Shower was amazing and nice to have a bath.
I have never ever stayed in a hotel without a bar fridge. Very disappointing For the whole stay our beds were never made. The rooms are dated and need to be refurbished.

The location was perfect
The room was too small for 4 people.There was no refrigerator in the room and I requested one when I booked the room.too many elevators people get confused a lot.

A times long to wait for lifts. Reception located in different part of the building because of renovation.

The location is fantastic and the room was spacious and clean.
Hotel is under construction so there was no lobby or restaurant. Basically, just got a room. No ambiance or vibe to the hotel

Disappointing
Only The Location, and the size of the room being in manhattan.
It was my second time here, the rooms were heavily in need of maintenance, worn out tables, furniture, even my room door didn’t close properly on its own.
They have not mentioned any construction in their description, they only message before 2 days of arriving that that is construction work and if you need you could cancel.
Really disappointed by the rooms.
