Location was great, next to so many subway stations.
Cool bar and coffee shop downstairs and lovely toiletries in the bathroom.
Housekeeping of the rooms always happened very late on in the day.

The room felt like I was at a resort. Not in the middle of New York City. We loved the platform bed. It was extremely comfortable. The room was so quiet, given the few rooms on each floor and the thick walls and cement ceiling.
The perfumed body wash, unfortunately, caused me to break out in hives. The designed of the shower needs to be fixed. The rain shower can be adjusted and every time the water traveled on the tiled lip and flooded the bathroom.

Perfect location to explore the city. Amazing restaurants and bars plus shopping all walking distance.
The bar and rooftop area is smaller than I imagined from looking at the photos. The free coffee and wine on offer isn’t very good and ended up requesting housekeeping several times before they came. Also the elevators stopped working properly.

Property was very pleasing in terms of interior design, coffee shop, and location.
The service for a four star hotel was decent at best. For an 800 a night, I expected a bit more from the front desk. For example, I had requested a water to be sent to the room and at first it was denied, then I had to call again and was sent up sparkling instead of flat. Small things go a long way.
