Amazing location, big rooms and comfy beds.
A cool vibe with the bar and restaurant downstairs.
Showers are old and outdated. Too many different handles to pull and terrible pressure. Not enough lifts for the size of the hotel. We waited up to 10 minutes to go downstairs with suitcases as we could not fit each time.

Otel iyiydi, konumu çok güzeldi, odaları güzeldi, resepsiyondakilerden memnun kaldık
otelin asansörü büyük sorun. Biz ordayken bir tanesi bozulmuştu ve tüm misafirler tek asansörle caddeye inmek zorunda kaldı. Ayrıca memnun olmadığımız bir durum yaşadık,aslında restoran dışardan işletmeye verilmiş ve biz bu durumu bilmiyorduk, ben dizinden yeni ameliyat olmuş 75 yaşındaki annemi resepsiyonun önündeki masaya oturtturdum, ve yürüyemediği için anneme dışardan aldığım tostu yedirmeye başladım, hintli bir restoran müdürü kızgın bir şekilde geldi bizi azarladı ve masadan kaldırdı, Restoranın otele ait değil dedi, bizde bu durumu bilmediğimizi söyledik ve kendisinden özür diledik, buna rağmen hala ters ters konuştu ve herkesin içinde bizi rezil etti. hem anlayışsız hemde kabaydı.

Very close to times square but also more quite place. There are theaters around that makes traffic which is normal.
Rooms are confortable ve good size and clean. Hotel crew was very friendly.
We love the place and hotel.

Excellent location in Manhattan for a lot of sights.
I think the breakfast buffet was too pricey for the quality provided compared to other hotels. I also think staff could have been more friendly, several provided rather indifferent service.
