Helpful staff, easy to check in, room temperature can be easily adjusted
For the price it's not more fancy/luxury than others that are half the price, eg Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott. The bathroom is small. No fridge. No wine glasses. Basic showerhead. Spa massage way too expensive ($400/hr if tip factored in)
