The location is very convenient, especially if you decide you want to be more tourist based things during your stay. The staff is superb- all nice and accommodating and housekeeping came every day without fail. The hotel itself is also very clean and up to date.
Like most hotels in NYC, room was small especially for price per night- however this was expected.

Very clean and modern facilities, there was a good vibe in the lobby and the staff were super nice and welcoming . Located in midtown so it’s very convenient to go everywhere you need to.
The location is not what it used to be, briant park is messy and dirty. It was under construction. The wifi in the hotel is not stable. The breakfast is not very fresh.

The staff was excellent! The location was the best!! It was a very clean hotel with comfortable beds. Coffee machine in the room was a nice bonus. The robot butler was a big hit with our granddaughter! So close to the park with something happening almost every night. Times Square is literally a two minute walk.
When the sofa bed was extended it made getting out of the main bed difficult.

Nice location next to Bryant Park and walk to Times Square, Central Park, bus station, train station, 1 Vanderbilt, Rockefeller Centre etc etc
Comfy bed -had to pay extra for a room which didn’t face the brick wall at the back! Staff in bar & restaurant were friendly.
Although we reported 3 times that our tv wasn’t working it didn’t get fixed til the last day. And our request for a cable for the magic mirror never arrived. Shampoo etc really poor quality. Had to pay for water. Niggles but annoying for the price you pay.
