Location
When we arrived, the air conditioner was blowing cold air instead of warm. It was repaired, but it broke down again during the night and we were freezing.
In addition, on two consecutive days, we found the room door slightly open when we returned. Moreover, the “Please Do Not Disturb” sign was on the door.
On the first day, when we found the door open, we thought maybe we had left it that way ourselves. However, on the second day, we checked the door three times before leaving to make sure it was properly closed. Despite that, when we returned, the door was again slightly open, as if it had been left that way for us.

Location
The room lacked basic amenities. There was no coffee maker or kettle, and not even a small refrigerator to store water, yogurt, or simple food items, which was inconvenient for a stay of several nights. The room was much smaller than expected and did not match the photos shown online, which felt misleading. The furniture was minimal and outdated, and the advertised “great view” was not as impressive as expected for the price paid.
Additionally, the housekeeping staff was overly intrusive. Even after asking them to wait or informing them that the room was occupied, they attempted to open the door and continued knocking insistently, even when the safety lock was on. This felt uncomfortable and disrespectful of personal privacy.
