The pillows were super thin. The bed was terrible. The doors are so thin that you can hear people closing their doors at all times in the morning and middle of the night. Someone was vacuuming in middle of the night in the hallway.

this is not a 4*, more like a 2*. very misleading. the beds were creaky and cheap. we were put in a king room when i booked a double room. the bottles of shampoo and body wash in the shower were empty. the room smelled of mold and bleach

The location. It was close to where I needed to be for my visit.

Location is great
Hotel was old and rundown, room was extremely small with a metal bed frame that felt more like a pullout couch than a hotel room bed. The walls are so thin that all day and night you will be hearing slamming doors by your neighbors.

This place is a dump. Advertised as a four star hotel. I have used Express options for half a century and this was most inappropriate rating ever. Left after one night. Extremely disappointed.

Disappointing
The downstairs lobby was pretty, the restaurant staff was so wonderful in helping me celebrate my birthday. The staff overall was friendly.
I thought i would have enjoyed this placed but i kinda didn’t. The bed was unbelievably uncomfortable. I’m 5’5 ft and my feet was almost off the bed. No washcloths, no amenities and don’t get me started on the view outside the window . Talk about an obstructed view, I wish there was something nice to look at like some art work maybe. The floors are squeaky and you can hear noise outside the room very well. Paid so much and that was it..

Convenient, clean, great stagf
This is NOT a four star hotel! Booked 2 beds, had to fight to get them upon check in. TV did not work. Walls in room were dirty, chairs in lobby were stained.

It was near Times Square and the theater district.
Bed was poor quality, no a/c so room was very warm. Door was thin/had a gap so heard lots of hallway noise. Would pay more for something better in the future. This place needs some work.

Room extremely small, nothing like the photos. Expensive for something extremely small. Staff was amazing friendly and helpful.
Prices can be lower for the room size and facilities can manage bathrooms better to work.
