There was a nice restaurant attached to it.
Honestly everything. The elevator were horrible were slow. The place was not clean and the room was not clean , the bathroom was gross mold and pant falling off ceiling, the shower was dirty, the toilet seat was broken falling off and the towels were stained and thin. Never again would I stay there don’t waste your money or health.

Nothing awful WARNING
Warning… pictures are vibrant and it looks clean. Check in staff were awful, on arrival I started check in then women took a phone call and I had to go to Someone else! Room electrical sockets were smashed, bathroom was mouldy it was awful. Sent pictures to booking.com and the refunded me straight away so I could Find another hotel as was emergency.

The location was great and close to Time Square.
I arranged a late check in with the property, only for them to cancel my entire booking without any notice or confirmation from my end. I then spent numerous calls with bookings and OYO to try and get this resolved and still nothing. The matter was escalated, I was promised feedback within 48hrs, it’s now been 4days and zero response! My husband had to make a second booking to ensure that we had a place to stay over the New Year’s Eve period. I then spoke face to face with the Operations manager of OYO, Louisa Paul who said that she would resolve this matter with bookings to get me refunded and send me a confirmation email, still nothing has happened. The service is appalling!

Great location. Good service.
The rooms are totally uncomfortable!! They’re old, very cold, windows have wind drift, and needing repairs, the bed was a disaster, looked like a very cheap furniture. Hotel management clearly have no interest in investing in renovating the hotel and rooms - clearly they’re just milking the location. Will never go back and will tell friends not to go there.

Dirty three nights when pulled bed down the sheets had blood stains on sheets found this out after 10pm had to go down stairs requested clean sheets. They gave me clean sheets that I had to put on bed. Shower had mild in corners and no heat in room
