The location was awesome. We were just down the street from Times Square and were able to walk right from our hotel to see must of our Broadway Shows. We could see Radio City Music Hall from the roof restaurant. We walked to Hamilton, comedy clubs, and the Book Of Mormon.
The elevators weren't working much of the time, so we took the stairs a few times. We were on the 14th floor. When the elevators were working, they took forever. Outside of the hotel, people were smoking in front of the entry doors, so we had to push our way through to get to the elevators to take us to the lobby. The staff on the first floor didn't get or hold the door for you, which I found odd.

Perfect location for transport food entertainment. Good room size for the location. Very patient and attentive staff.
The lifts, two out of four not working for the majority of stay. Long queues for lifts. Often long waits to get off floor which was very inconvenient. And knowing the hotel well from previous visits it could do with some cosmetic tlc.

I love the fact that I was on the 33rd floor. The view was. The staff in the hotel were very nice and accommodating. They had a lot of Security. It was very clean and neat. I will definitely stay there again.
I wish the rooftop was on a higher floor, but it was only on the fifth floor, but it wasn’t that bad

Great location and convenient transportation.
The elevators were extremely slow. Although there are four elevators, we had to wait at least 10 minutes every day just to get downstairs. At checkout, only one elevator was operating, and every elevator going down was completely packed. We waited for more than 20 minutes, which was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Overall, the elevator service was extremely disappointing and poorly managed.

Excellent location, views would be dependant of which room you got, as in which side of the building your room was facing plus which floor, but at the 24th floor were great views of the city and so close to Times Square which was viewable from the communal balcony.
At busy times the lifts were busy with people checking in and out which was understandable and they have 4 lifts.
On some occasions I took the stairs to go down from the 24th floor which I didn't mind as it was a bit of exercise for me and the stairs were all clear.

Nice location, loved the ice machine on each floor it makes the soft chewable ice, room was nice, got a nice bow on 29th floor, Nice lobby with comfy chairs and sofas to sit
disappointed that every other hotel gives you 2 free bottles of water but not here,
didn’t like the pillows they have no shape and you gotta stack like 3-4 of them to make it a bit higher.
