The lobby was large and had space to lounge. The room was cute and perfect for 2 people.
Our first room on the 8th floor was very hot. We tried it for one night but then had to change rooms. The second room had a functioning AC, so was much better.

Poor information, have a tax by box delivered but the price change by decision of attendance.
The room have smoking smell, don’t do the replacement the soap and the air conditioning machine make a big noise

The location was perfect. It was in the heart of the city. It was excellent that they held luggage also.
The air conditioning was broken, it was unfortunate I was there during the heatwave. The beds were uncomfortable and the bathroom was dirty from the previous guests, there were hairs from facial shaving in the soap holder.

The location was absolutely perfect one block from Times Square and right around the corner from the train station.
Lobby entrance is very modern with the ceiling lights along with the front desk. The furniture was pretty run down. The beds were not only uncomfortable but very unstable the frames were very flimsy, we had to prop it up with a trash bin so it wouldn’t collapse in the middle. We had to request extra toilet paper and washcloths were very limited and only upon request they were given out.

Property was extremely dirty, not well looked after and just overall rundown. This is hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There are many other hotels near by in same price range or cheaper that are FAR superior. Even for 1 night this was to long to stay here
Beds, floors were dirty, main lobby was dirty and unlept. Public restrooms didn’t lock. Theres no public facilities - cafe/bar etc onsite.

Maria was amazing! She was kind and went out of her way to help. Air was broken and she found a better room and made it easy to switch.

Loved Maria at the front desk! And also the maintenance guy with the ocular implant.
The room was extremely small, dated and appeared not clean. The bed needs to be reinforced and the outlets were mostly broken.

Bed was very thin - expected it to be small but it was more like a pull out couch mattress than a "real" mattress. Room was much smaller than many other hotels I've stayed in in midtown.

No breakfast. N/A The chicken fingers were very good for lunch! The service there was very good. The restaurant area was pretty decent.
Even upon entering the hotel, seeing the dirty (not soiled), frayed seating was disgusting! The shades in the room were hanging by the threads, no decent window cover in the bathroom, shower floor was nasty looking along with the shower faucet! The mattress cover had spots that were seen through the sheet! Even the floor, not just the carpet, was lumpy and uneven! The chairs had dirt spots too!

Staff were helpful
Room was unclean with hair on the sheets and in the shower. Additionally, paint was peeling in multiple places in the room, the shower curtain was stained, and the TV did not work. Absolutely not even a 3 star hotel
