Location
We booked three nights but their system only showed two, and it took them 20 mins to correct the booking. We were also assigned to an occupied room, and we walked into a room with someone's luggage spread over the floor. We had to make our way down to the reception before being reassigned another room.

Location. Easiness of getting a taxi. Overall hotel was clean.
Bathroom had thick dust under sink around pipes. Would be nice if they had a microwave in rooms. Comforters on both beds had mold or something in between layers that could only be seen when light reflected through (pictures of comforters attached).

New York’s center is always great. Everything at a short distance walking. Great service from all employees. Bell man were great!
Taxis only want to take you to airport and wave you away if you wanna go anywhere else. They stay parked at Marriot if you don’t wanna work move on
