Small but comfortable for a solo traveler, walking distance to lots of sights, restaurants. Pretty quiet despite being on a busy street. Good service from front desk and housekeeping.
AC was a bit spotty, but overall worked. No washcloth.

The Manager, Morgan, topped off a great stay at the hotel. He was helpful and gracious as were the other staff. The room was great-spotless and well thought out. We loved the location! Plenty of options nearby for 130 am pizza, great bagels, and a tea house. The hotel allowed us a slightly early check in and a late checkout.

The rooms are spotless and feel almost brand new, with high-quality finishes and everything thoughtfully arranged. We were truly happy with the comfort of the bed, the well-equipped bathroom, and the peaceful atmosphere after a day out in the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A lovely touch is the fresh croissants served in the morning, which made heading out for the day even nicer. Overall, our experience was excellent, and we wholeheartedly recommend booking this hotel—you won’t regret it.

The cuteness of the room. The quiet floor we stayed on. The staff very very nice. The rooftop was pleasant, from the San Genero Feast down below, to the buildings all around us lit up. Just sad to see the Freedom Tower, knowing that's where those planes hit on that horrific day.
Only thing to mention is, is that the shower floor very slippery. I was looking forward to taking this shower...it was a different kind. I did like the way the shower water came down like we were in the rain ?.
