Central but too touristic. There are better neighborhoods in NYC to stay - with more character.
The room looks much better in the pictures than in reality.

Very good location, 1 minute walk and you’re in Times Square.
Only thing missing was a coffee machine or kettle in the room

Very rude staff they rather spend time looking at their phones instead of assisting hotel guests. I was in line to check in and front desk staff hiding behind their screens not assisting guests, a major focus on who the customer is required for this hotel

No breakfast included, no parking included or discount, didn't had refrigerator in the room ,I've mentioned it to the concierge and he said that I had to call someone to bring it to the room ,realy ?

Location is good
Facilities need updating, not worth the price you pay for a 4 star hotel. Inside rooms looks more like 3 star hotel. There were water bottle (opened) and soda can in the fridge that was not from us indicating not proper cleaning between guests.
