Excellent stay. Great location and very clean. I also liked the shower - water pressure is really good.
Two small points: there is no water dispenser on each floor, only ice. It would make much more sense to have water available so that we can refill the bottle. Also, the bed in the standard room is too small for a couple.

The staff were absolutely lovely! My friend and I were there for Zedd in the park. Although we live in the city, it was better for us to get a hotel room. And we were treated so well! From checking in to leaving, we had no bad interactions. When I checked out, I asked the blonde lady at the front, whose name I did not catch, if a bag could be provided as I had try on dresses for a wedding I’m a part of. I needed to return before the end of the day. She was so friendly and offered me a variety of bags. Her kindness did not go unnoticed! Check in staff deserve raises!

Staff was excellent. Doorman fantastic in aiding to help with taxis. Norm in the dining room provided stellar service. All in all could not have asked for a better place to stay. I was here for an extended stay with my brother who was receiving treatment at Sloan Kettering and everyone treated us like family.

Very nice hotel, Modern,
Location is nice it is in Midtown nice for walking outside lots to see, but a bit far from LaGuardia airport (about 30 minutes)
Room was clean nice furniture, really nice powerful shower, modern, room was a bit small
Bed was nice comfortable
Service was great
The room was small but that was ok. It would be nice if it was a bit bigger.
No Swimming pool, no Jacuzzi/hot tub. It would be nice if they had that.
There is no free breakfast. When you pay that much at least it would have been good to get free breakfast.
