I picked this hotel for the location, and it was perfect for my needs. After my arrival, the staff that I encountered were so helpful and caring and it made me feel so taken care of during my stay! The bed and pillows were very comfortable as well.
I didn’t have a problem with this, but I was notified of the $500 smoking fee upon arrival and as a non-smoker I was concerned about this if something would have come up.

very good location , the hotel is nice , toom very good
when we arrived the reception worker ( only one ) was less nice and the welcome experience was not so good all the rest was very good , and one day the hot water was out of service for severl hours

Pleasantly surprised! Great location, clean and reasonably priced. Sometimes difficult to get the elevator to the lobby to get to your room, but not a big hassle! Would stay here again

The location was perfect right beside Times Square and walking distance to a lot of the main sites we wanted to visit, otherwise we used the subway which was right beside the hotel and very handy

Nice hotel, perfectly located! The rooms are tidy, the staff is very friendly, and our room was quiet, which we really appreciated, as it can be quite loud in such a busy part of the city. We can absolutely recommend it for a weekend trip.
Some things in the room are a bit dated. One light didn’t work, and the TV wouldn’t turn off (which was fixed after we mentioned it at reception). Other than that, there was nothing major to complain about. The only thing that felt a bit unusual to us was that the lobby, bar, and restaurant were accessible to the public — though we understand this is fairly common in New York City.

Location, cleanliness and staff friendliness.
The breakfast wait was long and then when you are eating because the line is still long you feel pressured to leave quickly as you feel bad for other people in the line. We had breaky with our booking yet they gave us a bill each morning with prices and it did not confirm was part of room booking. These prices were never charged but it was not explained to us at all so we were worried we had to pay additional charges.

The view and the location, near to theaters and subways stations.
I stayed at this hotel in 2020, and this time the experience was not as good. Some aspects seemed neglected, the cleanliness of the common areas could be improved, and there were a few maintenance issues
