Location
We stayed five nights. No housekeeping for two days despite my repeated requests. No linens changed the entire stay. No kettle, coffee, tissues, or body cream. From Sunday afternoon until Monday morning—no water at all. Only two small bottles provided. Despite asking twice each day, no one cleaned the room. Very disappointing.

Great location and staff are wonderful! Attentive with friendly customer service and there is convenient parking, too. Parking garage not far from hotel at all.
It’s not that I disliked it but lighting, higher beds and fresher room would be nice. Freshness for some rooms not all of them that our relatives had.

Love the location, staff are great and very attentive especially when needed. I would highly recommend and always suggests to others.
Rooms are smaller than Id like, but noticed some have different layout appearing roomier than others and the beds are low. Other than that perfect for my family.

The location was convenient & everyone was friendly and helpful
Our iron didn’t work but they brought us a new one right away. The only other thing was that the street elevator would get a bit congested.
