Location
Very noisy. No dish rack to dry dishes and they don’t clean dishes. Shower very weak stream. Moldy smell from shower curtain. No shower hat/razor/toothpaste etc. Bell boy only help u take the luggage up when arrive but wouldn’t help when u depart.

Staff was was amazing. Units are big for NYC. Reasonable rates compared to other small hotel rooms. Will definitely book again next visit to NYC they keep up the building to it's original appearance from 1908. Beautiful property ?

The location of the hotel is great. we stayed in NYC for two days and booked two musicals (wicked and aladin) both were in a very short walking distance . hotel is also close to time square so we could just walk.
when needing to book a taxi to the airport we got help from the hotel staff . staff were very nice and gave very good customer service.
Hotel room is small (but this was known) , no breakfast option. One can see that the room facilities are old (i.e. partially working air condition). as windows are not sound proof , we got a lot of noise all night coming from time square area.

The heat is controlled by building, not by room, so if you are cold, you have to request a space heater.

The absolute best location to be near everything in midtown and a short walk to the subway to get everywhere else.
Loved everything! It was fantastic and we will definitely stay there again. The only thing I would recommend is keyless entry instead of requiring two keys. Not a huge deal but just a recommendation.

It is the perfect location and central to everything.
It was very noisy. I was on the second floor facing the main street and could hear everything on the streets all night, which was not unexpected due to the location.
