Cant beat the location!
The ice machines were empty or not working om SEVERAL floors mo matter what time of day. I had to go up 3 floors to finally get ice and there was some brown stuff that came out woth the ice!? We will never trust an ice machine again. The "resort fees" are not worth it as it doesnt feel very resort like tk have to request a coffee machine and not have access to ice or a decent sized fridge.

When we arrived room not ready asked to wait in bar which was not open as having an event, nowhere to sit and wait

The view and location were awesome, the bar service was great as well. Great shower with great water pressure and multiple heads, felt like a luxury shower.
The maintenance left something to be desired, our toilet was spraying water from the tank at each flush, but when we reported it, it eventually got fixed that day. The rooms, while elegant, felt dated.

The location was good as we have done NYC a few times and it was very close to TS plus close to most under ground stations.
Well they were no draws in our room, we booked a two bed double room and only had one wardrobe with no cupboards. I told the reception only to be told this one room must be the only one in the hotel that doesn’t come with draws.

The property is centrally located to many attractions and sights, with several subway lines nearby. The rooms overlooking Times Square are spectacular.
