Wonderful
This property was a short walk to Madison Square Garden and also a very short walk to the subway. Great location!!!
While the majority of the front desk staff were kind and helpful, there was one gentleman who seemed totally tuned out.

Beautiful design. Great cafe and bar.
The staff was cold and sometimes plain mean. The rooms are tiny, even for New York standards.

Good value for New York. Room was clean .
Room was very small with no chair to sit on. Bed was too low and the wooden base a danger at night time going to the toilet.
Down stairs was too busy with few seats and lots of people working on computers. The drinks arrangement was stated so quickly still don’t know if we were entitled to a free drink or not.
Staff efficient but not all that friendly.

I thought that the location was good, the staff were friendly, and the bed was comfortable.
We let the staff know that the sink was really hard to turn on and that the floor flooded when we showered and unfortunately it never got fixed.

Was out from 7am-4pm — came back to change for evening, cleaners came while changing — was out before 5pm and the room was not cleaned — on a day the rate was over $700, not impressed at all.
