very common hotel - the "vibe" in 7th floor loby

(the reception guy gave us the wrong room (with accessible
after we complained he change the room for the one we ordered
no hot water for bath in the first day but also in the last day of our visit
after complain and several hours they fixed it but it was very inconvinient
very small bathroom
actually next time we consider to take hotel at other place - dont need to be inside the rush place like times squar. most of the places to visit in nyc are far from times squar
so concider take better hotel in other place and get more in less price

In August 2025, our family of four spent 6 nights in a Social City View room with two double beds. The room was large enough for NY standards. It was clean and the beds were comfortable enough. The air conditioning in the room can be individually controlled and is not noisy (it can also be turned off). The breakfast is really good and it is definitely smart to have it included in the price of accommodation. (breakfast separately costs around $30) There is an amazing view of Times Square from the restaurant and the terrace. No long waits for the elevator. The room is well soundproofed from the street. Great location of the hotel. Only a few minutes walk from Times Square. It is an ideal hotel for families with children. The quality-price ratio is excellent. The hotel service ordered a taxi for us to the airport. Even the taxi driver was very nice. Everything in the hotel was great and matched the photos on the website. The hotel quickly returned my deposit.
I recommend this hotel and I would be happy to return to it again.

Loved the location and the atmosphere. Staff was super helpful when checking in! Overall great experience!
Shower is rain shower and hand held. Great if you have to wash hair but if you don’t just a little awkward. Lighting is also a bit dark in room. But would not stop me from staying there at all. It was great!
