Room walls are paper thin, when quiet you can her your neighbor heavy breathing when sleeping (no joke). Bed was the box spring from a pull-out couch. Haven't felt that, since i was in college.

Never had breakfast there! Friendly employees- Marie or Maria, not sure of her name. She works on the front desk. She was a Gem, a beautiful funny person!
Bathroom is too small! Bed to low & bed frame too squeaky! The only thing that made it a good stay for the money paid is the location!

yes The hotel would not honor my paid reservation because my son did not have a physical credit card. They would not except cash, they would not except my credit card over the phone. My son spent the night in NYC without a place to sleep and be safe.
