Unfortunately there was no meal service for any dining. We had the use the unlimited deli across the street for breakfast. Convenientl for water.

The lobby is nice. The location is great.
Room needs help. Bathroom sink handles were about to fall off. The carpet had stains on it. The walls are a bit dingy.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. Fast elevator was appreciated.
There was no kettle in the room or a coffee maker. Isn't it unAmerican to wake up without a coffee?

Great location 1 block from the hustle and bustle of Times Square! Friendly staff and clean room. They also allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out, giving us more time to explore the city before our flight.
It would have been nice to have some bottles of water in the room.

Amazing location! Friendly staff. Clean room
Rooms could do with updating, quite a few marks and scuffs and quite outdated, the price is not worth the room quality however the location makes up for it.

The location and the cleanliness
no one told me to request a coffee machine and the fridge. And there’s no microwave, and I paid extra for the view but it wasn’t worth it.
