Everything about this hotel is fantastic, the location, the rooms, the staff, the service, the food is top notch. There is absolutely nothing that I can complain about with this hotel.
This is my second stay in the past year and the M Social will always be my go to hotel whenever I visit New York

Everything was perfect. This is my second time within a month. I really enjoy staying there and will be back later.
Don't like the part they charge so much for incidental fees per night.

The lifts do take time in the busy periods of the day, no tea and coffee facilities in the rooms

Location was amazing.
The staff was HORRIBLE. We sat around for hours in the lobby waiting for check in despite paying for early check in and were skipped over. In the end I don’t think I got the type of room I paid for and got whatever was available. Bar was not open late like they advertised. Lobby/common area only had a foosball table as the activity available. Very disappointing.

Refund has still not been repaid. Staff not friendly and we're intimidating. No effort was made to help and hotel did not live up to expectations
