Perfect location of all tourist hot spots. Very comfy beds. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Helpful and friendly staff.
Had to remind staff a few times to provide a complimentary coffee machine. Shower was a little temperamental! But they are small issues. It was lovely

Location, Room Size
Cleanliness, inability to always connect to the wireless, the lobby not being on ground level, waiting in line twice for the elevator just to go up to both the lobby and the room, standard appliances like a kettle or coffee maker not being placed in the rooms, the coffee machine in the lobby bar not being repaired for 5 days despite breaking down.
