Location was perfect. Close to everything we wanted to explore. We stayed in a King Studio Suite and it was very spacious for 3 of us (2 adults 1 10 year old). Big glass shower. Full size toiletries. Nice little coffee/kitchen set up for us to have a place to sit other than our beds. We were on the 14th floor and although we did not specifically request a high floor, I’m glad we were high up because you could still hear street noise on the 56th street side. The burger joint was a good lunch while we waited for our room to be ready. The lobby bar happy hour with live music was really enjoyable before we headed out for dinner. Wonderful stay!

Great property, very easy to find around, location absolute great, next to central park, broadway and all good locations for sightseeing. staff was great especially the brekfast team! Very clean and professional.

Excellent location, central park and fifth just a short walk away. The room is tastefully decorated, and the in-room sofa is very comfy. Responsive staff.
The room was located with windows facing the inner yard, right above a large commercial AC unit. The noise in the room was very loud—it felt like trying to fall asleep next to a highway. Additionally, the in-room shower did not function properly. It was not possible to fully shut off the tap, which resulted in very weak shower pressure. At the same time, water kept accumulating, leaving you standing almost knee-deep.

Beautiful room with park view. Location adjacent to Central Park, perfect for early morning runs. Walking distance to so many attractions and adjacent to subway also. The third floor lounge provided great breakfast and evening snacks. The best value for mo eg that we found for this quality of hotel in such a central location.

We stayed in a suite and it was fantastic. Great size, very comfortable. The hotel and room were impeccably clean and quiet. The location was truly optimal. We will definitely stay here again!
I don’t believe I have anything to add here. We only stayed one night so weren’t in the hotel for that long.
