Great staff, good size room for 3 adults (2 large beds), excellent shower and in-room amenities (Dyson hair dryer, Nespresso machine, dressing gown, slippers) fantastic location for exploring! Did not eat at hotel so cannot comment on food.

The hotel staff was fantastic! Hands down, the friendliest and most helpful we've ever experienced in New York. The rooms were well appointed - we loved the high quality amenities like the sound machine, Dyson hair dryer, and makeup mirror! The location was central and we heard no street noise on the 26th floor.
The wifi was terrible. We ended up turning the wifi off and just using our cell coverage. Our room was also right next to the elevator AND the housekeeping closet so it was pretty noisy.

Close proximity to Times Square and walking distance to many other attractions. The rooms were large and quiet. The extra touches like a magnifying mirror, iron and ironing board and Dyson hairdryer definitely added to our experience.
The hotel definitely considers the practical things.
I have nothing to say here it was wonderful.

Really liked the room, ammenities and the facilites. The hotel restaurant is definitely a plus.

I liked the location to Times Square, the modern atmosphere and cleanliness of the rooms. Also, the beds were comfortable and the HVAC was great.. Staff was very friendly and the little amenities were cool... You can walk out the entrance and go through a little public park space to get to the next street and times square.
The view was brick walls and office windows, no sun or moon or cityscape views... The bed sheets were noisy, woke up any time someone moved. The shower pressure was poor.
