The location was great and close to Time Square.
I arranged a late check in with the property, only for them to cancel my entire booking without any notice or confirmation from my end. I then spent numerous calls with bookings and OYO to try and get this resolved and still nothing. The matter was escalated, I was promised feedback within 48hrs, it’s now been 4days and zero response! My husband had to make a second booking to ensure that we had a place to stay over the New Year’s Eve period. I then spoke face to face with the Operations manager of OYO, Louisa Paul who said that she would resolve this matter with bookings to get me refunded and send me a confirmation email, still nothing has happened. The service is appalling!

Great location. Good service.
The rooms are totally uncomfortable!! They’re old, very cold, windows have wind drift, and needing repairs, the bed was a disaster, looked like a very cheap furniture. Hotel management clearly have no interest in investing in renovating the hotel and rooms - clearly they’re just milking the location. Will never go back and will tell friends not to go there.

The location was good
Dirty three nights when pulled bed down the sheets had blood stains on sheets found this out after 10pm had to go down stairs requested clean sheets. They gave me clean sheets that I had to put on bed. Shower had mild in corners and no heat in room

The location was excellent, with plenty of amenities nearby. All the hotel staff were very polite and attentive, including the front desk, housekeeping, and concierge team.
The only issue was that there was a small gap in the window, which didn’t seal completely and made the room a bit cold. Also, the heater didn’t warm the room very well.

Cold water only, dirty shower floor, super duper small, we got there at 9am and they would not let us in until the 3pm check in. Tons of people hanging around lobby. Not a good look. Smallest elevator. MAX 4 people. Lots of people waiting. Location was excellent!!!!

The location and the hotel stuff. They were changing the towels every day.
Basically, if you need a hotel in the center of New York just to sleep, then it's okay. However, I have many complaints about this hotel. Starting with the fact that it positions itself as a four-star hotel. There was no refrigerator, coffee machine, or kettle for tea. The room was very small; only two suitcases could fit. The TV should also be bigger for a four-star hotel. And of course, there weren’t even any slippers. We paid for a deluxe king room, but they initially checked us into a room where the exhaust fan was working very loudly. It was impossible to stay there. We asked them to solve the problem, and they moved us to another room. It was even smaller and had no window. On the first night, we froze because the air conditioner was working strangely. We asked them to fix it, they did. Thank you. Towards the end of our stay, the toilet started to malfunction. Overall, the room was dirty when we checked in. There were a lot of other people’s hairs and even a trimmed toenail on the bathroom floor. The whole hotel is in need of repair. The walls are battered and chipped. I won't even mention the floors. The hotel staff were good, responsive, and tried to help as much as they could. Thanks to them for that. Probably, for that price, it's normal to get such a room in Times Square. But I would expect to know that from the beginning. Because neither the description, nor the stars, nor the photos matched reality.

Location and staff
Room was damaged, the window was taped together with duck tape and the walls were all marked and the bed was on the verge of breaking. So were the plugs, almost falling out the wall
