Good location if you want to stay at middle of the middle, a little noisey
The staff did not help with the one simple request we had during our stay.
We stayed in two premium rooms—one for a couple and another for three adults in a double queen room. We asked for a third blanket, but instead they brought us a very thin pink blanket. We explained that we needed a regular, warm blanket, but they told us that they did not have one.
We asked different members of the staff every day, but each time they only sent the same thin pink blanket. We found this very disappointing, especially for a premium room and such a simple request.
Overall, we expected much better service and would have appreciated more willingness from the staff to help with such a basic need.

The facilities, the room was convenient, staff was very nice.
The room wasnt clean enough, there was hair on the chair, dust on the bed and in the restroom. We just cleaned by ourselves what we could since we were tired and wanted to sleep

It's a great location for the theater and access to subways. the terrace bar is a nice area to sit and have a drink and light food.
the rooms are spacious for a New York hotel. The lobby has a bar area that is a happening place. Adds a positive character to the hotel
Check in was a long wait. They do not have enough staff to handle the number of people checking in. You have to take an elevator to get to the lobby where you have to walk to another elevator bank to get to your room. I did not find the staff friendly.
In the room you can hear the toilets flush in other rooms. I think it is expensive for what you get

I liked the fact I was able to leave my luggage with staff while waiting for a room to be available.
I didn't like the breakfast costing 80 dollars for 2 people after spending nearly 500 for a room. I also didn't appreciate the small store they had there. Went in to buy some hats. Saw the price tag of 19.99 so I grabbed 2. They tried to ring them up at 45 each. I showed him the price clearly printed on tags. He said sorry...forgot to change the price. I gave him some pushback but thats the story he stuck with. He could have honored 1 at 19.99 and another for 45 and I would have been fine with it. I decided to buy nothing.

Near Times Square and underground train station so convenient for visiting all over Manhatten and New York.
There is a lift to get to the lobby, not a big deal, but inconvenient when coming back to the hotel after a long day sightseeing.

Every time I stay it is a wonderful trip. From Montana greeting you at the door to everyone else throughout. Lounge staff are fantastic to chat with before heading out. And Angelinas

location is amazing, the roof top bar is great and the entire lobby is very nice
the beds are rather soft, we did not find them very comfortable. Also, there were 4 of us in the room checked in and 2 out of 5 times we had to ask for an extra towel because we only got 3. We also needed to ask twice to refill the shampoo bottle which we ran out of (normal use) - all that despite of repeated nice tip for the maid
