I’m really glad I chose this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with an amazing view of Times Square. It was incredible, I loved looking out the window at the beautiful buildings and the impressive architecture. I also liked the New York–style design of the room.
Breakfast was very good as well, with high-quality food. I especially appreciated the turkey ham, the cheese, the pancakes, and the waffles. The staff were friendly and helped us with everything we needed.
We had a wonderful experience in New York, thanks in part to this fantastic hotel.

Room was clean, modern. Bed was comfortable.
I felt the hotel was dishonest. Reserved high-elevation room with view on Time Square. When arriving, was told such room was not available and got another with new view. I did get a discount of the room, but i would NOT have reserved in that place if i had none. And i feel it was on purpose to lure in getting a reservation. When arriving at the desk, was told i could cancel and get refunded, but it was 10pm!

It was a great location and the bed was comfortable
Most hotels now have water stations on each floor or at least in the lobby . The ice machine worked but the water did not on our floor. A suggestion would be to give guests 2 water bottles a day if this were to not be fixed. A few of the staff at the check in were not helpful to my friend and a mix up with her room, I wanted a room with a king bed and was given a room with 2 queen beds, the bathroom could have been cleaner .

Convenient location! Very clean, room was big and quiet.
No microwave in room but noticing more hotels do not have a microwave anymore. So my leftovers went to waste.

Rooftop bar view is incredible. Breakfast is more than enough. Personel is happy to help you.
First night they gave us a room with air condition machine view. Second night we changed it.
