Clean, central location
When we left we made arrangements with bell staff for a ride to airport, we got 2 blocks from hotel when police surrounded the car and the driver and car were taken it was an illegal car serve,police tried to get us a cab and were very polite and informed us of the problem, but we ended up going back to we told the Bell service of the issue they had another car fro the same serous asked for a yellow cab, as we were driving down from the hotel the car from that service was also stopped by the police.

Great location, great hotel. Everything you need right in the city centre.
Lifts were a bit busy during the day but that's about it.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the bed is so comfortable. We stayed in a King Room with city view. The staff are all so friendly and the location is amazing - walking distance to time square, 5th avenue and all the main attractions, plus there is a main subway line just on the corner. Highly recommend!

The room was spacious and clean. Cleaning was done every day. The location is very central and very close to the metro. The staff is attentive and friendly.
Due to its location, noise can be heard from outside.

Housekeeping was terrible- mouldy milk left in room ! One small bottle of water left daily for 2 people ! Asked several times for tea bags - on 3rd attempt we got a few. Used body lotion left in room - had room been serviced ??uncertain about it - tea cups left dirty ! Would not stay again - v expensive for what it gave us. Two explosions st 3.42 am Sunday 5th Oct made us leave earlier- very noisy outside with loud music. Where was the soundproofing? Staff were ok but not welcoming or friendly .
