Excellent location, very quiet once inside, easy to get around on foot or using the subway. Close to grocery store, lots of options for food and Bryant Park.

The buffet selection for breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choice and something for everyone. It saves you so much time in the morning, just popping downstairs instead of searching for a breakfast place.
A small grumble only. The room didn't have a mirror above or near the desk. I have to sit and blow dry my hair but had to prop up my tiny mirror to see what I was doing. It also needs more light on that side of the room. All ladies need a mirror near the socket for the hairdryer. No use having a huge mirror near the door when you hairdryer plug won't stretch that far. It's not just your hotel, I've come across this issue before. Hotel rooms designed by men possibly?

Location was great, right off of Times Square and Bryant Park. Easy,quick access to the Subway. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
Lobby was a bit small but they did a good job of maximizing the space they had.

We loved the location of the hotel next to Bryant Park and a great coffee shop! Times Square, although I am not a fan, is one block over which is especially convenient if you are going to see an amazing broadway show. The staff is super friendly and very helpful! We were able to walk to all landmarks in Manhattan. The kids loved the breakfast buffet. Overall a great stay for our first visit to NYC.

Great hotel in a great location. Room is of a decent size, with a comfy bed and cleaned every day. Staff are very friendly. Won't hesitate staying here again if I'm back in New York.
