The location was impeccable! The view over Times Square, the Paramount building was lovely! The room was large and comfortable, and the bed was amazing.
The staff were super helpful, and kind at all times. We didn't have fridge in the room and had one brought up to us in a matter of minutes.
The only thing I would possibly do better is there isn't any cutlery. One pair of forks and a plate would be a nice add on for people wanting to snack something.

Amazing view from our window in our room, it was a less than 2 minute walk from Carlos Bakery. The front desk was extremely nice and helpful.
The bathroom door would not stay shut, luckily my sister and I didnt mind it.

The best location. Excellent restaurants very close, easy walking to many sites and theatres.
You cannot control the temperature of the room. It was very warm in Manhattan and the AC is non functional because the hotel must switch their entire system to AC. They do not do that until later in the spring. The windows have to be popped open and of course Times Square is very loud all the time.
