Loction was perfect. Places to walk to to eat in Little Italy, ChinaTown, Little Paris, SOHO were terrific. Convenient subway access, walkable to Union Square, Brooklyn Bridge, 9/11 Memorial and Maman (best french bakery cafe we've ever been to). Room sound proofing was excellent.
Uber cost to Newark ($ 150 and 2 hours)

The staff was friendly and supportive. The hotel location is good for a shopping in Soho or dining out in Little Italy. Free coffee/tea/water for 24/7 was good. Also there is a communal microwave if you would like to warm up something. Independent shower room was nice to use.
f you would like to go to the midtown area, it will take a half an hour with subway, so not super convenient. We stayed in the summer holiday time, so the room rate was higher than the lower season which I understand, but still the rate was super high we thought when we checked in....

One of the nicest hotels that we ever stayed at. Incredibly clean & comfortable, with many amenities provided: fresh breakfast croissants from Little Italy, fresh coffee, toiletries, slippers, great shower, soft towels and bedding — even a stuffed animal toy. Clean, spacious lobby, halls, and elevators. Plus a helpful and friendly staff, with excellent dining advice. The type of hotel experience one doesn’t experience anymore…

This was probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in during my lifetime. The layout of the room and facilities and features that were in the room couldnt have been better. The staff were exceptional and no requests were too large or too small. The little touches like excellent coffee on tap with an honesty bar, croissants etc. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and will use it whenever I get back to NYC. Oh yes the location was perfect

The location of this hotel is so good that on some days we did not even take the subway to get to top destinations like the Statue of Liberty, Brookly Bridge, Times Square. The rooms are clean and spacious. The rain shower has it's own little room. Little perks like a toy, free water/coffee/tea in the lobby are a highlight. The best though is the roof! Get your pastries and coffee at Ferrara across the street and enjoy breakfast with a view of the Manhattan skyline.
In any other town the price for this room would buy you a small suite in a five-star boutique hotel (I am not kidding! London, Amsterdam... we got 5 stars for the same price), including a large breakfast.

The location is great, walkable to all great foods and little herbal shops. It is right across a great Italian Bakery. The hotel is very small, with a tiny lobby area and the room is also really compact.
The room is really small especially the shower had no privacy. It is ok stay with family, but I would have found it very uncomfortable to stay with friends.

the location is perfect to explore Little Italy & Chinatown, walking distance to Soho & NoHo which is a nice touch.
The rooftop was open, but there were no cushions for the lounge set or conversation sets, which made it a little less enjoyable. It's a shame as the view is amazing

Clean and fully equipped with the personal use products such as soap, toothbrush, makeup removal and so on. They have a coffee machine at the lobby for free cause there’s non at rooms. Near to subway station.
The check out is very early it’s 11. But they accepted to make it 12 for me as a maximum time to leave. It’s far from Times Square, around 20 minutes by taxi. and they don’t offer breakfast just croissant if you waked up early before 8 you might catch some. And offering water just at the first day only.

Location and staff are both great! Room is very clean. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom configuration is great for couples, not as much for families.
No parking. Expect to pay $50 for a 24 hour parking at a nearby parking garage on Mott St.
