Room is very clean and the bed very confortable. But the view from our room was very poor, with lot of noise from the street

Quick and early check in, great view
Floor had stains, room air control was not working. Had to turn off to sleep. Room was at 73 degrees, tried to turn it to 66, left and came back to room at 78 degrees.

Booked a room with 2 twin beds
But was given a king bed with a pull out sofa , that was so uncomfortable , said they had no other rooms available and they’ll try tomorrow , tmrw morning comes around I ask still nothing , around 6pm next day they give us a new room , this room was finally a double twin bed BUT now our room is HOT ac won’t work we couldn’t get it to go down past 76 , and when we took showers the bath tub would fill up half way because it would not drain correctly.

The location is perfect, the view of time square from the room is unforgettable and the bed was so comfortable.
It would be great if the staff had a friendlier attitude and were more willing to assist

Tired, plaster falling off walls, parts of room hadn’t been cleaned properly e.g. above mirror in bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for years

The building was grand. Very impressive lobby area. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Able to get towels, water etc.
Fantastic location to midtown Manhattan
Room was in need of modernisation. Crack sink, and sink surround. Easily removal mark/stain on carpet . Dated bath tub with blocked up drain, maintenance address on the second day of me reporting it.
