Very comfortable stay! Loved the size of the space and the comfort of bed and pillows.
Did not have a lot of natural light, everything else was great.

Malik at the front desk was great. Mattress was the best hotel mattress I have slept on in a long time and I am never happy with mattresses. We were there for a one night stay before a cruise out of Brooklyn. Easy walk to food. Several food options in the building which we did not attend so I cannot comment on them. Easy walk to the Wall St ferry stop to go over to the cruise terminal. We would definitely stay there again if given the opportunity.
Can't think of anything.

Wonderful
Too many lights to turn on in bedroom to get adequate lighting

Wonderful
We had a two bedroom apartment which was well kitted out and had plenty of space. The rooms are spread over six floors of an art deco building off Wall Street, a great location if you need to be in this part of the city. Highly recommended.
The warren of corridors was somewhat disorientating, and the lighting in the bedrooms very subtle, no good for doing make-up.

Wonderful
If you don't mind relying on the subway for practically everything, 70 Pine is a GREAT place to stay in Manhattan. The room we had was ridiculously larger and more modern than any other hotel I've stayed in NYC at comparable rates. That is because it's really an apartment, with a fully operational (and up-to-date) kitchen; gym, grocery/market and quick foods on the basement; restaurants (including Michelin-starred places) at ground level, and a subway (red line) literally across the street. This place is unbeatable.
Why only 1 chair around the drink/coffee stand? We had to constantly drag a kitchen chair to be able to, as a couple, enjoy a glass of wine after a long day in the city. Room space was not the issue - I'd suggest you improve the seating area just a little, adding a 2nd chair or replacing it with a small couch. Also, and it may sound a little absurd, but the fact is that you don't have a quick & easy way to organize the in-use items in the bathroom. It lacks an open shelf of some sort - it is an endless open/close of mirrored doors to reach the toilet cabinets. So sometimes we ended up using the top of the toilet tank, which is not really a good alternative.

The apartment was great - we were in a 1 bedroom studio with living room and spacious kitchen and one bath. Super clean, super spacious, modern. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is awesome - close to restaurants, walking distance to sights, several subway stations close by.

Pleasant
The shower and bed were wonderful. The location was great. The staff were super nice about letting me keep my bags onsite after checkout.
The record player didnt work, I was told they would fix this but they didnt. The trash can didnt have a bag in it. The instructions for the coffeemaker were in Fahrenheit (ok, sure) but the coffeemaker was set to Celsius and I couldnt change it. But the worst thing was the Bluetooth speakers. Their interface is just a row of colored lights and none of the buttons worked, plus apparently they are open to broadcast so anyone can connect to them at any time. This resulted in me being awoken at 6 AM by someone elses music blaring in my room at full volume and I could not shut it off. The speakers have a battery, so even when I unplugged it, the music kept playing. It was awful. Also, upstairs signage in the hallways was very confusing and would lead you in circles if you followed what it said to do.

Its a hidden gem in the downtown NYC. Place has studios that provide home away from home feel with great facilities, gym, kitchen with all equipment and has its own supermarket, cocktail rooftop and restaurants
Rooms are a bit dark as light does not reach rooms due to tall building in front of this tower. Late check out cost even when you stay 10 days and pay 2k plus
