The Hotel’s location is ideal for anyone looking to experience the best of NYC. From the restaurants, museums and landmarks, everything was within reach. We will definitely stay again.

Location! Location! Location!
The room did not meet my expectations regarding cleanliness. I was accompanied by my fiancé and his granddaughter. While he utilized the pull-out sofa, he opted to sleep on the main sofa due to the soiled mattress and an empty water bottle beneath it. Additionally, the headboard material was peeling, detracting from the overall aesthetics. Despite the hotel’s favorable location, the cleanliness issues prompted me to reconsider a future stay.

a very poor ambiance, noy what you expect from a Hilton hotel
The hotel is venue of large conferences: large groups of people being very very noisy, in lobby, in corridors, even rooms.
The mandatory 35 usd per day obliges you to buy overpriced item from their stores.
The room was ok, but basic. I expected some luxery from a Hilton at more then 450 usd a night (without breakfast !!)
I am not planning to stay here again...
when reading comments of this hotel being overrated, I thought people were complaining about high price, but you don t get not much value here, not what you expect from a Hilton hotel.

Location to Broadway shows and various other NYC events.
Executive package with breakfast and hors d’oeuvres’/ happy hour was lacing. No
Meat or potatoes at breakfast and no alcohol at happy hour. Some days f the rooms need updating!!
