Thisbis my 3rd atay in 6 months or so.The hotel staff is always very nice, this time I had the breakfast included which was a very nice spread of food. Convenient to midtown east, grand central.... The view was small but mighty from my room this stay.
The pillows are way to soft for me as i prefer a firmer pillow and they do not have a selection.

Spacious rooms, cleanliness, the staff and the location. The italian restaurant downstairs is excellent. Note the car service at €100 to the airport was cheaper than the yellow cab from the airport (once you add in taxes & the obligatory tip).
Nothing really, would have been good to have a coffee and tea area somewhere in the lobby.
