Good
Clean, friendly front desk staff
The strange portraits every where were a bit unnerving. Try varying the art styles

Great location. Apartments were roomy and so comfy. All amenities
WiFi and TV setups are not up to proper standards. Connectivity was poor and video services difficult to access.

Exceptional
The room was very spacious compared to other hotels in the area I had experienced and it was a great location for walking around and sight seeing
Nothing, I loved it. There was no phone in the room to call the lobby but there was always someone available in person when I went over to the lobby ask for anything.

Wonderful
Very spacious and comfortable, it was bigger than many studio apartments with high ceilings. Well equipped kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Very generous closet space. Modern and very clean, no scents (which I appreciate, as I'm allergic). Loved the detail of the vynil player.
The pre-check in option where they shop groceries and have them in your room upon arrival is super convenient. Location is also convenient right next to a supermarket, restaurants and the subway.
It's located in a very narrow street and surrounded by buildings so my room didn't get much sunlight. The shower could have a grab bar. Service in general was efficient and polite, but it felt a bit corporate as even to call front desk you have to dial in through a menu and having someone to connect you. Overall, minor inconveniences for me. I'd stay here again, great value for the price and a bigger, more comfortable space than you'd get in most of the city.

This hotel is in a beautiful art deco building near Trinity Church in Wall Street. While the rooms do not have the deco touches, the lobby and outside of the building are a thing of deco beauty. Fantastic location and a wonderfully quiet, comfortable room. It was a nice bonus to have a fridge. I'd stay here again in a second!

So much space!!!!! I wish I could live in it, so roomy. Nicest staff, extremely comfy beds, absolute dream hotel
Only downside was a bit far from tourist things

Disappointing
Place was a bit spacious but it wasnt what was on the picture
The TV didnt work, the bathroom was small and a bit dirty. For a $700+ a night, wouldve expected better

Incredible experience at 70 Pine! I'd highly recommend staying here.
Lots of construction around the property, location (FiDi) is just ok

Very Good
The building beautiful and the apartment comfortable
That there were several mornings with a alarm drill going off very early! Not nice if it wasnt a fire, maybe be better to do it in the afternoon so guests don’t have to be woken up when resting

Wonderful
Everything was great about the property except the location. I loved that the size of the room was larger and better than expected. And I loved the customer service of the staff, especially Zaire
Everything was great about the property except the location. And nothing towards being in close proximity to public transportation and other things but location lost points for accessing Ubers and parking (due to the very tight streets and construction being done). I understand we are in NYC but just didn’t expect that.

Very close to the subway station, friendly and helpful staff, big room, everything you need for a week stay and very clean (I’m very picky with cleanliness).

The room was clean and comfortable. Location was great for my needs.
TV, media situation is abominable. Absolutely no way to keep up with current events.

Wonderful
Great amenities, super clean, having a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom meant much smoother travels for our trip with a two year old. Fantastic coffee shop in the lobby and thoughtful touches throughout the unit (wireless Qi chargers all over, laundry pods, nice toiletries). Really made our time in the city easy and comfortable.
As a former New Yorker I wouldn’t choose FiDi as my top pick for a neighborhood to stay in BUT that being said, it was perfect and convenient and honestly, I don’t have a bad thing to say about the property!

Amazing hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms and excellent facilities. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service we received from Thanary Gonzales at the reception — she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Highly recommended!

Living space was very roomy and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location was great!
The code to the elevator and apartment were to long 6 digits plus a character hard to remember
