Staff was friendly and very helpful. Location is great. Bar and food available there is great.
Need to think about leaving the kitchen open for bar bites and after theatre food at the bar beyond 10:30. One of my party was charged $15 for a tea bag at the restaurant - I know it’s NY but you might think of including a coffee/tea service in the rooms. Also, just from a decoration standpoint - it’s time to get rid of the plastic artificial flowers in the lobby and bar area.

Rooms can be cleaner. Shower was moldy. cabins were dirty. Also there should be water heater and coffee machine in rooms. At least on demand.

Everything was amazing. Brilliant location, the staff were super lovely and the hotel had an amazing vibe. Rooms were big English for the 3 of us as a family

Looking out over the Hudson river was spectacular, location great with lots of amenities, bars, street food and diners around plus close to subway system and short easy walk either way from Times Square and Central Park
A more comfy seat/sofa to relax on but no big issue about this.

Proximity to everything is great. Steps away from time square, broadway and 5th avenue.
