This is one of the best hotel to choose in NYC for the first time travel experience in NYC , if you wanna feel safe , everything is waking distance mostly and the service is amazing. And the view is breathtaking. This was a view from room 3410 - level 34

Really cosy, great views- stayed on the 35th floor.
They also gave me a lovely birthday card.
Room was always clean and tidy before you could blink. Towels replaced very frequently. Staff also ready to help always.
Amazing hotel! Very good location as well.

Bed was very comfortable and the location is perfect, just a few mins away from Penn Station (train station).
I wasn't informed about road works during the evening, so I spent my first night awake. The A/C is also very loud, which doesn't help if you're looking for a good night of sleep.

Everything was wonderful. Staff were pleasant, hotel was beautiful as well as the view.
The only thing that would have been better was if I didn't have to cancel my first night and only stay 1 night.

The accommodation was in a great location. The rooms were perfectly clean, modern, bright, and comfortable. What we appreciated the most was the view, which was truly amazing from the hotel room.
The hotel had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel restaurant offered high-quality food, and the drinks at the bar were also good. The waitresses were very pleasant
Upon arrival, the receptionist was very unhelpful and did not make a good impression on us as guests. We have stayed in other hotels in New York, and a warm welcome is exactly what immediately creates a good first impression and makes guests feel welcome.
