The location was good
Dirty three nights when pulled bed down the sheets had blood stains on sheets found this out after 10pm had to go down stairs requested clean sheets. They gave me clean sheets that I had to put on bed. Shower had mild in corners and no heat in room

The location was excellent, with plenty of amenities nearby. All the hotel staff were very polite and attentive, including the front desk, housekeeping, and concierge team.
The only issue was that there was a small gap in the window, which didn’t seal completely and made the room a bit cold. Also, the heater didn’t warm the room very well.

Cold water only, dirty shower floor, super duper small, we got there at 9am and they would not let us in until the 3pm check in. Tons of people hanging around lobby. Not a good look. Smallest elevator. MAX 4 people. Lots of people waiting. Location was excellent!!!!

The rooms are very small and very outdated and incredibly noisy. The hotel only has ice available in the lobby and the machine was broken during our entire stay.

Location is the best .. People who work there was so kind , Maria helped me a lot, thank you. and Daniel who I see in elevator mostly between the floors was the kindest person who I met in NYC. He has a great calming and kind energy , he asked me If Im ok if all is ok with rooms, If rooms are enough clean etc. , Im so happy to meet him ☺️
I was cold first nite, something eas wrong with aircondition, I wore a hat first nite:) But when I told Mary she was so kind directly call the technical service, they gave me small heater ( radiator) and that small mechine saved my life :))) thank you so much ??

Times Square location was ideal. Lobby was large and very nice, with direct access to the serendipity 3 ice cream parlor/restaurant next-door.
Hard to complain for the price, but the bed was basically the same mattress as a pullout sofa, or at least it felt like it. Sheets were so thin you could see the writing on the mattress.

Location was great and the staff were friendly.
Family of 10 with 3 rooms. We all had issues from day one. Rooms 701, 718 & 724. Stayed from Nov 26th-Dec 4th. Room was small. Beds were uncomfortable. Shower constantly clogged. Cold water most of the time. 2 towels left for 4 people and some with holes and black stains. Elevators very slow, Bloody sheets, TV not working, No heat. Overpriced room and resort fees.
