The property was a perfect location to Madison Square Garden where we were in town to see a show. Easily accessible to restaurants and shopping as well

This is the perfect location for Madison Square Gardens especially in a local!!!
Very misleading about the continental breakfast there was not one unless you were part of their club. For the price there should’ve been some kind of continental breakfast. The second thing was there was chew gum on the nightstand. Their entrance smells like urine.

The hotel is centrally located in Midtown Manhattan, and the room was very clean, modern, and recently renovated. We were also given a room on a very high floor, as requested.
The room was small and felt somewhat confined, especially for the very high price of around USD 780 per night. Although we were on a high floor, the view was not particularly impressive, with nearby buildings directly opposite. The window layout also allowed guests in the neighboring room to see into ours, which significantly reduced the sense of privacy. While the room was well insulated from street noise, we could clearly hear doors closing in the nearby rooms. Overall, the design was attractive but not very functional, and the experience did not justify the price.
