Room was spacious and clean, location was convenient with great subway access. Brilliant view from hotel bar.
Elevator got stuck once (with door open luckily!), $50 per hour for early check in / late check out seemed exorbitant.

I was in town to see the Michael Jackson movie and play om Broadway..I made it a Michael Jackson weekend...With the play right next door to the M social, it was the perfect place to stay..My whole experience was fun and exciting..Thank you Msocial for making my stay wonderful as always

Best location!! Close to Times Square and Central Park and many more… hotel staff super nice especially at the entrance from the street. Room great and clean and spacious. Another amazing part is the rooftop looking to Times Square with excellent food and staff.
Can find cheaper and good breakfast outside the hotel.

Location is good so near to subway. Room was clean. Staff was nice
Bathroom must be renovated. There was only a shower curtain and no separate shower area, so every time you took a shower, the entire bathroom floor ended up flooded. Our room was at the 31th floor. I also saw the rooms on the lower floors, and they were more practical

It is in close to Times Square, lots of restaurants and theaters around, Central Park was a few blocks away to walk the dog and Colbert show was a block away.

Reception staff extremely friendly. Spotless clean room. Location and size of room good. Wonderful time square view. Only minor issue. Bathroom rundown. Did not match quality of rest of hotel.

Location
Huge line for breakfast had to wait 1 hour
Couldn’t sleep on the bed-pillows and mattress really uncomfortable, bed itself really small not made for a couple

Disappointing
Nothing stood out at me and I work in hospitality.
Well upon check in. The lady tried to overcharge us because of early check in. We left to add more money to the credit card. Came back to check in and a different lady was there to check us in. She asked how much was the previous lady charging and she said that was too much so she charged us less. There needs to be one set price because the hotel was getting over on us because we were from out of town. Also there was a very visual stain on the chaise chair, the room was very dusty. I had to dust everything myself. Overall a bad experience for me.
