The property was nicely located infront of a bakery and a pub. The best part is that it had a roof top terrace with a view.
There was trash in the front of the building.

Location was great, in little Italy near SOHO which is why we stayed here. Lovely little balcony although winter nice to have the rooftop outdoor space would be great in other seasons. Clean staff were wonderful can’t say enough about them great place to stay

Good
Location and staff were outstanding.
There was no Netflix ability - couldn't even hook the TV up to our phones. There is no place to lounge in the hotel. The pillows are not soft and fluffy.

Rooms are well appointed, with everything needed, and beds are comfortable. The bathroom is split into the shower and the toilet, divided by the sink, in a way that is both attractive and practical.
Everyone at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.
There is coffee, teas and purified water in a small area close to the reception.
Windows open a bit, which is a very welcome fact.
We had to change rooms because the original one was adjacent to the lift, and the noise was unbearable. Not just the lifts going up and down at all times; but there are a couple of strong, noisy bangs every time the doors open, to the point that we thought there were fireworks nearby!
We were told at the front desk not to drink tap water, but to use the filter downstairs instead. The filter is nice; but shouldn't the hotel do something about its pipes, especially in a city that prides itself on the quality of its water?
