The location. It is close to a subway station, a few minute walk to Rockefeller, Radio City and Saks 5th. Very good choice of nearby restaurants. There is a convenience store / mini grocery in the ground floor for your last minute needs or snacks.
Breakfast buffet can get pretty busy. There was a 20-30 min queue before we were offered a seat.

The location couldn’t be better. Breakfast quite good for US standard, room was big enough and had everything that we could need. We could leave the bags for free on the check in/out days (Extra tip).
We had an issue with the restaurant, we requested before the booking the option to esrm up baby food in the restaurant microwave and from reception they were sure it was ok. Then when we arrived and we asked for it they said it is forbidden (State law) which I don’t doubt, but the restaurant personnel wasn’t very helpful about the issue.
Reception fixed the problem straight away by installing a microwave in the room.
At the check in they said it receptionist gave us a room that was already occupied, and we had to go back and ask for another room.

Conveniently located and good value for money.
Elevator from fifth floor reception to street was slow and small particularly when large tour groups were transiting. Lobby was full of young adult tour groups taking up most of the space. Paid for early checkin instead of hanging out with kids.

The double elevator was inconvenient, unable to stream or cast on the tv and the bathroom supplies (clothes & towels) could've initially been more.

Going up with an elevator to the Reception and then taking an elevator too the rooms is very anoying.
Windows are dirty!
Lamp is very nasty!
Shower is to small for a two person hotel room.
