Everything! Our room has everything you need for a comfortable stay and visit NYC. Subway is few steps away, and both elevators actually worked on a busy week. Staff were very accommodating and went the extra mile, we were allowed early check-in, or they will keep your luggage so we can spend time in the city while waiting for our room or flight.
Nothing. Maybe, you can hear people from hallway at midnight ( they were loud tho)

after a week of smoking in front of the building, was told not to, should have told me on day one, and after being told observed other guest smoking with hotel staff present and no one said anything to them.. my only complaint

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, it was as quiet for NYC hotel as one could get. The attached Past Lovers restaurant was great. Very comfortable bed.
The location was a few blocks away from Radio City Music Hall which didn’t make sense to call it that. The locks on the door were too tricky… felt like I was in the opposite of an Escape Room where have to figure out which lock with which keys turn it which way, etc. Also the toilet was loud so I felt bad for neighbors when had to flush.

It was just what we needed for one night with my son and his friends. They could walk to a concert in Central Park and I walked to a Broadway show. The hotel held our bags the next day doe no additional cost! The price was great ( $520) for a suite to sleep 6 in NYC!

It feels like you have your very own pied-a-terre in the city. The location is superb for Broadway shows, and the front desk staff is so professional and friendly.

The location was great! We could walk to Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Broadway, and Central Park! The apartment size was great, and we really enjoyed being so close to everything. Would definitely recommend noise-canceling headphones or a white noise machine for sleeping, as the location near Times Square leads to lots of honking. We brought a portable white noise machine for the bedroom, and it was a lifesaver!
The booking pictures made it look like there was a balcony in the room, but there wasn't. Only in the penthouse. Elevators are small and slow, taking a few extra minutes on any trip in and out.

Fair price in a central location.
No access to heat. The unit came on while A/C was running and there was no in room way to turn it off. The fridge also blocks the heater so the fridge wasn't working well.
