We paid extra for a Times Square view which was expensive but i think worth it. Breakfast was very good. cleaners were excellent
With a lot of people in the hotel the elevators can take some time but very clever system that tells you which is the fastest elevator for you, however they are often full so would recommend some kind of weight/occupancy device so it calculates if their is space or not.

I choose this hotel specifically for the location in order to attend the celebration of the new year. Unfortunately the police locked us in and we were unable to see anything !!! The only restaurant with a view was closed for a private party . The manager was great and very understanding.
The cleanness is very low. The service is slow. Also faridah at the reception was not helpful and rude!

Location
Majority of the staffs attitude in front desk....very cold and we're just working as a favour. House keeping was phenomenal and that dept staff were exceptional. They skipped my whole room service order one night and cooly said ' is it so"

They are not putting any complimentary water, slippers, cups … you need to order every day In general the finishing, toilet and wardrobe not matching the expectations of 5 stars hotels/other Marquise series (gives the feeling of 4 stars - it needs upgrade We booked the family room (4 guests) Room size was descent - the room needs more room space and a bit wider beds Taxi/uber needed longer time than expected to reach the hotel, all day and night crowded area with extensive traffic (time consuming for transport)
