Wonderful
The location was great! We could walk to Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Broadway, and Central Park! The apartment size was great, and we really enjoyed being so close to everything. Would definitely recommend noise-canceling headphones or a white noise machine for sleeping, as the location near Times Square leads to lots of honking. We brought a portable white noise machine for the bedroom, and it was a lifesaver!
The booking pictures made it look like there was a balcony in the room, but there wasn't. Only in the penthouse. Elevators are small and slow, taking a few extra minutes on any trip in and out.

Fair price in a central location.
No access to heat. The unit came on while A/C was running and there was no in room way to turn it off. The fridge also blocks the heater so the fridge wasn't working well.

Review for radio city apartments.
Location 10. Easy walk to Times Square and theaters and subway stations
Clean: very. Full cleaning and towel change every day.
Staff: great. Very friendly and helpful.
My only complaint is mattresses were a bit firm for us we had plenty of pillows to place around. If you love a firm mattress, you’ll love it.
Temperature management. Great. There’s a mini split in each room so you can keep it as cool or warm as you like.
Loved it. Would totally stay again.

Location perfect for Times Sqaure (which is too chaotic) and Central Park .
Check in/out really simple and easy. Staff friendly and helpful. Room tidied every day with clean towels etc. Room was spotless on arrival. Apartments quite roomy with decent facilities. Beds comfortable including sofa bed. Building is lovely with a wonderful staircase and original features can be seen.
No view from our particular apartment. Noise throughout the night from outside can be expected due to proximity to Times sqaure.

Great central midtown location. With that came some pretty unavoidable street noise. Received an unasked for upgrade to a suite with full kitchen. Very nice. Staff was very responsive.
Beds were a bit too firm for my taste.

Radio City Apartments is in an excellent location for seeing Broadway shows. We were there for a week and went to a show every night and we were able to easily walk to each one, as well as to Rockefeller Center, Bryant Park and the New York Library. The 47-50th St Subway station is just up the street which made it easy to get anywhere else in the city too. The room was very clean and staff were really friendly and helpful.
First the room is TINY. While there is a kitchen, the beds and dining table and chairs are crammed so tightly into it that there's no room to cook. You have to move the table to open the room door or the fridge door. Second, the AC is a window unit which means you get ALL the street noise in the room. Every siren, every horn, every everything at all hours of the day and night. This also means you have to keep the curtains open to get any air circulation so the room darkening curtains don't do any good. Make sure to bring ear plugs and an eye mask. Third, the water pressure in the shower is awful. It's barely a trickle and there were some mornings where the water was barely lukewarm too. Finally, the bed was very uncomfortable. It was difficult to sleep anyway with all the street noise, the rock hard bed made it pretty much impossible.

9.5 really. Great location. Walking distance to so many wonderful places. Friendly staff. It was nice having the kitchenette and tea kettle. Towels are nice too
The carpeting is dated and creaked when walking. One elevator was slower than the other. But other than that it would have been a 10.

Location was fantastic. Right off of Times Square. And there is a train station at the end of the street - 49th & 7th. Also having a kitchenette was great. We were able to keep our groceries cold.
The apartment is I bit dated. The flooring and furniture are old.

The location, cleanliness, staff, and layout were all GREAT! The apartment is well appointed with nice, clean, comfortable furniture and was perfect for 5 of us for 5 days. For an NY apartment they are super spacious. They were also great about storing our luggage when we had an early arrival and late departure. There’s also fabulous pasta, bagels, and ramen all on the same block! Definitely a win!
Two minor things-toiletries are budget (Dial shampoo/conditioner/body wash). There’s also no individual thermostat in the rooms. We had crazy weather swings (40 one day and 80 the next) so it got really hot, however we mentioned it to the front desk and they immediately installed AC units.
