With no elevators working it was very difficult to go up and down 9 flights of stairs at my age. I am 70. Very dirty hotel and room.

Location
Elevators were not working, had to use the stairs several times with the kids. Didn’t feel safe at all. Hotel was full with people and only one elevator for the rooms across over 40floors which didn’t work most of the time either. Alex from the Front desk was very impolite and rude during our checkin. Hotel charged me for a package that I never ordered or signed for, they said they had removed it and that it was a mistake from their end but still have not reversed the charge on my card. Rooms were dull and dirty, definitely not at Hilton standards.

Great location. Friendly staff.
Extra charges for everything. Paid for an upgraded suite. Even though it was clean and ready it would have been another $100 to get in before 4:00. Then charged $5.00 a bag to hold until 4:00.

Service at restaurant and bar varied greatly-sometimes excellent and others poor, depending on the server. The poor service was NOT associated with increased crowd

The proximity to everything we wanted to see and do, the food at the breakfast buffet was good.
Our room wasn’t in great repair. There were stains on the headboards and the sink tap leaked.

Excellent location and very clean facility! I also liked that you had to show a key card some of the time late night to be able to come through for safety.
It’s a little pricey and the food is overly pricey. Paying $8 for a small bottle of water is a bit much.

Great location - very central to all the events in Midtown.
Very long line to check in. It took us 25 minutes - need to speed up the signing in process - unacceptable! We had a king bed and sofa bed but the sofa bed had no linens. I had to call twice to have them send us pillows and linens, etc. at 8:30 pm. That should not have been an issue at Hilton. Also, while taking a shower the next morning it ran out of hot water and I had to wait for ca. 3-4 minutes in the bathtub waiting for the hot water to come back!

Central locatiom, friendly staff, very good but expensive breakfast.
Room size- some of the rooms seem worn, The parking rate of 99.00 is extreme, Finally, the room I booked one month in advance was not available. Finally, I liked the security at night after 11 pm to show your hotel card-i felt safer.
