Wonderful staff, good size room for New York, and I would stay here again. Great Executive Lounge, and love that Iwas offered the option to upgrade without asking.
Wish the hotel had more to offer in it's facilities like a pool when it's warmer, was big enough to walk around the property, gift shop, but I know space is limited in New York. I would stay here again nonetheless. Gave 4 stars for location as I don't know NY enough to know if it was a great location.

the level of service and attentiveness was outstanding by all staff (front desk-concierge-bellman-guest reception- especially Karina Fabian, was everything one could want.) the room size was exceptional, the hotel restaurant was very good. Will definitely stay at the hotel again and would highly recommend .

Room was great as was the location. The bathroom was very clean and well appointed, however, this ridiculous trend toward “rain showers” is AWFUL! As a woman, I can’t grab a quick shower without getting totally drenched. There was a hand shower (of sorts) on the wall, but not a proper one, once turned on it would keep rotating towards the wall! Why can’t 5 star hotels put a proper wall mounted shower head? We are paying enough!

We were wonderfully upgraded to a beautiful room which unfortunately faces onto 5th Avenue. We heard every horn, siren, street argument, and yelling all night. Very hard to sleep as a result. Windows need to be changed to double paneled sounfproof ones.

Perfect location. In the middle of everything. Upscale experience. Wonderful service. We got a free upgrade to a junior suite which was wonderful. Liked the fact that they handed out mineral water for free upon request. We felt very welcome.
The elevators took time and there was no indication on what floor they were. The lower floors might have street noise.
