Really comfy bed and good size rooms clean with daily housekeeping
Plumber/ boiler issue meant there was a problem with the toilet and we had to miss one of our dinner reservations to check it was fixed

It felt like coming home again. This is such a great hotel at a perfect location. Nicely decorated rooms and a cosy lounge to hangout in. Breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was also great!

Water was not draining from the shower, because of insufficient floor angle, no fridge in the room, not enough of storage space in the room

A really great option for midtown stays. Room is small but absolutely fine for New York, great shower and was cleaned well everyday. No real noise - a bit from the elevator but to be expected in a busy city.
The free coffee bar was always very busy but there is a fab cafe - Stumptown - a few doors down in the Ace that opens at 6.30am so a good option for early birds

It was a very creative and the aesthetics were very pleasing.

Staff in particular were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was great too easy to get everywhere either by foot or rail. Coffee was incredible they offer filter coffee as a part of your stay however I had one cortado then remained with that the rest of my trip!

The room is a typical NYC-sized hotel room, except the bathroom was a little bigger than others. Overall, the room is very comfortable, the bed and the space were cozy.
