Great location and customer service. Check in was fast and friendly. Room was quite and had a great view..
Room furnishings are in need of a major update. Desk was dirty and faded, side table top was cracked and faded. Bathroom needs major update.

Great position, almost at Times Square. Hotel is old, and definitely needs to be refurbished soon, but it has that "old school" charm, it is very clean and the staff is super friendly and make your stay enjoyable. Definitely good value for the money...

Location was great and staff helpful.
Our room was by a lift shaft, so that was noisy and also the curtains weren't great so the flashing lights were creating a disco in our room.

Very comfortable bed
The staff were not really engaged with helping the customers. They were very engaged with each other though . I asked for a knife and fork and was told the hotel could not supply any cutlery ….which on any level for a hotel is odd

The location is just near Times Square, a popular sightseeing spot.
I reserved two rooms for my colleagues. One of my colleagues arrived at the hotel, checked in, and left her luggage before coming back. The hotel staff gave her the room key at that time. However, she entered her room with the key and, in shock, found a person lying on the bed - that was another colleague of mine! At the same time, my colleague asked the front desk staff where she could get some hot water since there's no electric kettle in her room. The staff replied to her, "You can just drink cold water. " It would be better to get the hotel staff retrained to deal with different circumstances.

Great location. Easy check in and they held our bags for us until our room was ready since we arrived early. Centrally located to Times Square and short walks to 5th Ave, Rockefeller Center. We felt safe and overall comfortable. Decent view from our room.
Bathroom was dirty (hair on floor and sink), it was difficult to control the thermostat—room jet getting too hot so we finally just turned it off.

Location is great
Staff was not very friendly, and didnt provide any guidance at the moment of checkin, we had to come back to ask about breakfast, gym, ask for tea that wasnt provided in our room. We had only one robe and slippers for two people.
