Convenient location.
The elevator wait times/ lines could be very long. The room was cold and we couldn’t control the temperature which is particularly difficult to come back to after a day outside in the winter.

The hotel room was very dirty, and the bathrooms had not been cleaned at all; there were urine stains left by previous guests. Each time, we had to wait at least 25 minutes for the elevator. The sheets were very old and dirty. There wasn’t even a basic pair of slippers, which you would expect to find in any hotel.

We had to queue twice to check in. The first time, they said the reservation didn't exist; then we had to queue again (which was very long) until our reservation finally appeared. On the other hand, the receptionist told us that the daily consumable supplement cost was $35, not $75.
It has been our worst check-in in my history as a traveler.

I liked the location, it was great . We’re in a very dusty room for two nights till they could give us a different room. Which wasn’t perfect, but better than the first one . Best part was the credit they give for food . I was able to get a refund for one night, but it’d be more satisfactory if they could give two nights refund since it’s very expensive ?
Specifically how dusty the room was.Dirty sofa beds in both rooms.
