The location of the property is excellent for sightseeing (Times Square, Broadway, Radio City) and subways to uptown/downtown. All of the staff were extremely professional and welcoming. The rooms are dated but kept spotlessly clean. The size of the room was surprisingly large for New York, and the kitchen facilities were perfect for a 4-day stay.
The rooms are dated (but clean and functional), and the overhead lighting is harsh. Street noise is loud, no soundproof windows, but the interior is quiet.

Great location and great value for a family of 5. Nowhere can you find a comfortable place to fit 3 kids & 2 adults. We really enjoyed staying in the 2bedroon and having daily housekeeping was so nice. They actually left enough towels and coffee.
I wish the rooms were updated. On some YouTube reviews it looks like some rooms are. I also wish there was a thermostat in the room. It was warm enough we cracked the windows. I also struggled with maintaining hot water without burning myself.

The location is ideal, we were close to the subways, theaters, restaurants. Plenty of cabs, ready to take us where we wanted to go.

Location is close to everything! Rooms were very clean and attractive. Building was very quiet but some street noise through windows. Was quiet later in the evening. We really liked the kitchenette. We saved money not having to eat out every meal. Are coming back to NYC in the spring and will stay here again.

Location, Location
Door man saw we seniors were struggling and came to get suitcases. Room was nicely remodelled and things work well. We appreciated getting our room well before 4pm(although we have never been in a room anywhere that made you wait that long.)
Crabby old man at front desk. Maybe he owns it, but he is hardly a barrel of laughs. I came down early to pay bill and leave keys. “YOU HAVE TO VACATE ROOM FIRST”. Jesus wept.
Nice room, but not for $750. a night. Said this last time, but why can’t you fix elevator callers so they light up and you don’t have to guess they are on the way?

Location exceptional. Size of room is bigger than most NYC hotel rooms at that price point with kitchenette. Excellent staff.
The room had a faint smell just as you walked in that was a blend cigarette smoke and of pungent spicy food. It goes away immediately but hits you everytime you open the door. Not as issue once you settle in.
