Location, rooftop, amenities and room was really comfortable. I really did enjoy the breakfast as well.
Some staff are really nice and friendly, but some of them are not as patient.

The staff were excellent. We were treated well and when we called the front desk immediately after checking in to request a room change (room smelled like urine) they accommodated immediately.
Fire alarm went off at 6 am on the first morning - it happens.

Location is great
The hotel was busy during the World Cup and having to queue for the lifts to actually get down to the street level from reception was a real pain.

The staff were all friendly professional and accommodating. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great.

I liked the location & the rooftop view
The stay definitely wasn’t worth the price. I stayed at hotels 10x nicer for a quarter of the stay. It was like staying in a cheap motel for way too much money. I booked city view & most of my view was obstructed & consisted of the back of the hotel like roof area.
