The staff were very pleasant and helpful especially the concierge. House keeping left a fresh set of towels outside the door in a laundry bag without us having to ask /requesting when the 'do not disturb' sign was in place.
The material of the headboard was cracked/peeling. The carpet in the room needs a good deep clean. No fridge in the room even though one was requested.

8th floor is very low, very limited day light and bad view.
You could not tell if it was sunny or cloudy. This was very bad.

We’ve always stayed at the Omni. Great location. Walking distance to almost everything we want.
The rooms were a little tired. There was only 1 robe for 2 adults. Bed were comfortable. The view was atrocious.

We had a superb experience at this hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable!! You can’t beat the location, also. I highly recommend and will stay here, again!!

I have never ever stayed at a hotel that did not provide tea and coffee in room!!!!! Even cheap hotels. Will never book here again. So pricey for no guest facilities.

Great location just off 5the Avenue near great shopping. I like to be outside of Times Square, but close enough to walk there and to the theatre district easily. Our room was large by NYC standards. Staff was wonderful. Room service coffee was great. Safe area.
