Radio City Apartments is my favorite place to stay in NYC. It feels like coming home as opposed to the vibe of a busy city lobby with crowds and noise. The staff and other guests are friendly and courteous. On this particular trip Jamie at the front desk distinguished himself with his outstanding customer service. He knows his job, is excellent at it, takes it to the highest level by truly caring about his customers.

Amazing location for a super competitive price. Spacious for my family of five. Hot water in the shower, no drain issues.
1970s decor and wallpaper but who cares. The place was very clean.

Location, the feel, cleanliness.
The light bulbs in the rooms were white and very uncomfortable. Warm white (more yellow) would have been much better. We could not turn on the lights, had to leave the bathroom lights on, which were warm white.

Attentive and helpful staff; our suite was adequately spacious and comfortable. The location is close to everything in Manhattan Midtown!
No serious complaints, mostly small things: somewhat outdated facilities; the sofa bed was not comfortable; noisy air conditioners outside of the room.

The room and all areas in the hotel are very clean.
Beds were very comfortable.
Services were great.
Having a self laundry option was very convenient.
Location nearby the Time Square, Rockefeller center, and not too far of the central park.

Everything! Our room has everything you need for a comfortable stay and visit NYC. Subway is few steps away, and both elevators actually worked on a busy week. Staff were very accommodating and went the extra mile, we were allowed early check-in, or they will keep your luggage so we can spend time in the city while waiting for our room or flight.
Nothing. Maybe, you can hear people from hallway at midnight ( they were loud tho)
