Fantastic location with great cafe & roof bar
Room wasn’t cleaned when we were out all day & then when returned told at 5pm that the cleaners were off site so our room couldn’t be cleaned

The general feeling of the hotel was great, staff particularly helpful and efficient.
The only issue with the room was a lack of storage space.

Staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable and the location of the hotel was great.
We didn’t receive the bath robe or slippers. The rooftop bar was closed for a function the first time we went to use this and then was shut during happy hour the second time.
The city view was a bit poor. We were looking on to the back of apartment blocks that weren’t very nice.

location, was good. Room was small, I guess typical for NYC, nice to have coffee shop in lobby
The lobby lounge was always overly full, I guess the coffee shop is public and POPULAR. Non hotel guests seem to take up all the seating in the coffee area and in the lounge

The room had a smart and aesthetically pleasing design. It made the most of a small space. The view looked out the back of the building and it really made our room feel extra special. The coffee shop in the lobby was lovely. Really nice to just bop downstairs in the morning for a latte. Location was great too.

Really nice boutique hotel, lovely rooms and great staff in a great location.
After long days exploring the city, we often wanted to come back to enjoy the hotel lounge for a coffee but it was always filled with students and within the full week we didn’t ever find a spare chair. Such a shame not to allow hotel guest to enjoy this space.
