Not much.
They lost our bags for over an hour when we checked in. Found out, they put them in the wrong room. Had to go into someone else's room to retrieve them. We also paid extra to check out late but recieved a text on our last day that check out was at 11. We had to remind them that we payed extra for late check out. The lobby was way too crowded at all hours of the day. Having to use two separate elevators to get to our room was not efficient. They boast their view of Times Square but they're too far back and can barely seem the tower with the year on it. You have to find the right, slim angle to see it. Won't be back.

The gentleman who checked me in was exceptionally congenial and helpful. Room was spacious, well-appointed, and had a great view of the city.
I didn't realize how expensive the breakfast buffet was. I would have eaten more!

We really liked the view from the room, which was on the 28th floor. Everything was nice and clean, and there was even a water dispenser on the hallway.
When the AC was turned off, the room cooled down to 18°C automatically. At the same time, if it was on, it was a bit too noisy during the night. Furthermore, there was no main light in our room, making it hard to light up the room well enough in the dark.
