It’s basically on Times Square and close to lots of things.
Service wasn’t the best. There no A/C in the rooms and it was 72 when we arrived even in cold February. We had to leave the windows open the entire time and turn off the heat and it was still 70 most of the time. We requested a fan and after not arriving for 40 minutes, I had to call again (this was almost at midnight).
We discovered on our 2nd day that our sheets had some weird green thing on it. We put out the card to request sheet changes. We discovered on the next day that the had not changed the sheets. I had to put out the card again and pull up the sheets so the green thing was beside the card.
Also, bathrooms are wallpapered and it’s peeling very badly all over. I don’t know who thought it was a good idea to put wall paper in a bathroom with no active venting.

The location was top. The hotel kindly accommodated our request for a corner room with an amazing view on Manhattan which was appreciated. The room was large and clean.
The furniture is quite outdated although the bed was large and comfy.

The hotel is located right in the centre of Times Square which makes it ideal for anyone visiting NYC. The bed are huge and the mattress and pillows so comfortable that you fall asleep in 2 min. I have never had such a comfy bed in my life!
It can be a bit noisy due to its location.

Member of staff working during checkout was rude at u helpful at around 14:00 02/19/26. My 7th trip to new york staying in thus hotel and everyone is usually so helpful. I had a couple of questions re deposit refund and taxi to airport. First time ive ever been denied booking a ca through the hotel at checkout

It WAS really close to Time Square but I’d never ever do that for New Years EVER again.
I upgraded my room to have a view of the ball dropping but they never gave me the upgraded room so I ended up paying an INSANE amount of money for a room and view that was just Mehhhh.,.
