The hotel has no seating area in the lobby, and breakfast is not available. Additionally, drinking water is not provided, so guests have to purchase it from outside.

The location was great.
Very old & outdated, no amenities, need better cleaning methods. Room walls were dirty, hole in the wall by smoke detector, tub paint pealing, looked like mold around tub

Very good location.
There was no refrigerator in the room. When we arrived, we wanted to use the restroom because check-in wasn’t until 4:00 PM, but it was closed for cleaning. We tried again 30 minutes later, and it was still closed. The housekeeping staff member, who I believe was from South America, was extremely rude and kept yelling at everyone that the restroom would not be available. Her attitude was terrible.
That wasn’t even the worst part. The room had no refrigerator, no coffee maker, no drinking glasses, no kettle—nothing. Other than its location, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

I was lucky to get high floor with TimeSquare view. Spend more than 10 days there, room was okey tho, it had its times. Generally everything was OK.
Location is good and bad, depends what you like. Its in Manhattan center, close to lots different places, but if you lucky get room with TimeSquare side, expect noice. I was high floor and close to elevator. You can hear them both, never sleeping TS and the elevators going almost 24/7. We book upfront and price was much cheaper when we arrived, so I would re-think last minute booking vs non-refundable advance booking as hotel manager was not helpful with dealing with this. Friends had same high floor booking, they got totally different room, lower floor and more destroyed. Would I book again? probably not, i think there are better options around

Location and the view of tall h and m building were fabulous. Stepped out on to 44th or 45th street depending on which exit you leave right onto Times Square.
