Very convenient and close to all NY attractions
It’s a very old and outdated hotel. No facilities for the guest like a meeting room. Also, you would have to wait very long for the elevators!

Spacious room, great location
Tatty, stained carpets, old furniture, curtains unhooked, had no fridge in the room. No body cream provided. Hair dryer did not work but was replaced. Also no usb charging points available.

Obviously the location. Room was spacious and had a view of Times Square. Bed was very comfortable.
The location. Being next to Times Square it was noisy at night even on the 33ed floor.

Everything was nice, especially the view from the room.
The concierge did not try to help me when I was struggling with the elevator. He did not show me where to press the key so the elevator can function. I was being patient and respectful but he was just plain rude.

My first time staying here and it was absolutely fabulous! My room had an amazing view. The location was conveniently located to all the sights near and around Times Square and it was close to all the Broadway Theatres. It was perfect distance to walk alone to and from the Broadway shows I attended while I was there. I also felt safe since there is staff on duty around the clock. I cannot wait to go back.
I wish my trip was longer.
