Disappointing
I was placed in the wrong room type and had oversold the hitel so no other options to receive what i paid for. The people next to me had theirs canceled entirelu. the air wouldn't shut off, the fan in bathroom did not work. The sheets were stained.

The young man that was there when I checked in was very apologetic about the room and He was polite. The location is perfect if you want to be in times square.
The room was really small and dated the seat in the bathroom had rust on it and it needs to be replaced. The bath rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. This hotel was too much money for what they provided. The money they get is clearly for the lobby only

LOCATION IS PERFECT FOR NEW YORK. EVERYTHING WITHIN REACH.. TIMES SQUARE RIGHT OUTSIDE. SUBWAYS RIGHT OUTSIDE, SHOPS , DINING OPTIONS FROM FAST FOOD OR FINE DINNING, BARS , NIGHT CLUBS ALL WITHING WALKING DISTANCE.

The wi-fi connection was just fine. The staff was attentive and addressed our needs and concerns to the best of their ability. As an example, we asked for more towels which were sent up in a timely manner. The nightly rate was great for the proximity to Times Square. However, that was also the problem.
The main issue was that we were not provided with the room type we booked. We booked a Queen Deluxe w/ two queen beds and were given a room with two queens, not Deluxe, if you will. Comparing the room with pics online, it was not the same room - no table and chairs and the bathroom was completely different. In addition, the beds were beds in an academic sense; they had a frame, a mattress, pillows and linens. However, the word "cot" would be more accurate. There were fake eyelashes stuck to the bathroom wall near the sink. Finally, and I realize this is Times Square, but it was incredibly loud with a theater directly across 47th that was having what must have been late appearances by actors outside the building. We booked three nights. Stayed one.

The customer service was very good. I didn't wait more than two minutes for any request that I had. This was helpful since I was in a wheel chair.
The window shade needed to be replaced and the bed squeaked as it was a mattress on a metal frame with springs. However, I was able to sleep through the night.

Staff is rude and unfriendly Rooms only get cleaned when they still have time AC works on and off Housekeeping supervisor very rude reminding us this is a Union building and there is no one to clean room, repair toilet flush or AC. Maintenence clearly stated that he will try but maybe it works or not Overall very rude and unwelcoming

The hotel doesn't have any rodents because they are too classy for this place.
This hotel is old, smells bad, the beds are horrible, and is dirty.

The location was absolutely fantastic. Right in the heart of times square, close to central park and where Big Bus tour starts
Rooms were incredibly small, maybe good for one person even the ones which had two queen beds in it.
