Great location, modern room, on the small side however the really comfortable bed and sheets made up for it!

Excellent location -close to all the main attractions yet on a ‘quiet’ side road.
Breakfast was amazing.
The views from the rooftop bar were great.
Hotel was stylish and quirky - very attractive.
Very comfy bed and pillows. Room was nice and dark, fantastic shower and the easiest safe to use, we have ever come across in hotels!
Only 1 lift working throughout our stay.
No wardrobes or drawers to put any clothes in. We were at the hotel for 5 nights and it would have been nice to unpack a little.

Staff was very sweet and accommodating. The room was aesthetically pleasing and clean! The bed was so comfortable.
There was only one working elevator. So many times I had to take the stairs and walk up 8 flights. That was uncomfortable after a day walking all over the city.

Made Hotel was the best choice we could have made for our budget. The room was spacious for New York's standards if you compare it with other hotels. Every member of the staff was polite and eager to assist, thank you! The room was spotless everyday, with new toiletries, towels etc. We didn't get a chance to try the restaurant and rooftop bar though, hopefully next time :)
The location was perfect! Close to everything without all the crazy noise. Our stay was, all in all, wonderful, totally recommend it!

This property was a short walk to Madison Square Garden and also a very short walk to the subway. Great location!!!
While the majority of the front desk staff were kind and helpful, there was one gentleman who seemed totally tuned out.

Good value for New York. Room was clean .
Room was very small with no chair to sit on. Bed was too low and the wooden base a danger at night time going to the toilet.
Down stairs was too busy with few seats and lots of people working on computers. The drinks arrangement was stated so quickly still don’t know if we were entitled to a free drink or not.
Staff efficient but not all that friendly.
