Location. Quiet and secure rooms. Beautiful lobby. Sarafinis was exceptional!
On check out we had to hear a rather large and ongoing heated argument amongst the staff. Made us feel very uncomfortable. Room service was poor also. Paper cups in the room was surprising. At that price I was expecting real cups, saucers and drinking glasses. Real spoons, etc.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was good for central Manhattan.
The breakfast was not good value. I thought that I had breakfast included in my stay but to my initial dismay, had not. We booked breakfast on the Monday of our 5 night stay at it was very poor. The selection was plentiful but the "hot" food was cool at best. Definitely NOT worth the $70 for both of us. Way overpriced for what it was.
