The location, cleanliness, staff, and layout were all GREAT! The apartment is well appointed with nice, clean, comfortable furniture and was perfect for 5 of us for 5 days. For an NY apartment they are super spacious. They were also great about storing our luggage when we had an early arrival and late departure. There’s also fabulous pasta, bagels, and ramen all on the same block! Definitely a win!
Two minor things-toiletries are budget (Dial shampoo/conditioner/body wash). There’s also no individual thermostat in the rooms. We had crazy weather swings (40 one day and 80 the next) so it got really hot, however we mentioned it to the front desk and they immediately installed AC units.

Unbeatable location, great size for NYC, and full of character. Beds were comfortable the little kitchenettes were We loved our stay and will definitely stay again.
When we were doing a dummy check before we left, we lifted the sofa bed mattress and there was dirty liquid under it. Though the room had definitely been cleaned, this had been neglected for a long time. Only one of the two little elevators was working, so getting our group up and down took some time, but still a lovely elevator.

The location was perfect! We were exactly one block from radio city and only a few short blocks from broadway, both locations we visited for a show and a play! It was perfect!
The elevator was questionable.

I loved the location. It was close to everything.
The bed wasn't very comfortable. Maybe the worse I had at a hotel. No hot water or atleast I didn't it. Its not always their fault but one broken elevator and I am disabled it was broken all day. And the other one was super slow.

This place was unbelievable. In the heart of manhattan for an affordable price. Staff was super helpful and nice. We stayed at the top floor and even had a balcony that overlooked the city.

The location is so convenient to subways and broadway shows. The service is impeccable. The room is clean, comfortable and well sized. I could not recommend Radio City Apartments enough. Excellent facility.

This is a true hidden gem. Located minutes from Broadway, Times Square, Rockefeller Center, and Central Park. Comfortable beds, convenient kitchenette, and friendly, attentive staff. Very affordable by NYC standards. Highly recommended!
