Staff was friendly and helpful.
Bed was very thin - expected it to be small but it was more like a pull out couch mattress than a "real" mattress. Room was much smaller than many other hotels I've stayed in in midtown.

Staff were helpful
Room was unclean with hair on the sheets and in the shower. Additionally, paint was peeling in multiple places in the room, the shower curtain was stained, and the TV did not work. Absolutely not even a 3 star hotel

The location and staff.
No Hot water, No coffee machine, No Microwave, No refrigerator, beds too close towards wall, window opened in shower with no screens and mosquitoes came in, no chair in room, plugs on walls not near tables, phone table near window, no ice bucket.

Location
The pillows were super thin. The bed was terrible. The doors are so thin that you can hear people closing their doors at all times in the morning and middle of the night. Someone was vacuuming in middle of the night in the hallway.

this is not a 4*, more like a 2*. very misleading. the beds were creaky and cheap. we were put in a king room when i booked a double room. the bottles of shampoo and body wash in the shower were empty. the room smelled of mold and bleach

Hotel was old and rundown, room was extremely small with a metal bed frame that felt more like a pullout couch than a hotel room bed. The walls are so thin that all day and night you will be hearing slamming doors by your neighbors.

What I Liked About the Property The overall stay was decent. Staff responded when I called and were helpful in addressing concerns. The property met my basic lodging needs during my stay.
The TV was not working when I arrived. The shower knob seemed locked in place, making it difficult to use. I had to call room service multiple times for assistance. Clean towels were not provided automatically, and I had to request them. These maintenance and housekeeping issues created small interruptions that felt like pebbles in an otherwise smooth path and prevented the stay from feeling fully comfortable.

Location
This place is a dump. Advertised as a four star hotel. I have used Express options for half a century and this was most inappropriate rating ever. Left after one night. Extremely disappointed.
