LOCATION IS AMAZING!
The breakfast is not worth the money.
Bread, butter, some cheese.
You can only order a crumble egs, can't make your own omelet.

Soundproofing was fantastic.
Very friendly, helpful, supportive staff.
Very comfortable room and bathroom was great.
Room wasn't always stocked with tea, coffee, milk, sugar each day.

The staff were nice and friendly, especially the guys opening the front doors. The room was clean, nice thick towels, comfy bed, and the free chocolates.
A better choice of coffee and tea options inside the room. Instructions on when to use Privacy/Make Room. Options of yellow light and custom light preference. Breakfast can offer more coffee options.

They had issue with water supply and they tried to convince me that the water pressure was normal. When they finally offered a change of room it was too late since I had already decided to change hotel

Location close to public transport and sights. No noise from the streets (urban room). Enough space in the room for a family of four. Onsite bar. Nearby Rosetta bakery and Shake Shack…
All good. Urban room has no views (brick wall).

The hotel was very clean. The staff were very helpful and extremely nice.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Loved the bathroom. All the toiletries we needed were available.

Perfect location, friendly staff, very clean.
I was told a $75 charge would be placed on my credit card when I checked in and would be refunded 5-10 business days after departure. However, that $75 charge is your total of the room minus $75, for example, if your total is $700 they will put the charge on your credit card for $625. Just be aware because I was taken by surprised by that thinking it would just be $75.
