Disappointing
I was placed in the wrong room type and had oversold the hitel so no other options to receive what i paid for. The people next to me had theirs canceled entirelu. the air wouldn't shut off, the fan in bathroom did not work. The sheets were stained.

The young man that was there when I checked in was very apologetic about the room and He was polite. The location is perfect if you want to be in times square.
The room was really small and dated the seat in the bathroom had rust on it and it needs to be replaced. The bath rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. This hotel was too much money for what they provided. The money they get is clearly for the lobby only

Exceptional
The customer service was very good. I didn't wait more than two minutes for any request that I had. This was helpful since I was in a wheel chair.
The window shade needed to be replaced and the bed squeaked as it was a mattress on a metal frame with springs. However, I was able to sleep through the night.

The hotel doesn't have any rodents because they are too classy for this place.
This hotel is old, smells bad, the beds are horrible, and is dirty.

The staff is very nice.
Had a bad experience with getting a decent room. The receptionist was very helpful and polite. My room had an excellent AC , non working tv and each side of the bed wall outlets weren’t in service. I wore flip flops while taking a shower.

The staff was friendly, good location.
The rooms are very small and include just a bed and a tiny shelving unit...no chairs or table. No view. We also had a problem with small flies in the room during our entire stay. Didn't know where they were coming from.

The lobby was large and had space to lounge. The room was cute and perfect for 2 people.
Our first room on the 8th floor was very hot. We tried it for one night but then had to change rooms. The second room had a functioning AC, so was much better.

Poor information, have a tax by box delivered but the price change by decision of attendance. The room have smoking smell, don’t do the replacement the soap and the air conditioning machine make a big noise

The location was absolutely perfect one block from Times Square and right around the corner from the train station.
Lobby entrance is very modern with the ceiling lights along with the front desk. The furniture was pretty run down. The beds were not only uncomfortable but very unstable the frames were very flimsy, we had to prop it up with a trash bin so it wouldn’t collapse in the middle. We had to request extra toilet paper and washcloths were very limited and only upon request they were given out.
