View….staff…location….vibe
Had an issue with my folio on the tv that could not/was not resolved. Someone came up to fix it but it was not resolved. tv and remote not working properly. Tv shut itself off after about 1 hour.

A very spacious room; you can't hear the neighbors—it's well soundproofed.
The staff was very friendly; even though the "Do Not Disturb" sign was up, they left clean towels on my door.
The internet connection is occasionally slow, so if you're working online, some programs might not load properly.
The elevators are constantly busy, so it takes quite a while to get to your room or go outside.

Our room was on the 30th floor and the view of times square was amazing! The location is great and super convenient. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed, and you can ask for a coffee maker for your room if you want. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The elevators were slow, a couple of them were out of service.

Location!
Large rooms. Room setup is convenient - king size bed, couch, desk appropriate for working, fridge, safe and spacious bathroom/shower. View (river view). The lobby and it's porch.
2 of the 4 elevators were not working for tbe week. The rooms and corridors are ok, but they are starting to show the wear and tear of the years gone by.

Clean and comfortable. Nice bar and restaurant onsite, although pricey, it was good and convenient.
Only 2 elevators operating for a busy and booked hotel. Long wait to get to the rooms in the evening and even longer wait to get downstairs in the mornings.

Wonderful
The location was excellent, the rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the housekeeping staff on our floor were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.
The only minor issue was that the water dispenser on our floor had an extremely slow flow, so filling a bottle took a very long time.

I love the fact that I was on the 33rd floor. The view was. The staff in the hotel were very nice and accommodating. They had a lot of Security. It was very clean and neat. I will definitely stay there again.
I wish the rooftop was on a higher floor, but it was only on the fifth floor, but it wasn’t that bad

Wonderful
The location was awesome. We were just down the street from Times Square and were able to walk right from our hotel to see must of our Broadway Shows. We could see Radio City Music Hall from the roof restaurant. We walked to Hamilton, comedy clubs, and the Book Of Mormon.
The elevators weren't working much of the time, so we took the stairs a few times. We were on the 14th floor. When the elevators were working, they took forever. Outside of the hotel, people were smoking in front of the entry doors, so we had to push our way through to get to the elevators to take us to the lobby. The staff on the first floor didn't get or hold the door for you, which I found odd.
