Not enough tables to cater for the volume of guests at breakfast. Had to queue for 15 mins most days.

No water in the room
No tea / coffee facilities in the room
Queue very long in the mornings for breakfast, not enough tables. If the queues are this long, have takeaway tea / coffee available and don't charge for room service breakfast

Our room and view were gorgeous. The location was perfect—everything was accessible! Elevators were not as much of a problem as others said they would be. The front desk staff were energetic, accommodating and welcoming. The room was clean and bright.
The bartender on Saturday night wasn’t as pleasant as all of the other staff.

If you want a reasonably quiet room, then it has to be on a higher floor. The rooms with a view to the South have a nice view of Time Square.
I bought a package including breakfast. The hotel has far too few tables. I went downstairs once at 8 - 40 minutes wait until a table became free. Once downstairs at 9 - 5 minutes wait. Then the next day again at 9 - 35 minutes wait. This is utterly useless if you are a business traveler and have to head out to meetings.

Great atmosphere, great location, clean and pleasant.
The full bed is too small for two adults...so need to take it into consideration if you are group of 3 or 4 adults.
Better to take 2 rooms in this case.

Location was good, room was big. Cool vibe in the VERY EXPENSIVE bar area. Concierge was very helpful. Housekeeping was very good
Expensive. Food and drinks inside the hotel were outrageously priced. No working electrical outlets in the bedroom except for one. Reflection of flashing bill boards in our room all night bc the curtains have a gap at the top.
