Disappointing
The location of the hotel is really great. The location is really great. And again — the location is really great! Unfortunately, that’s about the only thing that’s great here.
Doesn’t really justify the price — way too expensive for what you get. The hotel restaurants don’t serve good food, yet the prices are extremely high. When you pay that much and still leave with a bitter taste because the food wasn’t good, it’s disappointing. And charging 10 USD for a bottle of water is just ridiculous.

Loved that it was right in Times Square. Wonderful views and large room to accommodate the 4 adults . Restaurant are top notch, staff was fantastic!

I loved the location and the view of Time Square from our room. The housekeeping and front office staff were extremely nice. It was also very nice to not have a lengthy wait for an elevator!

The location is perfect for tourists. If you are going to see the musical show, you can come and go literally, within 10 min.
I also like elevators. There are 16 so, you don’t need to wait.
The water pressure was too low, so the water just trickled out.

Beautiful! Clean, friendly staff, impressive buffet breakfast. Glass elevators, and broadway shows in the hotel. Great location. Love the taxi valet area for ease.

The only good things about this hotel were mainly location and views.
The level of service is non-existent. You can't get anyone on the phone. The concierge was of no help or use.
The room service takes an hour for a cold coffee that they serve you in plastic cup, as if it was a 2 star hotel.
The room was never properly cleaned.
The room is missing a lot of amenities.
