Good location, but rooms are out dated, pillows are flat, extremely expensive for what you get
I missed a flight Friday, talked with the staff, and they said no problem, they would just charge me for the two nights, come to check out and they charged me for the night I wasn’t there. Asked about and the staff said sorry, you booked the 3 nights, it is your problem.

The location of the hotel is really great. The location is really great. And again — the location is really great! Unfortunately, that’s about the only thing that’s great here.
Doesn’t really justify the price — way too expensive for what you get. The hotel restaurants don’t serve good food, yet the prices are extremely high. When you pay that much and still leave with a bitter taste because the food wasn’t good, it’s disappointing. And charging 10 USD for a bottle of water is just ridiculous.

They charge $150 per couple for a lounge room. Breakfast is served there and nothing is served during the day. In addition, they charged money for a room with a king bed when we booked one.
