great location on Time Square, no breakfast facilities at the hotel but great location to find somewhere, room was a good size and very comfy beds, the lift (elevator) was a bit questionable, giving Final Destination vibes

Extremely close to time square and could walk to everything in the city. Also only 2 blocks from a subway entrance which is perfect.
Bed was pretty uncomfortable, was extremely hard.

The staff is super helpful and always nice. The beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect great, just off of Times Square.
The AC takes a long time to cool off a room. This is my second stay and it was like that both times.

Location was perfect! Right in the heart of the city, making our trip easy to navigate wherever we wanted to go. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The staff was welcoming and friendly.

Location was great! Staff was mostly very kind and available. The men who stored our bags were all wonderful! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were surprisingly quiet.
Very outdated. The bathroom had a horrible paint job and many years worth of hasty repairs. No drain plug and the shower still didn’t drain. The bathroom was just in very poor condition. Not what I expected for price we paid.
