Had an issue with my folio on the tv that could not/was not resolved. Someone came up to fix it but it was not resolved. tv and remote not working properly. Tv shut itself off after about 1 hour.

Wonderful
Our room was on the 30th floor and the view of times square was amazing! The location is great and super convenient. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed, and you can ask for a coffee maker for your room if you want. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The elevators were slow, a couple of them were out of service.

the location was very nice and close to everywhere
even though there are 4 elevators, 2 of them were out of order and there were a very long queue for elevators and sometimes could not get on the lift because of crowded people

Location!
Large rooms. Room setup is convenient - king size bed, couch, desk appropriate for working, fridge, safe and spacious bathroom/shower. View (river view). The lobby and it's porch.
2 of the 4 elevators were not working for tbe week. The rooms and corridors are ok, but they are starting to show the wear and tear of the years gone by.
