The location was perfect for accessing public transportation and food. The staff were helpful in direction and getting things requested whether it is extra towels or a refrigerator for the room or a kettle to make tea (which do not come with the room).
The overall stay was comfortable, but I think the accommodations would benefit from some room renovations.

The staff there ALWAYS exceeds expectations. The location of the hotel is great, especially when seeing a play.
We have been coming to the Millennium for over 15 years or more. We found that it has gotten really run down and needs a renovation. Our room was extremely hot at 77 degrees. There was no way to make it cooler, we called maintenance and he offered to get us a fan. We shut the heat off and it went down to 74 degrees. We like to sleep in a cool temperature. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom from a previous guest.

Was upgraded as I did not need 2 beds. was happy with large king size bed. Great location, good city views, Friendly helpful staff. Good cleaners and they provided water everyday which was not normally an American thing.
Room carpets need updating. No fridge had to request one and delivered on time.. Also internet wasnt the best but adequate.

The property is in on an amazing location but it needs to get renovated Asap. I arrived to a room very dirty and first they were telling me they would not change me cause there wasn’t any room available. At the end the manager who was very nice found me another room and said I was upgraded which made me happy. When I arrive the room was smaller than my initial room but I was too tired to complain. The next day they changed me to another room that was the initial one I had. I think for all the struggle of arriving to a nasty room, having to wait super tired after a long flight,having to change multiple times they could have given me a real upgrade…The new room was ok, it still had problems of the sink being clogged, there was something itching me and my boyfriend on the bed (we had to ask for them to change the sheets) the heater not working correctly and the fridge making a lot of noise…but at that point I didn’t wanted to change again. I hope the hotel takes a serious reconsideration on the cleaning and amenities of the hotel. Like it is not cheap and you definitely don’t feel the relaxing, seaming-less experience of a hotel. Everything seems to be not working and being a problem.

the location was amazing but the lack of working A/C no lock on the bathroom door when we have a 2 bed room and no refrigerator to keep drinks cold made the experience underwhelming.

Great location and check in service was very professional. Lobby was very spacious and a nice art deco style.
Dated interior. Bath plug was stuck down with silicon that lifted up so bath was useless. Bath safety rail on wall was falling off. Housekeeper wanted to clean room at 8.30am each day which is a bit early for those wanting to relax and not rush out.
