Location was amazing, staff was excellent, and having a kitchen was great. I also loved that they allowed free use of their laundry machines after 9pm, and were happy to accept amazon packages/food deliveries at the front desk.
A fan in the room would be a great addition. We were there in the winter and the heating worked really well.

We had a one bedroom apartment more than enough room for 3 adults. Beds & pillows were very comfortable Location was brilliant close to everything, easy to get to everywhere walking that we wanted to go and subway station close at 50 west st for heading up or downtown. Great value compared to other accomodation in that area. Apartment was very clean & towels etc changed daily. Reception staff were friendly & helpful. Would definately recommend.

Fabulous location in the theater district (walkable to many midtown sights and easy access to every subway line), outstanding cleanliness, great bed, daily housekeeping (with fresh towels!), excellent security (front desk opposite the door, safe in room). Kitchen facilities a plus!

Location was exceptional, close to major attractions, shops, theatres, and restaurants. Close to several subway stops too.

The location is perfect; close to theaters but away from the noise. Everything is fresh and clean, but it still retains art deco charm. Having a kitchen is such a benefit, especially in single digit weather. It feels like having a pied-a-terre in NYC (with an elevator!).

Super convenient location close to everything. Mini kitchen was great.
It was your typical New York sized apartment but it would’ve been nice if there was a more creative bed situation so we could have somewhere to sit besides laying in bed.

I didn't like that i was told that i could check in early, but when I got there I was told the opposite.
