Good location. They had a lift. Rooms are efficiently designed with everything you need for a stay
Rooms are tiny. I spent only one night there and could not have done more than 2 nights. Not sure how a couple made the room work. It’s tight. However for NYC standards, it’s still good and was spotless and well designed

Very good location, room is small but comfortable and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Had a very nice view from the roof top. They also have free tea and coffee which was nice.
You have to re-connect to wifi every time you come back.

The property was nicely located infront of a bakery and a pub. The best part is that it had a roof top terrace with a view.

Location was great, in little Italy near SOHO which is why we stayed here. Lovely little balcony although winter nice to have the rooftop outdoor space would be great in other seasons. Clean staff were wonderful can’t say enough about them great place to stay

Location and staff were outstanding.
There was no Netflix ability - couldn't even hook the TV up to our phones. There is no place to lounge in the hotel. The pillows are not soft and fluffy.
