I liked the location and the staff was all very nice.
It was not the cleanest. When we got into our room there was lots of dust and some else hair stuck to the wall. It’s a very old hotel and could use a lot of updating for sure.

It was clean.
I paid 2k to stay there thinking I could see the ball drop and wasn’t told they block off everything at a certain time so you can’t. There was no bar or rooftop to see it. So we couldn’t even drink or eat there. I just don’t think it was worth the money when you can’t even go outside to see the ball. Last year I paid less right outside of Times Square and it had a really nice shower and just more in the room and I was told if you go to your hotel you could see the ball drop. I’m just disappointed I paid so much.

We loved the location. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Well, the fact that there's no microwave or refrigerator is very inconvenient. We went to many good restaurants and couldn't take our leftovers with us or have cold drinks in our room. Because of this, it would be good if they considered it.

Surprisingly, they don’t even provide a complimentary bottle of water for the in-room coffee machine, which feels like a basic amenity.

Great view! And right on 5 Times Square and famous new your window view with buildings.
The room was huge, I am so thankful for that!
The leathwr armchair and table near the window on the 38th floor! Feels like on top of the world.
The bathroom was big also.
I loved it!
It is a bit old. But it does work. Like old money style :)

Disappointing
The Location was excellent , closer to time square and other places.
The cleaners disturbed us from as early as 7am wanting to clean the rooms, even when they did, they left the bathrooms very dirty.
First day we booked into the room, there was hair all over the floor.
