I loved how the staff was warm and welcoming, and even before I came, they were amazing with helping me with my reservation. The location was amazing. Very close to Times Square close to everything.
I didn’t like upon check-in and walking into the room. The room had a smell. It’s smelled like under arms and pee very strongly. I wasn’t worried much about the smell at the time so I just opened a window and went out to explore the city but upon arriving back several hours later, the room still smelled like under arms and pee . I was very afraid to take my shoes off and walk barefoot on the floor. Upon my significant other sitting on the bag closest to the door with his tennis shoes on, he explained his shoes were slipping on the carpet, and when he pressed his foot and he hurt a squishy sound. Due to it being so late in the evening when I arrive back into the room after exploring the city I just dealt with the room, thinking because of the timeframe they wouldn’t have any more runs available to swap out for me . Also the second biggest concern was the temperature in the room. I try messing with the thermostat to try and lower the temperature to cool the room down didn’t work and wasn’t able to turn off the thermostat completely. I did call down to the front desk and they did offer to send someone up, but since we were only staying for the night and already had the window open, we just dealt with the heat in the room . With the window being open, it was very hard to sleep with all the traffic going on .

Very nice Hotel, you have everything you need, staff is very nice and helping you any time, kind and expert in their job, the room was very much OK, warm, clean, hot water, everything ok !

The location is perfect! Very clean place and easily accessible to everything literally right outside the doors
We can up during Spring and were not told the AC is not turned on during this time of year. So the heaters were on, we were in 80° weather in our room three out of the four day trip.
