The hotel staff were excellent both at check in and around the hotel. The location was excellent and the room for New York was a really good size. I asked for a room high up to lessen the street noise and our room was excellent with a good view of Time Square so thank you Millennium hotel.
If I was to make a suggestion a kettle would have been nice but I took my own and a fridge.

Location of the hotel is excellent. Right in the heart of times square and within easy reach of the subway.
Rooms are dated, could do with modernising. Chose this hotel as it said it had tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Had to chase reception for 2 days, only to be given a leaky machine.

There was nothing to like except location. The Front Office newly appointed manager was a disgrace.
Everything was bad. Specially the staff, disrespectful and not at all accommodating. Charged us extra for upgrading and gave a room that was literally falling apart.

Most of the furniture in the rooms is broken. The room was not clean at all, there was a bug in the shower, I will definitely not stay in this hotel again

Location is great. Very near convinience and fast food shops.
Aircon was not functioning well. Room temperature was hot and we need to open the window. A lot of reviews on the aircon not functioning but management does not do anything about it.
There was also no microwave oven in the room.
