Very Poor
The hotel was fantastic. I would never use Booking.com for anything again. They took my money and did not care about getting me the right room. I reserved it eight months in advance and called them 7 times this week, and they told me repeatedly it was taken care of and it was never taken care of. I did not get the room that I paid for yet they kept charging me more money. And all they charged my credit card $1900.

It was all good.
The computer/printer on the 8th floor was not working correctly. Had to look around for a way to print our boarding pass.

Disappointing
It was quite surprising that a five-star hotel did not provide a toothbrush and toothpaste. As a result, there were several missing amenities in the bathroom.

The location was obviously great.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The property was just beautiful, clean and so nicely decorated for Christmas.
This stay was a surprise for my fiancé so I was hoping to find something special for our anniversary as I wrote it in the notes when I booked the hotel. Although it said it wasn’t a guarantee and I understand that it was a busy time.

Everything was perfect; best location you can think of in the heart of Times Square, excellent staff, excellent room service, and warm and friendly hotel. Breakfast has variety of options. Rooms and all areas were very clean and comfortable.
