The room was very unhygienic, the bathroom smelt like mould and I’m pretty sure my bedsheets were old from previous guest.

Very basic with no tea/coffee facility and the bed frame stuck out beyond the mattress, resulting in both myself and my wife cutting and bruising our lower legs! No view from the room.

Location was fantastic in regards to subway and accessibility to get around.
Our lobby was always full of people for the attached restaurant. Our room was dirty, walls had paint chips and holes. Bathroom was gross. Glad I brought my own bleach wipes.

Absolutely filthy, paint pealing off all the walls, cracked sinks, mould growing all over the bathroom, felt like a prison cell, room was way too small and just dirty, didn’t even have a duvet cover it was a 2 sheets with a used duvet in the middle, wouldn’t even class this as a 1 star

The rooms were in a state of disarray, with the ceiling air exhaust grid above the room entry door heavily laden with dust. The air conditioning system occasionally discharged dust onto the floor. The bathroom was uncomfortable, and the shower drain was partially obstructed, causing water to overflow into the bathroom. Furthermore, the air exhaust system failed to function properly. Both mattress are uncomfortable. (2 Full beds)

Half the plus sockets didn’t work the heating didn’t work, the hairdryer killed the power at one point.
