Disappointing
location
Room service was poor - food never arrived one night Room did not have a fridge - requested one and was told none were available. The service brought a fill ice bucket but then removed it the next day with the items we put in it. We pre-paid for our stay and then Omni charged for the entire stay without informing us or providing a receipt. Now we are waiting for reimb.

It was very clean and a nice location.
The sitting area never cooled down with the temperature in the bedroom. Through no fault of the hotel the alarm clock went off at 6 am. Luckily I was already awake.
