The location
Had to Que ages for breakfast very basic rooms not the cleanest no coffee tea facilities and had to wait ages eg reception luggage breakfast .

Great location with amazing views over Time Square from the outdoor terrace and short walk to Central Park. Close to subway. Spacious rooms with controllable air con, small fridge and kettle and coffee machine provided upon request. Iron and ironing board provided in room.

It was central, the rooms were big, beds comfy, staff helpful. It’s a decent hotel I just wouldn’t recommend it.
Waiting for lifts all the time, to get to reception and rooms, the corridors weren’t hoovered, the water machine didn’t work on the corridors. The lobby / bar was nice but in the evening was a place families gathered with take out pizza and Maccy D’s which was kind of a vibe, but not the vibe I was after. The breakfast was truely appalling for $35 just don’t do it.

Couldn't fault anything. The reception staff were polite and friendly, the rooms were comfortable and clean and the location was brilliant.
