DISGUSTING!!!
First, there was blood on the toilet when we arrived. Then there were pink fingerprints all over the hand soap bottle, plus stains and scratches on the furniture. There was only one outlet to charge a phone.
The room was extremely hot. The front desk told me there was no AC, only heat, and said to turn it off—which I had already done. The room was still 74 degrees. I was told they would send up a fan (at 4 a.m.), and after an hour and a second phone call, the fan finally arrived. When I tried to unplug the lamp to plug in the fan, the outlet literally fell out of the wall.
It was also extremely difficult to reach anyone; I kept getting passed around.
The only good thing about this hotel is the location, and I will never come back again.

There was no breakfast available
The shower head was broken and in danger of falling off… there was no hot water and the desk in the bedroom was broken… just felt very dated and in need of an upgrade
I moved to the millennium downtown by the occulis for the rest of my stay and it was such an difference

The only good thing about this hotel is location.
It’s outdated. No coffee maker. No microwave. No refrigerator. No shower liner so the water leaked everywhere. Plug covers wouldn’t even stay in the socket thing. Very disappointed with how much money you pay.

Check-in was smooth. We received a good-looking, well-furnished, spacious room with a street view.
Room kettles don't come standard and have to be requested. Staff have to be reminded to replace cups and teas.

Location, comfort, nice staff (especially Concierge) roomy. rooms and bathroom have a good size, not right like other places that are so tight. My view was exceptional.
Some things look like they need fixing but overall the hotel is well kept
