The room was dirty, shower was full of hair, carpets are dirty dirty, there is no coffee in the room nor water , and there stays it has. I think there are better option around for that money

We stayed in one of the Hudson view high level rooms. The view was great and it was very quiet (no street noise at all).
The bed was not very comfortable, the mattress had troughs. Room was not completely clean, couch/seat was stained (not a big deal overall)

Perfect location for bakeries, diners, theatres and the big bus starting point. Room was a good size, good bed and kettle on request (small charge). Staff on reception were very good. Room was cleaned every day, on request.
Drinks at the bar were expensive even with the single $10 credit per room. Lifts were busy and one was especially noisy near our room. Long queues for breakfast every day (which we did not have). Some general city noise early in the mornings- sirens and vehicles reversing.

I enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel, the rooftop bar area was large! The view was amazing and one of the staff members mentioned that they had plans to renovate and add live music during the weekends. That enlightened me and I know that it will bring more value to the property. My room was great, well taken care of and had a killer view of times square.

I stayed for one night in this hotel - never again!
At the check-in desk, you have to pay extra for a welcome smile?! The room felt more like a 3-star hotel, with noise coming from the bathroom. The air conditioning noise was like sleeping in a car, and the flashing lights from the fire alarms were terrible! The carpet stuck to my feet! The best part was the friendly staff with the hand luggage downstairs; at least they were nice!

Every staff member I interacted with was amazing, the hotel looks nice, the room was spacious enough, the lobby looks cool and the breakfast room/restaurant has a nice view (if you're near the windows) over Times Square. Beds were comfortable as well. Location is perfect, especially if you like to walk most of the times, you're just 5 minutes away from Times Square and can just walk to some major attractions the city offers. Breakfast was good enough as well. Overall, it's a good place where to stay at.
The biggest downside was the waiting to get seated for breakfast. There's a limited amount of tables and no matter what time we went there during the week (7AM or 10AM) the queue was always long. The only time when it was ok was on Friday, when they also allowed guests to seat in the lobby area and not just at the restaurant area. They should do this every day or I suggest a virtual queue, where you wake up, register for breakfast and you're given a time frame (and people that don't show up should get penalized). Minor issues: the elevators, you have to take an elevator to the lobby and then from there walk to the other elevators that bring you to the room. So going back to the room always took a while. The hotel is a bit pricey, but you need to consider the location you're in, so not a big deal. The room shows a bit of wear and tear, but also this is something that didn't bother us much, just don't expect a perfect condition (unless we were just unlucky with ours).

The lobby lounge was very cozy and nice.
The room was terrible.
Bathroom hasn’t been cleaned. Some mold on the bath and the curtain was stinky. Holes in the walls. Dust on every surfaces.
No coffee machine.
For the price it was extremely basic and clearly not a room that had attention.
