I liked everything it was very clean. It was neat. The people that worked. There were very nice very generous they handle all my problems and all my questions very diligent especially one particular worker. Her name was Maria. She was at the counter checking us in when she was always asking us how we feel and how we are being treated. She was very generous. I actually got one very well. Me and my daughter got all very well with her. She was very easy-going and we had one little problem and she solved it in no time the room that we got at. Had a hat, a small bag of full-size, not big enough for my daughter and I so the next day I went to the front desk and at the time Maria was there I spoke about the situation and immediately she solved it. She upgraded us to a bigger bed in a bigger room with no cost she solved our situation in no time all the people there are nice very generous. I would recommend my friends and family to stay there. Matter fact I’m coming over again with a friend of mine to stay tomorrow.

the location and the lobby was nice and updated
The rooms are really small, the ac dripped water the entire stay. The bed frame is cheap and flimsy. The noise for doors closing is loud. It is definitely not a 4 star. Extremely small elevator maybe 4 people and no luggage.

The health hazards, unsanitary conditions, and poor night customer service made this one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I would strongly caution travelers to consider other accommodations. Bed bugs, flying insects and mold in the shower.

Absolutely did not meet the level expected by a supposed 4 star hotel. Small miserable bed, blackout curtains did not work, tv did not work.

The first room we were given had no working air con. The blinds were broken. The window didn’t open. No view at all. They did agree to change the room, which was much better
