Amazing location, near of the main tourism points, a lot of restaurants and events.
The rooms were in a state of disarray, with the ceiling air exhaust grid above the room entry door heavily laden with dust. The air conditioning system occasionally discharged dust onto the floor. The bathroom was uncomfortable, and the shower drain was partially obstructed, causing water to overflow into the bathroom. Furthermore, the air exhaust system failed to function properly. Both mattress are uncomfortable. (2 Full beds)

The best thing about this hotel is the location.
They scam you with fake smoking charges at over 400 USD each due to some supposed detectors they have. Mine included purportedly smoking at a time in which I wasn't in the room, and at 5 AM, which is obviously ridiculous. Nobody on the premises is able to review or otherwise revert the fake smoking charges. They refer to a supposed general manager who is never in and doesn't answer emails. Stay away from this place.

location was amazing, room size was small but fine
mold on shower walls, too tight around toilet and sink for maneuvering, bathroom had no ventilation (thus the mold). bed frame was creaky and unstable, mattress was thin and not very comfortable

Location, location, location could not get better at this value, right on Times Square, all transport options close by, walk to most points if interest, i.e. Central Park etc. This is a Value for money stay. Rooms are basic and small, but clean andf serviced, if you want more, then pay $$$$$. The room is just to sleep and cleanup in after all.
Would have liked a small fridge, and microwave. Food is expensive in the part of NY. Need to do small maintenance tasks in rooms as well, this said, did not distract from a great stay.

Central and close to train stations. Staff were kind except one lady being on the rude side.
The door rooms had no sound blocking. It was difficult to sleep without using earplugs. AC was super loud but luckily we didn’t need to use it.

Proximity to everything!
The lobby was very deceiving. Very nice and modern, the rooms? Not so much. The shades in the room were ripped and very dirty. The shower was very dirty.

The hotel was not the best. Rooms very small, only had 2 tiny elevators which took forever. Beds were metal springs, towels small and old.

I would say one of the of the customer service rep. She was able to assist in a issue about the payment at the hotel that I was not aware of.
The rooms were VERY small, 2 elevators that only fit 3/4 people at a time without luggage. The hotel did not look completely finished lots of up dates needed.

The staff was nice. It was conveniently located
My first room was not clean with huge amounts of hair in the shower. It also had the smallest window I’ve ever seen. I was moved to a cleaner room, but it was still not very clean. The bathroom bad been poorly renovated and the bedroom was not a 4-star

The Staff that I met. The Conciege was fabulous. Very helpful....and the front desk team were great too! It made the experience bearable.
The elevators were very small (claustrophobic) and moved slowly between floors.
