Great location, although the photos are a bit misleading and the hotel is about 600m from Times Square. The view from the upper floors is nice. Lovely bar and roof terrace.
The worst thing about the hotel is the humiliating breakfast queue. Every morning 20-30 minutes. The staff clearly doesn't care. The staff does nothing to speed things up and continues to work slowly. The room is small for a family of four.

I liked everything to be honest. I travel a lot and am very picky about my hotel and this hotel was totally great for a quick family vacay without a caviar budget but it was a nice property and it was a great room for the value and the hotel was perfectly located! I would stay here again! The distance to all Broadway shows and time square was excellent not to mention other landmarks and areas.

Elevator from lobby to street level needs to have air and move faster to accommodate the larger number of guests coming and going up and down in the evenings and high traffic times

Location was great.
Even though had superior room, quite small for family, especially the bathroom/shower. You pay extra for a river view and the view was not at all as you see in the pics. You could hardly use the bar area and deck because its constantly blocked for events so extremely busy with loads of traffic. Wont stay there again as not worth the money.

We were extremely disappointed. The elevator buttons were broken, the carpets were falling apart, the staff were not friendly and rude.
We didn’t not receive soap in our room for 2 nights, the last night no one left us towels to shower. We were extremely disappointed in the cleanliness, staff and attention to detail.

Excellent location, nice view of Times Square, comfortable room.
I do not recommend taking their breakfast. They made me wait in a long queue for 15 minutes, and on the end, the breakfast was so-so. The hotel's restaurant does not have enough capacity. There are better and faster breakfast places nearby.
