Clean spacious rooms, location is excellent for Manhattan. This hotel is close to everything! Rooms are decorated nicely and if you reserve a superior floor the view is nice also. Price-wise the hotel is on the expensive side, but for Manhattan prices I would say this is normal.
A little more diversity at breakfast would have been great. However the provided food was ok quality-wise, I cannot complain about that.

2 true king beds was good size wise but were not super comfortable because they were dipped making it feel like a hammock Shower pressure was decent Nice elevators with security/key access
The window faced a brick wal. No natural light The decor was too basic/cheap looking

Told the staff its our first time and she gave us a room with a brick wall view. There was a crack on our sink and toilet flush is broken. Dirty shower didnt use it.

The hotel is absolutely wonderful! Everyone is nice, rooms are in excellent condition. The most striking thing, in my opinion, is the Dyson hair drier which we had in the room. My wife loved it and was very welcomed. The view from the room was fantastic.The room was very quiet and the A.C. was very efficient. The bed and the linen are wonderful.Last, but not least, the Etro toiletries were very good and we enjoyed them a lot.

Two blocks to Times Square. Staff very friendly and helpful. We needed two king beds which is hard to find. Appreciated Luma having this as an option.

Fabulous location. 1 block off Time Square. beautiful large room and perfect bathroom with great lighting. new modern decor. comfy beds. Knowledgeable pleasant staff always there to help. we travel a lot and this has been one of our best experiences. Stay there!

Great room, clean and spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful and excellent location.
Bit of a timing issue in the restaurant which meant we didnt eat in the restaurant as booked the night before but ended up having a pizza at the bar. Bit disappointing and delayed our evening but staff were extremely apologetic and provided a discount without being asked to do so.
