I like the fact that it was right in Times Square. It was close to everything.
I did not like the fact that the walls and the carpet was not clean. You could see the dirt.

Close to Times SQ. Great location for visits to all shows. This hotel is safe. Don't expect extra fine hotel, great rooms and serice. Rate was better than hotels at same location. If you want to see New York, this the location.

Location is terrific, room, nice sized, excellent elevators
Check in us at 4, very late Bathroom, needed attention. Broken shower, missing toilet paper holder. Bathroom door opens awkwardly into room.

Conveniently located for Broadway show theaters.
The room would not cool down with the window open. One window had been broken and had not been replaced yet. The bathroom faucet is missing some hardware. The elevators were not working well.
