wonderful.

Location was excellent, room size good for New York
Hotel has only 3 elevators and it takes a very long time to exit the hotel and get back to hotel room. Longest wait we had was 12 minutes.
