Couldnt control the temperature in the room. AC was off for season so we were instructed to shut it down and open the windows! Got a little cooler and was real loud outside. Even from the 26th floor

Location
We are currently staying in a standard double bedroom and would like to share some feedback regarding our experience.
Unfortunately, the room did not have a tea/coffee maker as described, and no complimentary drinking water was provided. No fridge. Additionally, the restroom door handle is broken, making it impossible to close the door properly.
On a positive note, the reception staff have been consistently polite, courteous, and helpful, which we truly appreciate. The beds are comfortable; however, the carpet and furniture appear quite dated and would benefit from refurbishment, as many pieces seem to be from the 1950s.
We were also charged USD 100 for a 3-hour late check-out, which seemed rather high. While the hotel’s location is excellent and was the main reason for our booking, we find it difficult to justify the rate of over USD 430 per night, given the overall condition of the room and the lack of basic amenities, such as water.
We hope this feedback is helpful and taken into consideration for future improvements.

The room is out dated although comfortable and in a good location it needs modernisation.

The only think we liked was the location of the hotel, nothing more.
The first and most important thing, is that they said that they have a PRIVATE parking. Guess what. They dont. The girl from the reception said she will tell the maneger about it, 1 week later nothing changed. They still say that they have private parking, but they do not have ANY parking, not even public. The room was not vacumed when we arieved, there was still some stuff from the previous guests. I found a phone charger and some left over clothes in the room.. The curtains was dirty and there was a little bit of moss in the room. The batrhoom had interesting smell as well... We paid for DELUXE room, and the deluxe room comes WIHTOUT a fridge and microwafe, but you guys have a safe, dont worry :D Terrible experience the only good think was the location, but the thing with the parking is insane.. And they said they are going to change it, but 1 week later still the same...

The location was fine. Unfortunately there was no breakfast.
On arrival, i was told to deposit $250.0 something which i was expecting and indeed i deposited the money off my Visa card. On checking out after six days i asked at the front office if someone could walk with me up to the room to confirm that everything was OK, no body was willing or giving a clear respponse! Instead i was requested to drop the key in the quick check out box, which i did. There was also no clarity on how i wouuld get back my security deposit money! Today is the 2nd of November, am already back in my country but havent received back my security deposit! Will i ever get it?

The only good thing about the hotel was its location. Everything else was awful
The service was very bad. There was no one to talk to and no one who cared to help. The front desk manager was rude and unhelpful. She didn’t try to assist us and didn’t care at all.
When we complained about the heat and the fact that the air conditioning wasn’t working, she said “You can check out and leave.”
The staff didn’t come to clean the room even after we asked. The rooms were extremely hot and the air conditioner didn’t work. When we asked to fix it, they said it was turned off from the main switch and couldn’t be turned on until summer.
We couldn’t sleep at night because the windows couldn’t be opened.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
