I loved everything about the hotel.
I like the hotel because it is up to date, clean and beautiful. The view from my hotel window was breathtaking. We also like the rooftop restaurant that turned slowly. You could see different parts of Manhattan New York which was amazing from there. I like Jasmine who waited on me at the reservation counter. She was polite and knowledgeable. She told us about the Caribbean restaurant that we went to that was so delicious!!!

Location.
It wasn’t clean, no service on the phone, empty mini bar. No water in the room or coffee. 5 stars hotel, we paid 3 times more than others wiry no value for our money.

Everything about the hotel. Right from the staff who were amazing,, the porters, the location right in the heart of Times Square. Cleanliness. I would go back. The rooftop restaurant. My family and I had a wonderful time.
