Everything, rooms are outdated and hard to sleep. It’s noisy everywhere and you feel not welcomed the first minute you deal with the staff.

Great location! Close to everything. You can easily walk to Times Square, Central Park, broadway shows, and multiple subway lines from this hotel. Our room was very clean and even had a view of Times Square. This would be an excellent place to stay to watch the ball drop on New Year's Eve.

Excellent location in NYC!! Walking distance to many attractions and near the subway. Beautiful bar and rooftop terrace overlooking Times Square. Comfy beds and great service from Daniel and John (the concierge). Overall, a wonderful stay!

We stayed in the hotel for a week. We had requested a quiet room away from elevators and on a high floor. The receptionist was really helpful and provided exactly what we had asked for. The room was pleasant, the bed comfortable and we had a spectacular river view. There was no kettle when we arrived but when we asked for one, it appeared in a matter of minutes!! The lovely lady making up the room each day was charming and very efficient.
The room could have done with a second chair. The hotel seemed fairly expensive when we booked, but having now experienced the overall cost of staying and eating out in New York, it seems perfectly reasonable
