Pleasantly surprised! Great location, clean and reasonably priced. Sometimes difficult to get the elevator to the lobby to get to your room, but not a big hassle! Would stay here again

Nice hotel, perfectly located! The rooms are tidy, the staff is very friendly, and our room was quiet, which we really appreciated, as it can be quite loud in such a busy part of the city. We can absolutely recommend it for a weekend trip.
Some things in the room are a bit dated. One light didn’t work, and the TV wouldn’t turn off (which was fixed after we mentioned it at reception). Other than that, there was nothing major to complain about. The only thing that felt a bit unusual to us was that the lobby, bar, and restaurant were accessible to the public — though we understand this is fairly common in New York City.

Staff was exceptional, location was excellent, room was clean and comfortable!
It was cold outside and room was warm but was able to Crack the windows a little, so that helped. Despite being a non smoking facility, one night we woke up to the smell of Marijuana, but that wasn't exclusive to the hotel, I was surprised that it was everywhere we walked in NYC.

Amazing Location! Centrally located in Times Square with a great view and walking distance to the area!
Only thing that was à pain was that lobby was in the 2nd floor via a slow elevator.

Location is fabulous, near of Broadway theaters and Lincoln Center. The climate control is very good, making the stay very comfortable.
The cleanliness could be better, and the rate price is high.
