Bad elevators, we waited too much.
They keep stop working and we waited 25 min in the floor. Each floor got 1 elevator.

The location was good.
Quality didn’t match the price. Outdated room. Peeling wallpaper, mold in tub. Lock didn’t work, air conditioner didn’t work. The front desk personnel were not friendly. It took me 3 trips to the front desk to get a working key. No coffee maker.

Very good location, convenient and easy to get around
It feels like a hit or miss. We stayed in the hotel last year and our room was spacious and updated. This year we got a smaller, ran down one. Furniture looked damaged and in disrepair.

Great service by most of the staff.
Hot water in the room was almost nonexistent, food prices were very high they have a city imposed fee of 35.00 a day which I didn’t know about before checking in.

Location, that it was a Hilton, Hilton executive lounge with continental breakfast and waters.
The entire week was filled with teens for a young business convention they were super loud day/night and inconsiderate. What made it worse was the elevators not all being fully functional so we dreaded leaving and coming back up to our room everyday.

Very comfortable, good location
They charged me for Wifi when all my f hotel fees where supposedly charged up front but they decided to sneak that in after I check out. Not to mention never got my credit for $45 worth of food charges at the hotel. I’ve tried calling numerous times only to be transferred from dept to dept on who can supposedly help me with those two issues.
