Location is great and staff very friendly. The view is great.
Waiting in a queue for breakfast every morning, even for an hour. It should be solved somehow. More variety of food for breakfast would be welcome.

Waiting line for the breakfast was to long, we did use breakfast only 1 out of 5 nights. Breakfast was not good. To small rooms for stay as a family (4 people)

Location was excellent and great view of time square without being right in the middle.
We wanted to eat outside on the terrace and they wouldn’t let us order food from the bar and take it out there.

Location. Sofia at the front desk was professional helpful and pleasant
The bathroom was filthy. It had some else’s hair in the shower and there were old blood stain (yakes) on the wall by the sink.
