Clean , location in the middle of Times Square , they did not charge us for the one hour late check out (we checked out at 1 instead of 12 ).
Although the hotel provides free water in the lobby, they do not provide any water in the rooms. As I would expect from a 5-star hotel, I believe the service should be enhanced. If the hotel wants to protect the environment, they could provide refillable glass water bottles in the rooms and refill them daily. Additionally, the reception staff were a little rude and not very friendly. Overall, I am used to the high-quality service in Dubai, and compared to the rest of our trip in the USA, the level of service here did not meet the same standards

This is in the heart of Time Square. The hotel is very close to food stores and vendors. If you like African food it’s few walk from Lagos TSQ. Very close to all attraction’s sites be it by walk or cab. Ensure you master the pick up zone 46th street or 47 street and you can always look at the hotel exit to confirm to avoid the cab parking far away and you have to figure out where the cab parked. The hotel staff are very nice and respectful. Room service is very prompt and they do a good job. Breakfast is top notch. There Starbucks on the Ground floor. There’s so many lift for everyone to access. Can see time square from the room as it has a time square view. They would give 2 attraction tickets which is good. You can access room service 24/7. The hotel has a good view be it in the lift or outside the lift.

Location, amenities, efficient check in, early room availability, breakfast, luggage and porter service and the View were all excellent. Service is top tier and one feels safe and secure in tbe bustling centre of Times Square
Our room was not cleaned on the 1st morning. Initially we thought it may have been a language barrier with the housekeeping lady so even called housekeeping services to request this after we returned to our room in the afternoon around 2pm and it was still not cleaned. They assured us they would handle it. We then left and returned after 11pm again, to find a roon still not clean and nothing replenished (coffee etc). This was raised with the cleaning staff the next morning, who stated we said she must not clean the room to which we disagreed. So this was the one blunder of our stay
