Convenient location that was very clean, staff was very welcoming.
Nothing. It was wonderful. Flew from California to see some Broadway shows and this as a central location at a reasonable price.

Very clean room, AC quite and efficient, silent mini fridge - very useful to keep the water cool during this heat wave. Room was quite although cloae to the elevators, nice city view, but would recommend time's square or river view if possible. Staffvery friendly and quick to check in. Overall a good experience. Excellent location

The air conditioning wasn't particularly controllerable and it was exceptionally loud which disrupted each night's sleep for all. The que for breakfast was excessive and the quantity of seats and tables for the quantity of guests was very small.

Hotel is in a very good location and has a great bar with very friendly staff
This was the second time I stayed here within a year. I feel that the hotel has had a lot of wear and tear and needs to have a makeover. Bed paint peeling off . Bathrooms not very clean.
