Staff is rude. They do everything to keep the $400 deposit. They charged me $500 for vaping in the room. I vaped when i arrived in the room, i did not know it was not possible. Avoid if possible

The view from our room was incredible. If it's your first time in NYC and you want to explore the main sights, the location is perfect. We tried the breakfast and it was delicious. I can't say it was cheap, but for normal NYC prices, it's fine. I definitely recommend the breakfast because it's complete.
The rooms aren't soundproofed, so you can hear some noise from the next room, but nothing serious. Also, expect to see a lot of people coming into the hotel because it has a rooftop bar that's very popular with tourists.

The room was big and the bed was comfy. Excellent view of Times Square and great location for that part of the city!
The location is very touristy which is totally fine. It just made the hotel, lobby, elevators very busy all the time.
