Room was grand, when you’re in NYC you are not in the room.
Very clean and staff so friendly. Chuck front of house went above and beyond for me and my family. Transfers that I booked on booking.com (desperate service) from
Hotel to airport let us down last minute and chuck sorted everything out for us. Very grateful for him. Thank you
