I would like to complain about reception staff American African at 10:54 i went for confirming my stay which i modified through booking app to one night and then i changed my mind for two nights and i paid the wohle amount on 9/11/2025
On 10/11/2025 my request approved because I forgot to cancel the request, i went to this American African lady to explain her what happened but her attitude was so bad ,so serious and rude no smile nothing bald face like she is telling me get off from here and then i went to her colleague was so professional and help me to solve my issue the same attitude when I checked out from my room 2816 she told me go down and put your luggage but i was not talking to her and the same time this gentleman helpd me and give me a room straight forward
im genius with level plus that mean i traveld a lot and this is the first time on this hotel all staff was welcoming with a good heart except this lady , Next time i need to think about it if i want to return back to same hotel
Notice that she is treating all people with the same attitude i was observeing her
Also I forgot to take my Sandle black color room 2816 check out date on 10/11/2025 and change to room 1208 just one day !!! The couldn't find it that mean any travel should forget anything because it will disappear!!
Hopefully your team take a nesesary action to avoid this useless behavior because this kind of staff destroed reputation of any kind of business

Location is perfect. Just by a subway station and right on Times Square. Views are great. The rooftop bar is wonderful.
Lifts can be a pain but not a big deal. You soon get used to them.

Room Assignment Failure
The hotel failed to provide the confirmed room type (two double beds) for the first night of a two-night stay. Instead, we were split between two separate rooms. This represents a 50% failure to deliver the booked service.
Hotel Response
When we requested to maintain the two-room arrangement for the second night (a reasonable accommodation given their error), the hotel refused unless we paid additional fees. This effectively penalized us for their booking failure.
Additional Disruption
The situation required:
Packing and checking out after one night
Relocating to a different room
Time and logistical inconvenience during what should have been a straightforward stay
