I love the location in midtown. It’s close to all the shopping and Times Square. The hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.
Only thing I didn’t like was very trivial. There was no hand soap in our bathroom.

Location
Room was old and tired. Stain in front of bed. Television didn’t work. Click didn’t work. Toilet ran. They couldn’t give me any credit because I booked on booking so I paid a lot for a bad room. Will not stay here again

The location was perfect! Close to Rockefeller Center, Central Park, and Times Square. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The casual bar/restaurant was great for a drink or quick dinner.

Poor
Location is great. We had a great stay the last time but I feel the Omni has gone down since then.
Outdated rooms. There were holes in our sheets and the headboard was old and damaged. The shower pressure was insanely high and hurt our bodies (never thought I would write this). Overall for the price it felt like a rip off. This is a 300$/night hotel disguised as 500$/night hotel.
