Location: Absolutely fantastic. One of the best locations in Manhattan — just a few minutes from Grand Central, Empire State Building and within easy walking distance of many major attractions. Perfect for exploring New York on foot and by subway. Superb view to the ESB! Room: Beautiful, stylish and very comfortable. Clean, well designed and with everything we needed after long days exploring the city. The room was also very quiet despite being right in the heart of Manhattan. Bed: Extremely comfortable — exactly what you need after walking 20–30 km around New York every day! We slept very well and the quality of the bed and bedding was excellent. Overall, a fantastic hotel with a great atmosphere, excellent service and an unbeatable location. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to New York.

Room air conditioner are very noisy. Towels weee not removed by house keeping but were not replaced.

Very local to attractions, easy to walk everywhere
We had to change rooms because the water was yellow/brown, the staff happily changed our rooms but it made the stay quite uncomfortable with the thought of “bathing” in dirty water especially with our baby on the trip.
