Wonderful
Central location, fast lifts, clean modern room and bathroom and very comfortable beds. Friendly staff and easy to get to places from the hotel. Shops close by to get food also.
As a New York hotel room it’s quite small for 4 adults in one room but expect this for New York.

LOVE the location because it is right at Bryant Park and block from Times Square. We walk 15 minutes from the Amtrak station with our luggage to get to Luma and then everything is easily walkable from the hotel. It is a good value compared to many other nicer hotels on the area. Simple but still feels like quiet luxury.
Wish the dinner menu for the hotel restaurant had a few more options but that is not a complaint. The food was wonderful.

Room was very large and kept very clean , staff were very helpful
Our room view was looking into the inside of the building , which meant there was no natural light coming in to the room ! Which felt claustrophobic ! I was very disappointed !
