The only thing I liked, was the location.
Front desk doesn’t give you too much details about your stay, you must call them to ask basic questions that should have been told during the check in, for example: I booked a room for 4 people, but I didn’t know until the next day that breakfast would be provided for only 2 people, I had to pay $40 for the breakfast + the cups of coffee that were served. The breakfast service was horrible, they took about 20 minutes to bring 4 coffees to our table and there were only 3 table being served, the employees were chatting with each other and laughing, I had to reach the manager for updates about our coffee. The parking garage has a poor service, they are not careful with your vehicle, they put their feet on the dashboard and it was dirty, besides that they made me wait for almost 1 hour to bring my car from the garage and my parents almost missed their flight. I will never go back to this hotel while in New York.

I liked the location and the room size but nothing more.
Our room was cold, and after freezing temperatures outside it would have been nice to go in a warm room. The room floor was always cold and the heating system was loud at nighttime, there was no heating in the bathroom. There were damaged surfaces and weird drainage repairs done in the bathroom. The breakfast is very poor as it includes a low-key American breakfast that costs anyways $16.95 at their restaurant. There was no bellman on duty at check-in. Before checkout we called for a bellman to take our luggage but he never arrived so we took our luggage down by ourselves.
Our request for a baby crib was noted after reservation but was never executed. The hotel staff did not provide us with bottled water in the room, always had to ask for bottled water at the front desk.
The hotel charged my account twice for our stay and still waiting for a reply and refund.
Overall poor experience unfortunately.
