Great location. Great staff. Good sized room. Clean. Comfy large bed. Breakfast was good.
The breakfast could have a bit more variety. We stayed for 7 days, and only a couple of items changed on alternate days.

We were on the 4th floor. Very quiet. No view but very cozy. I was very thankful that I was able to control my room temperature. Even in the winter i prefer a cold room to sleep. The black out curtains were amazing. Bed was very comfortable and bedding was breathable.
The staff was kind and accommodating. In the evening before bed we had a nought cap at the bar and a dessert; the fig dessert was to die for.
I would defiantly plan to stay at LUMA again. A quiet boutique hotel in the middle of all the New York action. Everything is walkable. Bryant Park is out the door to the right. It was amazing . Thanks LUMA.
The room was a bit small, but again who is there to be in the room? It was a king bed for 2.

Our stay was almost perfect!! Particularly appreciated was the friendly, but always professional, behavior of Ron and Stephan in the dinings area.
The average price of meal in the menu maybe is a little high.

Perfectly located - close to everything and yet never noisy. Staff was exceptional - attentive & courteous. Rooms were small but efficient & 2 king sized beds in our room were wonderful for a family of 4
My husband wished the lobby was a bit more spacious but that did not bother me at all
