Ideal location. Only issue was that we had to take an elevator from the main floor to the entrance floor.
Th restaurant was extremely noisy. I could not get a continental breakfast and purchasing the buffet was expensive

We came with our two children for Thanksgiving week. A brilliant hotel with a perfect social area to wind down after a busy day.

The staff was very efficient and friendly to a babbling tourist like me.
The bar/lounge had so much Times Square View..
The room had amazing views as well.
The location could not have been more Times Square.
I wish there had been more to do in the lounge. Fooseball doesn't quite cut it.
The breakfast buffett was almost the same as a cheap bargain hotel near a truck stop in the middle of nowhere.
The convenience store didn't need to mark up my Gatorade to almost booze prices.

Location
They have not refunded my advance deposit as yet and they don’t give positive response at all. I would not recommend this hotel at all. It’s the worst hotel ever I have stayed in whole US.
