I would strongly caution others before booking this property.
Our confirmed reservation was cancelled multiple times due to what we were told was a transition to a new booking platform. Even after reconfirming by phone the day before arrival — and having my credit card charged — our reservation was cancelled while we were in the air to New York. Upon landing, we were told there was nothing that could be done except a refund.
After hours of calls, escalations, and waiting in the lobby with seven guests on a busy holiday weekend, rooms were eventually “secured,” only for us to be told later that they were confirmed for one night only. The next morning we were required to switch rooms, cancelling our plans and repacking everything. One of the room types we booked (a one-bedroom suite) was also not as advertised.
This was a bachelorette trip with 10 people traveling from out of state, and we effectively lost an evening and a morning due to reservation mismanagement that was entirely outside our control.
The on-site staff tried to help, but the booking system and lack of coordination made for an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience. I would not book here again.

How large the room was and with kitchen which I didn’t need but noted good quality of appliances. Shower water pressure good. Clean room. Nice that garage is across hotel and with discount.
Dropping off luggage was the worst thing. No place to inloadnat entrance and reception was not clear that the back door would have been better and that the parking garage was there. It was a very windy day in NY and the doors were very heavy and difficult to manage. Clearer instructions could have made check in smoother. Instead it took 30-45 mins! Late for the party. Staff spoke like I was familiar with NYC streets. Finally it was weird that housekeeping hounded us out of there at 11 am. She stood by the door. Hold on to your bonnet miss, just zipping up the baggage.

The room was quite big and comfortable. There were many cooking utensils and coffee, tea, sugar, available for breakfast. Bathroom was spacious and staff was very friendly.
Housekeeping was on and off, somedays they took our towels and forget to replace them or do not leave toiletries while others they cleaned dishes and replace coffee.

Everything was nice, except housekeeping. They did not replace my towels for two consecutive days. When I got to the hotel, there were no towels to have a bath. I always had to request at the reception

The room was big with nice bathroom. Enough storage, lots of daylight and comfy installed kitchen.
The room overall was nice but it was freezing. We asked to fix the heater. At some point they did, but it didn't work for long. There was warm water in shower. Not hot enough.
