Central locatiom, friendly staff, very good but expensive breakfast.
Room size- some of the rooms seem worn, The parking rate of 99.00 is extreme, Finally, the room I booked one month in advance was not available. Finally, I liked the security at night after 11 pm to show your hotel card-i felt safer.

I felt for a hilton it was very cheap. The headboard was ripped it lacked necessities travelers look for like refrigerator, wash clothes, coffee in room, just normal amenities. Room service was only until 10 pm so there was nowhere to get water etc the ice machine didn't work and it was very expensive to get food at the in house card store and there
was no in room coffee and I called multiple times after 6:30 am to order coffee with no answer. The elevator situation was very confusing and hard to deal with. No personal soap, shampoo etc. Extremely disappointed

The upgrades to the hotel are nice. The lounge on the first floor is great. Breakfast was great. We upgraded to a suite and it was lovely.
You need to get this elevator mess figured out! I know the system is new, but someone is not doing their job. Get it fixed or you will lose business. We are not coming back until we know that the elevators are working. It was terrible trying to get up or down and you had to add an extra half an hour to your schedule because of it.

Cleaning staff opened by daughter's door at 11:45 at night screaming and banging on my door.
They said it was a schedule mistake from house cleaning. Unacceptable by the Hilton and didn't offer any compensation for expirience.
The elevators were under repairs the whole weekend during Columbus day weekend and we waiting sometimes 10 minutes for an elevator.
