Good location, close to everything I needed. Comfortable bed and generally clean room.
For the price, almost $600/night, I was expecting more. The TV even when off, still glowed which was disruptive to sleep. Cramped awkward bathroom. Stain on the day bed chair.

The location is perfect. The view from the terrace is amazing! Really good breakfast.
We had a quiet room with Hudson view
If you don’t want to stay in a huge line to have a breakfast be ready to come before 7 am and wait till breakfast begins, or after 9am.
Annoying need to change elevators to get to your room or ground level.

Nice, clean, very well located hotel with friendly staff and good facilities. Times Square view rooms had indeed a great view. Cool, young/modern vibe. Reasonable prices. Would have easily been worth an 8 or 9 if not for the issue with the elevators.
The hotel lobby is on an elevated floor; first day one of the two elevators wasn't working leading to queues. Much worse however was the day we left the hotel. The hotel was fully booked but 2 of the 4 room elevators weren't working, leading to a miserable situation where it took us 40 minutes to get to the lobby with our luggage. Effectively, the two remaining elevators were stopping on every single floor, both up and down, as people were queueing on every floor. This made the elevators so slow that in reality there was about 1/10th of the normal and in fact required capacity available (given that it was morning peak in a fully booked hotel). The hotel staff didn't seem to think this required any intervention - like for example telling guests to simply take the stairs down, so that those with luggage could at least leave the hotel (we had 3x large suitcases which would have been near impossible to carry down 15 floors). If you are going to have a high-rise hotel, you simply must have reliable elevators and this one simply does not, hence despite all the other qualities we cannot recommend that you stay here.

Comfortable rooms
Not enough tables to cater for the volume of guests at breakfast. Had to queue for 15 mins most days.
