Great views from the room. Rooms were good size especially for New York and comfortable bed & nice bathroom. Decent location as 10min walk from Grand Central. Ambassador Grill served nice food.
Helpful to be able to spend the $35 resort fee in the hotel in the cafe which meant breakfast & some drinks/snacks was generally paid for by offsetting against that daily charge. Overall an easy hotel to stay at to visit NYC.
A little tired in places.

It was a bit of a walk to most places. It was also a bit pricey for certain things like room service.

Large rooms with comfortable beds
$35 daily fee that was given back to you in a credit to spend at the hotel. Don't make people spend even more money at your hotel in the form of credit.
