Really nice boutique hotel, lovely rooms and great staff in a great location.
After long days exploring the city, we often wanted to come back to enjoy the hotel lounge for a coffee but it was always filled with students and within the full week we didn’t ever find a spare chair. Such a shame not to allow hotel guest to enjoy this space.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were nicely appointed although on the small side which we knew. The room was bright and had a big window with a good view. They also offered wine during happy hour and coffee all day. The property also had two cocktail bars, a restaurant and a coffee shop.

Nice bedroom, good cafe in lobby
One member of staff was particularly and shockingly rude, never experienced customer service like it in my life. Bedroom very small for the price paid. All the seats are taking in the day by people working on laptops and there’s no space for guests.

Beautiful deco in the room, good location (midtown) and nice facilities including a rooftop bar and cafe downstairs. We could also store our luggage here as our flight wasn’t until later in the evening.
The room isn’t very sound proof.

Location was great, next to so many subway stations.
Cool bar and coffee shop downstairs and lovely toiletries in the bathroom.
Housekeeping of the rooms always happened very late on in the day.

The room felt like I was at a resort. Not in the middle of New York City. We loved the platform bed. It was extremely comfortable. The room was so quiet, given the few rooms on each floor and the thick walls and cement ceiling.
The perfumed body wash, unfortunately, caused me to break out in hives. The designed of the shower needs to be fixed. The rain shower can be adjusted and every time the water traveled on the tiled lip and flooded the bathroom.
