Exceptional
The location of the hotel is perfect. All major metro lines are easy to reach, and many important sights are within walking distance. The view from our room was phenomenal, and the rooftop terrace is also excellent. Daily room service was provided, and the rooms are very well insulated — we were never disturbed by street noise or neighbors.
There are no elevators that go directly from the street to the rooms. You always have to first take an elevator to the lobby and then switch to another one. The elevators leading to the street exit can sometimes involve longer waiting times.

Location
Huge line for breakfast had to wait 1 hour Couldn’t sleep on the bed-pillows and mattress really uncomfortable, bed itself really small not made for a couple

room location was great, and we chose to pay the extra fee, to get into the room earlier that morning as our flight got us into town very early.

Nothing stood out at me and I work in hospitality.
Well upon check in. The lady tried to overcharge us because of early check in. We left to add more money to the credit card. Came back to check in and a different lady was there to check us in. She asked how much was the previous lady charging and she said that was too much so she charged us less. There needs to be one set price because the hotel was getting over on us because we were from out of town. Also there was a very visual stain on the chaise chair, the room was very dusty. I had to dust everything myself. Overall a bad experience for me.
