Loved the views right next to time square and the stafe is always my favorite ? gentleman with the flowers in his beard super nice on and off the job seen him in a restaurant and was super nice to me and remembered who I was stayed there many times and will keep coming back thank you all

The room was clean, we got a late check-out she was really sweet about it. She also let me know they booked up the that day. We just enjoyed our time, in NYC.
I wanted my room to be on the main strip facing all the actions. Instead I was on the side. On 24th floor. But I'll come back & try again. There was no breakfast because of renovations.

Great hotel in a prime location, right next to Times Square! Despite being so central, the hotel was surprisingly quiet and comfortable. There were plenty of amenities available, and everything we needed was well provided.
A huge plus was the luggage storage service, which was very convenient both before check-in and after check-out. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

Location wise and very accessible to everything. Staff were amazing!
I was expecting a lot from Millenium but when i got inside the room it was dusty on first day, however, the manager were able to dealt with my concerns through housekeeping. So I'm kinda happy with it. Maybe the hotel should upgrade their room interiors and showers too as its kinda old.

Location was great right next to Times Square and access to several subway lines
There was no lobby. No amenities. The lobby was under construction. The rooms was a little rundown. It was perfectly adequate and clean with amazing views, but not new or fresh.

The location was good, although the room was very noisy
We paid $3,293.51 in full in advance for our stay. Upon arrival 9:30PM, the front door of the hotel was inaccessible, so we had to walk around the block, with all luggage, to get inside. Even worse than this inconvenience, we had an extremely unpleasant surprise: the hotel was "overbooked" and none of our two rooms, that we had already paid in full months prior, were available! We had to go to another hotel arranged by Millenium, with transportation at our own expense. I'm recovering from cancer (two surgeries, chemo, radiation) and was completely exhausted after the long trip, and had to deal with this kind of humiliating inconvenience. Worst experience with a hotel ever.

We stayed on the upper floor. Room was spacious, beds comfortable, bathroom clean and spacious. There was a little coffee machine. Teabags, coffee and water were filled in every day. View from window to Times square! Staff was very helpful in any question.
The hotel is not new so it is a bit worn. Sometimes Wifi felt a bit slow.

Room was very comfortable and nice and spacious. The staff were always very nice and helpful every time I spoke with them. Surprisingly, despite being in Times Square, it was very quiet and dark at night.
At the time of my stay they were renovating one of the entrances so it was closed off, it would’ve been nice to be informed of that prior. There wasn’t a mini fridge or any appliances in the room.
