Very nice rooms, professional staff, loved our housekeeper. Location is the best!
A coffee maker in the room would have been nice as the on site restaurant was closed and nearby coffee shops were packed

Staff very friendly & rooms clean
Old tatty furniture, paintwork very grubby, no fridge or water in rooms. Definitely not worth the money we paid, very disappointing & would not recommend.

It was in a great location, the room was comfortable and clean and the staff where friendly and always willing to help
There was no coffee machine in the room, although when requested it was delivered. There was also no fridge in the room just a cupboard which should have housed a fridge

The location is perfect for sightseeing around Manhattan. We had a very cool view on the 41st floor. All the staff were helpful. The little shop in the lobby was great too

Staff unconcerned~rooms Hot. I don’t think room thermostats actually functioned. Room never cooler than 78 degrees unless opened window. This cooled room but had lots of street noise. Staff told me AC off for season.

Location great for plays and sight seeing.
Room hot . Staff overall unconcerned and unfriendly. Basically just did the minimum as far as customer satisfaction. Too busy visiting with each other to notice customers.

Perfect location, no noise and comfortable bed.
For the price and standards of the hotel, I would have appreciated more attention to the room’s cleanliness and a few welcoming amenities, such as toothpaste, a toothbrush, and slippers. Small details that make a difference.
