Perfect location. Great little restaurant. Very friendly staff.

The beds were comfortable, the room was tiny but it was not impossible to get around the furniture. The climate control was excellent and it was extremely quiet at night! Elevators worked great and we never had to wait which is a real plus in New York. Check in was quick and friendly. It is a reasonable price for being half a block from Bryant Park and all the transportation and restaurants you could want.
I wish we had "splurged" on a larger room. The desk chair and the bed frame had places that were worn and unraveled which made the room seem a little worn. The decor is kind of meh - it wouldn't be too hard to put something on the wall that reflects the city. Everything was a little too compact for our taste but it is just a room in the greatest city on earth!

Location was fantastic, the staff at reception and main door staff were courteous.
Our room was with view of drop ball so lovely to see view lights at night, loved that.
Beds were comfortable-main bed / sofa bed for our son, albeit room was somewhat small with sofa bed pulled out, although I would expect most NYC hotel rooms are of similar size.
We didn’t have breakfast, so cannot comment on that service, although would liked to have tried it as it looked quite a cosy ambiance.
Liked the front bar for a drink, the bar tender from South Africa was a gentleman and wonderful service.

LOVE the location because it is right at Bryant Park and block from Times Square. We walk 15 minutes from the Amtrak station with our luggage to get to Luma and then everything is easily walkable from the hotel. It is a good value compared to many other nicer hotels on the area. Simple but still feels like quiet luxury.
Wish the dinner menu for the hotel restaurant had a few more options but that is not a complaint. The food was wonderful.
