The location was right in the heart of time square and the staff, especially Daniel, were fantastic
The hotel was under renovations which made it a little more chaotic than expected, but the hotel is in need of a face lift so it was understandable. Our room also had no fridge and the ice machine on our floor was not in service.

The positives are the location, being on time square, 7th and 6th Avenue is great spot if you visiting NY for first time.
The hotel is dated and very tired, work commenced on our arrival, which we didnt appreciate. If we had known I would have cancelled my reservation. No restaurant or lobby.

Its in a great location. We came to do broadway and we could walk to everything. It was quiet and clean perfect for me and my teenage daughter for a girls getaway.
No amenities. It even coffee. Also had to walk to the corner to get a taxi or Uber. Couldn’t get dropped off at the door.
