Wonderful
Location is perfect, near Times Square, and Metro Sation at Street 49. The room was clean and comfrtable and queit. Staff were friendly and welcoming and always ready to help. Restaurant, Serendity within same building.
Water kettle for those who love warm water/tea, should be considered in the future

Bathroom wasn't exactly clean, esp floor - I regretted not taking my slippers AC wasn't working, and window didn't open, so it was pretty hot in there.

The bed was metal frame so it was really creaky, the bathroom was freeeeeezing cold and the Aircon was super noisy. A cleaning lady didn't knock and just walked in on me one day too as she'd left a bag of rubbish in my room.

The location was good for getting around the city as it's very central and close to subway stations.
The bed frames were VERY loud and creaky and me and my friend woke often when the other moved in their sleep. They even creaked when you just walked on the floor next to the bed! Looked underneath and the frames seemed bent and damaged in places. Endless noise from outside during the night, which is to be expected in central times square. Cleaners sometimes try come in about 9.30am, which is annoying if you're still asleep after a restless, creaky bed/noise outside broken sleep. There was a cockroach one night. Also can't go upstairs from the lobby, you can only come downstairs, the lifts can take forever so you can be waiting in the lobby 5 minutes before one arrives to go up.

The staff
The room had No chairs No drawers, No wardrobe, The widow blind was torn. The towels in the bathroom are extremely thin. There was no soap at the sink. This was the worst room I have ever stayed in by far!

This hotel is a 2 star at most. There are minimal amenities offered and those that offered don’t work. The room is very basic. The water that came out of the sink the first two days was brown. The one ice machine doesn’t work.

There is a tons of hotel in the same area with same price without 44.50 extra surprise charge when you check out. Room is just a Bed size, nothing more. No chair, No Wardrobe

Loved the location and the lobby area. The staff were nice.
The beds were very uncomfortable, they squeaked every time you moved and the mattress was very thin. It almost felt like a pull out bed from a couch. My back hurt. Shower pressure was very low which made it tricky to shower quickly.
